This was a great experience. Fabulous work crew. Cleaned up daily, courteous and respectful of homeowner and neighbors. Work was completed within 10 days. Complete review after job completion. Educational instruction provided.I cannot say enough good things about Burton Pools, Jody Was excellent up front sales with recommendations and suggestions. Jay was outstanding with his follow up of work progress. Scott, Ethan, Cody and others whose names I can’t remember was tremendous on the job site.They are all great people and I would highly recommend.
Great experience! Josh and Ryan very knowledgeable about their work. Burton overall is very efficient during the build. Liner took a long time to arrive during COVID-19 time frame but as soon as the materials came in the work got done. Would use burton again.
Made a quick drive to purchase a replacement part for in-floor cleaning system. Was greeted at door by Holly. She saw the part in my hand and was steps ahead of me to the parts area of the store. Holly returned to the counter in seconds with exactly the part I needed. On the way to the front counter she engaged with a customer who quickly told Holly what she needed. Holly barely slowed throughout this entire process and told the customer that she would ring up the chemicals and call someone to load them into the customers car. Super impressed with Burton today all because of the incredibly efficient and professional associate Holly. Honestly in and out I’m with exactly what I needed in less than five minutes!
We had a very rough experience with our pool installation overall. Everyone was always nice, but we had a number of mistakes between the salespeople and the construction crew that were very difficult to manage. It always seemed like no one knew what was going on or even the right size of our pool. (We had to fix the same issues over 3 times). Our final pool is everything we wanted it to be. We love it. We would rate the pool a 5 star, but the installation experience was very bad. Overall 3 star. Thanks for finally finishing.
Steven went above and beyond during our pool buying process. As first time pool owners, we really valued his advice. He made sure we received everything in our package that was available and has kept us informed on the items that aren’t in stock. He’s very knowledgeable and has answered our many questions, he even gave us recommendations for deck builders. He will be our go to for all future needs!
They were very helpful and explained all the pros and cons of each type of pool they install. We settled on an in ground pool with a concrete shell and vinyl liner and couldn’t be happier! The crew did everything they could to get our project completed even with the delays due to materials being back ordered from their suppliers and weather. During it all, they were very good at keeping us updated and communicating any issues or changes..

Contacted Burton Pools because I needed a new cover and liner replaced on my inground pool that they did not build. Wasnt sure how it would go since it wasnt their pool, but they did an excellent job! David was wonderful to work with...knowledgeable, kind, and great at keeping me in the loop. We had a lot of weather set backs this spring so the liner install had to be pushed back several times, but David was always prompt keeping an eye on the weather and letting me know when they would or wouldnt be there. Overall great communication and service! Thank you Burton Pools!
Despite paying for 95% of the construction contract on February 2, 2021 as per the progress payment schedule the attached photo is what my pool looks like today which is 90 days from when I made the last payment. I get nothing but excuses when I call to find out when my liner will be installed.I gave them one star because it seemed to require that, but they dont even deserve that.Since my original post the team at Burton Pools & Spas have finished my pool and addressed all of my concerns. I have added a photo of the finished pool which my children and grandchildren are enjoying a great deal!

Super disappointed in the way we were responded to after the pool was installed money was paid. Drains cause water to stand in the yard, Im just having a hard time believing that a project would be left this way, even if the company had to charge more for dirt to fix the issue. Was told the liner would work itself out and they would come out later to have something smooth them out. Never happened. Big bubble of air in the corners of the liner that will easily tear if something or someone touches the wrong way. I was hoping for better outcome. :(
David Royal did a great job installing our new liner. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He also always answered calls concerning scheduling. Very good experience and would request him again.
Outstanding experience, from Rylie in the store making sure I selected the correct spa for my needs to the delivery guys who took extra time to ensure my spa was correctly placed and ready for electric hookup. Great job by all! Would strongly recommend them to anybody needing a spa or pool!

I had a really good experience. The man that helped me walked me through the different things that I needed to do with the pool. I came in with only a half an hour until they closed. He explained everything and didnt rush me.
Very knowledgeable service and support. Given the unique nature of getting a hot tub being able to see a wide selection of options and truly understanding the differences between units was very important. They took their time understanding our needs and price range to help us find the perfect unit for us. Now we are looking forward to delivery and installation.
I would avoid using Burton.Last year, we paid for them to maintain our pool during the summer and they did the bare minimum. They never brushed it or vacuumed. I had to call to remind them to come out half the time as well.This year, we had Burton open our pool and they didn’t mention we had a rip in our liner. We’re still waiting on the water analysis and a quote to replace the liner (it’s been nearly 3 weeks).i am so frustrated with the service they provided us and obviously had to find someone else that was reliable and willing to do the work we paid for.
Went in with the family excited to learn about pool options for our backyard. Not one staff member greeted us or even acknowledge the fact that we were even there. Will be seeking business elsewhere.

