I have been a customer of Sigma for ten years or more. Everyone is always very professional and friendly here. They often go above and beyond to help. Like today! Thank you guys.

Terrible customer service. They are incredibly rude and unwilling to help. Manager actually told me I dont spend enough money there to matter and its a hassle to help me. They apparently arent equipped to help a walk in and rather than not offer that, they just treat the customer terribly.
