Was ready to buy and Mamma Bear asked what do you want, we are kind of open?

These people tore up my yard trying to get a mobile home moved on a road around my house. They did not even ask permission to get into my yard. The man running this brought down a bulldozer and tried to fix it, put some hay in it but left big ruts everywhere. I ask him for some dirt after this stuff had settled, but he refused and said he wouldn’t do anything else. If they could get a zero, they would. When I called back, another person got on the phone and said they were going out of business. I hope so, they certainly don’t know how to run one

I just left this place. We met the owner. I had an unbelievably horrible experience. He is sexist, unhelpful, and incredibly rude. We left after less than 10 minutes with this man. He lost the sale and will never recommend them.

I admit I’m biased. My parents, Gerald and Barbara Williams own the business. But I can guarantee they are honest, hardworking and dedicated people who will do their very best to help you get the manufactured home you need. I was a teenager when they started their business, and I joined the team in 1994; so I know how tirelessly they work to make every customer satisfied.

Mr. Gerald is a very tells it like it is man,while others may say that is rude I disagree. Stands by his employees work but expects the best. Just bought a home from him and enjoyed the process. Would reccomended to friends and family.

I called them to ask a few simple question about their inventory and pricing to help my parents get a place. As soon as I asked what was in their lower price range he hung up and will not answer my number again. It is completely inappropriate and ridiculous to treat a customer in this manner. Please, do not waste your time with these types of people!

I.cant say enough how amazing these guys are when no one would move my trailer they are, they are very timely and just genuinely great people, i really cant say enough how good these guys are i owe them so much, i mean absolutely nobody would move my house i tried like 20 trailer movers and these guys when i called say they would move in i want to say thank thank u again and again

We have been living in our home 4 weeks and still waiting for them to enclose the bottom with the skirting and put a screen in the den window and they are not good with responding back to calls at all and its ridiculous we just want our home finished we should not have to feel like they dont care we live in West fork Arkansas Robin Lord

If you feel honesty and integrity are important then this is not your place to shop for a home.

Gerald is the owner hear. He is awesome. Very professional man. If your going ng to transact in the mobile home industry use heritage mobile homes or affordable quality mobile home transportation.

The owners are rude! The man that sold us the house didnt tell us everything that was wrong with it. They just kept saying that the house was in great condition needless to say it wasnt. The hot water heater needed to be replaced along with one of the bath tubs not having water going to it! Dont take their word for anything! Check everything out yourself!Edit: After this house was purchased, there was a fire due to electrical issues. This company told us they would remove it from the park it was located in. They then sold personal belongings out of it. These people are CROOKS! Do not purchase anything here!

The people that sell the homes are very nice, but the manufacturers do shotty work. Allot of noticable mistakes. Not pleased with the way things look.

Very professional service..these guys are on top of their game ! Came in, disconnected the utilities, unskirted, unblocked, relocated, blocked and leveled, anchored and secured my 16x70 without tearing anything up..Went out of their way to assist me in getting the utilities hooked back up..All In My Absence...With these Folks, You Get What You Pay For..Great Job ! Called the owner to inquire some information about a mobile home. Just had a couple questions, he answered me very abruptly without allowing me to finish. As I hung up, I heard him have a non-humored laugh in the background. Just a overall rude experience.

These are some of the sweetest people Ive met in this kind of business. Im sure that is why they have been in business for so long.

Called in to check on a home, could get barley any info. When I had asked for a price on a home the last that answered seemed less then pleased to give me the info and seemed a little to shocked when I said we would have all the money up front and that we had land.

I personally will never buy another home from here the guy didn’t even ask if I wanted underpinning and he’s lied about A lot he’s a liar One minute he says oh yes that’ll be no problem the next minute he’s changed his Ways in says it’s going to be a big problem I would recommend going somewhere else Another thing is that no one will contact you after you’ve tried several times to contact them about issues with the house