We recently moved to NW Arkansas into a new construction home and knew we wanted a very sleek modern looking pool to match the look of the house! I called and got bid from about 5 companies in NWA, and although Burton was on the higher end... I can tell you it is 110% worth it. I would not have traded a few thousand dollars for the quality and care we got throughout the whole process. I was living in California during my planning process and knew it could be tricky trying to get someone on the books living so far away at the time. Our sales rep was Whitlee! He was my first point of contact and walked me through the whole process of the pool. He came out to see the pool location before we even moved to the area. At that point I knew customer service was something they greatly value. We booked them in January 2020 and they started the end of April 2020.We chose a 16x36, 6 feet deep concrete pool with full end to end steps and a padded vinyl liner (it doesnt tear up my kids feet). We got an electric heat pump (which is awesome), a salt system, in floor cleaning system, a 3 LED lights that change colors. We also added the cutest giant concrete stepping stones rather than a traditional sidewalk. I love it so much and it really makes it look modern. During the process we upgraded the concrete to have a hand scrapped border (see pics below).Our project manager was Josh. He walked me through every step of the process and answered any of my questions (which I had MANY, ha). The teams doing each part of the project were fast and efficient. I have truly never seen harder workers in my life. I told Josh the project manager they all deserve a raise :). It was just under 4 weeks from the time they started digging to the time we were swimming. I was literally shocked. I know that timeline is not the norm because we didnt have a ton of extra things like water features and retaining walls, etc. But still... 4 weeks is impressive.Chris installed our vinyl liner and pool cover. He came to our house Memorial Day weekend just to make sure I had chemicals to swim for my opening weekend. I was so thankful he took time away from his family to do that for my family.Our pool lesson was with Jay. He was so patient and took about an hour to show us every feature and how everything works. Ive probably called/texted him 4 times in the past week asking him questions because I couldnt remember what he taught me and he joyfully answers all of them.So in recap... I was nervous to start a big pool project because I have heard horror stories of people saying it was 6-9 months building a pool and that you never know when people will show up, etc. Burton was on-time and on-budget. I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening and when. In the end we have a beautiful pool even better than I imagined. I

Whether it is maintenance, opening and closing of the pool, new liners, or updating, the personnel at Burton’s has always been dependable, friendly, and a provider of expert care. We want to give a big thank you to Jimmie Brown (our go to guy at Burton’s) for sending Brian and Montana most recently to clean and seal the concrete around the pool. They did an amazing job (as always) with an eye for detail and workmanship. We were extremely impressed with their care of our landscaping and furniture in the area while they worked with precision to provide us a beautiful end product.

We started the pool process two years ago. Whitlee is our sales agent and he was so patient and helpful. Even coming to our house several times to measure and draw our ideas out in the yard. When we finally decided on a design he walked us thru every step of the process from yard layout to liner color. They started building in February and due to some liner shortages just finished a few weeks ago. Jay was our project manager and he couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. I have asked him 100 questions and he has never made me feel like I am bugging him. I would highly recommend Burton Pools.

UPDATE:As of 5/5/2021- Sales manager saw my review the next morning and immediately contacted me to see if he could mitigate the problem. We agreed to meet at my home so that he could see the problems. He showed up on time with two technicians- prepared to repair anything in need. All repairs were effected at no charge and he offered an apology.All companies have quality control issues, the mark of the good ones is what they do about them. Obviously, Burton Pools cares about their problems and they promptly do something about them. Burton is a good company and I redact my buyer beware!Last year we hired Burton Pools to close our pool. Tech arrived on time and covered and winterized our pool and associated equipment.We had them do a sand change in the filter when they opened the pool earlier that year, and the filter had a small leak after the work was completed. They said they would take care of the leak when they opened the pool the next year. It was just an occasional drip so we agreed and paid them $159.00 after they applied a veterans discount. When they closed the pool last year, they pulled the cover out of the bag and accidentally dumped all the leaves and trash from the bag in the pool and covered the pool with the leaves and trash in it.Today they called in the morning and said they would arrive at 12:30 pm. At 1 o’clock I called to se where they were and they had taken another work order and bumped me back ( no problem if they had called to let me know, but they didn’t.).They arrive at 2:00 pm, uncovered the pool, pulled the plugs and screwed the nozzles on the inside of the pool. They flipped the switch on the filter and several (3) leaks in the equipment were present, including the leak from the year previous, that they said they would take care of. The leaks were minor so the tech silicones two of them and told me not to turn the equipment on until the next day.The pool is coated with green slime, full of algae, and inundated with leaves. They told me that was all they were required to do and charged me $300.00 for their time (100 percent price increase and no veterans discount).They did not repair the leak from last years opening as promised and left the pool for me to complete the opening myself.I feel like I have been fleeced! If there was a bright spot in this experience, it would have to be the two techs were nice people!What they do not know is this;I am a 70 year old veteran who has just had a total knee replacement. It is difficult to walk still.My wife has stage 4 meta-static breast cancer and things are quite difficult for us right now!Needless to say, if anyone knows a good pool service person, we would appreciate the refferral.BUYER BEWARE of BURTON POOLS!

EDIT 6/21/21- I would just like to add that I have noticed a TON of fake 5 star reviews lately on here for Burton trying to raise their rating. Most of these are done within minutes of eachother from people with almost no Google history or do not even live in the area... and they only have reviews for 2 places.. both Burton spa locations. Fishy. Fake fake fake 5 star reviews, and other reviews that started as 1 or 2 star you will notice are later edited for 4 or 5, because Burton will refuse to fix a problem UNTIL a bad review pops up... suddenly they reach out asking to make it better and then ask you to update your review. Did it to us two times. Thank God our attorney was successful in getting our money back from Burton...FALL 2019Bought a plug n play spa from here almost a year ago. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We started with baquaspa as a cleaning system. I dont recommend doing that. After a few phone calls they did come out and service our spa, as the chemicals we were using clearly did not work for out system and a couple parts needed replaced. It did not get fixed as quickly as I would have liked, but the spa is now working.FALL 2020Fast forward one year....We can not rate this place low enough. This hot tub is an absolute lemon. The part they repaired keeps breaking. 3rd time, still leaking. The actual shell of the hot tub on the interior developed a huge crack that causes all the water to drain out of our tub I to our lawn. We are under warranty for the shell. Mind you, this hot tub is not even 3 years old.They asked US why it cracked... really? It is a defective tub. 3 parts keep breaking while it is brand new an now the shell has a crater in it? They wanted to charge us money for their repair man to come look at it and take pictures to see if the manufacturer will cover it. What a joke. We took pictures but Burton pools rejected them for quality. When the repair man was here last he was supposed to look at the crack and he did not.Also, if you try to get ahold of them for a repair, I promise you will be playing cat and mouse for MONTHS before you are even able to speak with whomever. The receptionist answers the phone but always says she cant help and the person who can isnt there. They never return calls or texts.BEFORE you buy, they are nice and helpful and available. Everything seems perfect. If your hot tub happens to be a good one, you are in luck. If you are unlucky like us, you will play hell trying to get them to honor their warranty or even answer a call.We had to obtain legal representation at this point. We have no interest in throwing away thousands of dollars on something we have never been able to use past a few times and now sits as an un-moveable thousand pound pile of junk on our back patio.I regret ever walking into this store. If you still decide to go in there to buy something, aK about their chain of command... i.e. who can I contact if something goes wrong? What if they dont help, then who? Ok, then who? All the way up the line. You are gonna need it.

I’m a pool builder from Little Rock. I came up on a Saturday to do some work for a buddy of mine that now lives in Springdale. I left supplies I needed back at my shop so I called Holly at the 725 South 48th location. I told her my situation and instead of telling me “tough luck” she acted as if I was one of their employees and need to support me. I’ve been in this situation before and competitors don’t help at all. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! She was stacked up with customers so she offered to call me back which she did, also texting me photos of the parts she had on her personal phone. Who the heck does that anymore? Then I had a question after hours. Guess what? She helped me again on her own time. I have a feeling this is indicative of Burton’s. In Little Rock, all the dealers know who they are and we are kinda glad they don’t have a location there. Not kidding. Thanks Holly and Burton’s! You saved me a 6 hour drive. I owe you!
I was let down at their professionalism. I came in looking for pool options with my husband ready to talk numbers and hear what they could offer us and how I could be their loyal customer but waited for over 15 mins. No one stopped to see how I could be helped. I greeted one of the associates myself, I asked him if there was anyone available to talk numbers with me regarding pools and his exact response was“ uhm I am not your guys and he walked away. “

Spring of 2020 we installed a fiberglass pool. The entire team made the process easy. We are really happy with the quality of the pool & the equipment. They have also been helpful in learning how to manage the water quality.
We recently had a Doughboy semi-above ground installed by Burton Pools. We are highly satisfied with the service we received from sales to installation. Steven Hodges in sales was great and so easy to work with always answering all of my questions and I had lots. I was kept in the loop on installation process from beginning to end and they are still checking to make sure I am satisfied and having no issues! I highly recommend Burton’s Pool and Spa and would definitely use them again! They did not disappoint!!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever experience, no client communication what so ever. My husband and I just moved to a home with a pool and reached out to Burton for service and maintenance information. Initially it was very difficult to speak to anyone, being placed on hold, leaving messages with no call backs etc. Finally got a hold of someone scheduled a appointment to repair some known holes in the liner. After a no call no show I reached out again to see happened to find out they didnt have the proper size patches in stock to fill holes and would be going out the following day. ( no communication from them about this). The following day our tech shows up nearly 75 min after the scheduled time. Patched up holes then started to fill pool, the pool was extremely dirty and I was thinking it would be clean before adding water but was told no. It took 2 days to fill pool with limited communication from tech. Pool was filled i got home to discover it was leaking from the filter (the lid was not on secure, something I would figure they would check before filling the pool) when I called tech Blake he said he would not be able to make it and try to close lid myself. Finally he did make a trip. Shocked the pool said he would return the next day to clean and vacuum it. No show, no call but he did manage to leave a note on our front door stating he missed us even though my husband was home and he did have our contact info. Note stated with holiday weekend no one would come out til Tuesday. 2 weeks in and we still dont have a pool ready to swim in. A process i feel like could of took a couple of days if they would of just finished what they started. Ruin our labor day plans and still no follow up. Its Tuesday no one came out. Called office placed on hold for over 7 minutes. Unbelievable.

My husband and I had been researching and looking at spas for several years. We finally decided this was the year we were going to commit and do it. A friend of ours told us to reach out to Steven. He was very helpful and patient with us. We purchased the Hot Springs Tempo spa. The jets are very powerful and ours features 4 foot massaging jets which I love. I am very happy with the quality of the spa. The delivery went very smooth. We could not be happier. Steven has been a big help even after the sale. We just had a new vinyl liner installed in our pool and it looks fantastic; like a new pool! It didnt come without complications, however. A surplus of ground water made installation difficult. Our technician, David Royal, went out of his way to find creative solutions and make it work. David was committed to providing us with the finished product we were expecting. He was resourceful and optimistic throughout the process, reassuring us that everything would work out in the end. Were grateful to Burton Pools, but especially to David, for all of his efforts and trouble-shooting expertise that resulted in some very happy customers.

I have had an issue with poor drainage in my yard and therefore water underneath the pool liner causing it to float a little bit. David Royal patiently shared his expert advice on the situation with me and recommended I put an auxiliary draining system which was relatively inexpensive to do in order to prevent my pool liner from floating. Then, when it came time to close my pool for the winter, David Royal, once again, patiently explained the pros and the cons of keeping my pool open or winterizing it during my appointment. He encouraged me to take some time to think about it. In the meantime he was efficient with the scheduled appointment and winterized my water features and my auto fill system. He told me I could call him at any time if I change my mind and he will come out and winterize my pool. I spoke with my husband and called him a couple of hours later telling him we decided to go ahead and winterize our pool. He was very flexible and said he would come back out the same day even if it was in evening to take care of our pool. This is quite a relief since we are set to have wintry weather in the next couple of days. I asked so many questions and he welcomed every one of them with a thorough explanation. He treated my appointment like it was the most important appointment of the day.Patience, flexibility, and expertise are the things that make David Royal an excellent employee and representative of Burton Pools. I highly recommend Burton pools for theIt excellent product but most importantly, for the excellent customer service they provide.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In store the employees up front are usually just standing around talking but will tell you how busy they are. Ordered a part months ago and after multiple calls and stopping in the store - still no part. I had to request they call to check on the status. Then was told the part would be in the store in 3 days. Over a month later and still no part.

Burton’s has built two in ground pools for us over the years. We have found their sales and service department to be great to work with. They are very accommodating and responsive when service is needed. We highly recommend Burton Pools and Spas!
Our pool went from great to gross in a matter of days. Blake was able to identify the problem then helped us conquer the task of turning it back into that beautiful blue pool we love! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

My old pool pump started leaking badly on the weekend recently. I reached out to Burton Pools after hours and left a message. To my surprise they actually texted me shortly after on a Saturday night and confirmed they would be out to fix/replace it Monday morning. They did a great job and were competitively priced. I use them all the time to test my pool water and purchase my chemicals as well. They do a great job and are very friendly too.
I wanted to give a huge shout out and Thank You to Burton Pools. Bob was so helpful with the purchase of my pool, I know I drove him crazy with questions 😂 and JT and the install crew were awesome and so nice and polite and work really hard, and they were great about answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Burtons if you are in the market for any of their services. I LOVE MY POOL 💕💕 I was at the Ft. Smith store.

We just got our new above ground pool installed. I want to say that Burton has been wonderful during this whole process and our salesman Steven Hodges was amazing. He walked us through all the options and helped us pick the best pool for our family! After the sale he kept us informed. He even went the extra mile to resolve a minor ordering issue. If you are looking for a great pool with the customer service to back it up, give Steven a call. I also want to say the install crew was very friendly and worked well as a team. The construction was smooth and the finished product looks great.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I came here with my mother the other day. And no one helped us. White people who entered after us received help and assistance. Meanwhile me and my mother are both Hispanic and we only got nasty looks and no assistance. I hope you guys learn to not discriminate against your customers again. But we are never coming here again.
