We pre-ordered two Seadoo Sparks in September, put a deposit down, and were told our order would be here in late March/early April. Finally at the end of April, after receiving ZERO communication, we called and they said they forgot to order the trailer and that it would be another 12 weeks. Finally on May 12th we went in and asked for our deposit back as the dealership had NOT held up their end of our agreement. The manager told us there was nothing she could do, and I had to ask for the general managers number four times before she agreed to give it to me. She proceeded to slam the door, give us attitude, and roll her eyes at us. I get that they were backed up too, but not a single ounce of communication from them. I called the owner twice and my call was ignored on the second to third ring each time. Do not waste your time with this dealership. Motounited has far better customer service and quality. Im so disgusted that this is how people treat customers who were about to drop $20k at their dealership. Worst dealership, worst customer service, and the manager is a brat. Generally when one party fails to hold up their end of the agreement, it becomes void and the other party is entitled to their deposits.
Took my new sxs to have the warranty work done before it ran out. I needed the set screw in the driveline to stop a small rattling sound. They did the work and got my warranty work done with no charge, friendly great service it maybe a wait to get into U.V.P. but the wait is worth the good work.👍
I got my brand new sea doo rxt x 300 with sound from UT valley powersports. It was a great experience, the owner gave me a fire extinguisher and did programmed a second key to the machine for free. Some dealers are still charging for the programming even if you buy the key from them. My cluster went bad on the next day so I brought it back to be replaced, that happened in about 3 to 4 days and mainly because waiting for the new cluster to arrive. Then I got rear-ended on the road and had to go back for estimate on the repairs so the insurance can pay for it. Took them a week and again another week for the parts to arrive and once they arrived the repair was done on the next day. It was middle of the summer, so pretty busy schedule for them, but still they did it relatively quickly. Now waiting for my older jet ski to be brought back to life so we can have double fun soon. Keep in mind that I travel to Springville from SLC every time, but its worth to be treated properly by the pros. First I went to 2 different dealers in SLC and was not impressed by their customer service.

I was having an issue with my waverunner and after calling almost every dealership along the Wasatch Front, they were the only ones that answered. All the staff were friendly and easy to work with. When I realized that the tool I was going to use to finish my repair was broken, they finished it for me. Great staff, great service, looking forward to working with them exclusively in the future.

Don’t order parts here, they won’t call you when it’s available. You’ll just wait and wait and wait for that phone call, and if you call to check, they’ll say “we were just going to call you”.This has happened 4 times with me at this location, so this isn’t a one time mistake.Aside from their laziness of calling people back, everything else seems ok and they have a great showroom.

Bought a brand new can am defender from them. Was told that if we bought accessories for it, they wouldnt charge labor to install. Came back a month later to buy a street legal kit and have it installed. Tried to charge us $300 labor. Called me a liar, when I reminded him of what hed said. Apparently the salesman will say anything to sell you an atv/utv. I went home and installed the street legal kit myself.Now Im thinking about buying another brand new can am, but I wont be buying it from them! Ill head on down to moto united in Draper. They may be an extra 30 minutes away, but theyve been decent every time I dealt with them.

Talk about a rip off. Just got our 4 wheeler back from being in the shop and they charge $100/hr labor, I am in complete shock that they would charge this much. I feel like I have been scammed. They called us for the initial diagnosis and they test of the updates we had to call. When we called they seemed to have no clue as to what was going on with our 4 wheeler and never had a total cost for us. Getting a car worked on isnt even this much I will never go back for repairs or to buy new, they are way over priced.
The crew down here continue to impress me every time I come down. I have been purchasing from them since 06 and wont be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!
I think it is pretty accurate to say that if there is 1 negative review that it can be an isolated incident. 2 negative reviews should raise a yellow flag. 3 negative reviews should definitely raise a red flag. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews. I have had a couple of bad experiences with them so I felt I needed to share my bad experiences with Utah Valley Powersports. Here is #4.I took an older Skidoo sled in for repair about a month ago. UVP diagnosed a bad Ignition Module and told me that the part was no longer is production and that I would need to find the part myself. After spending several hours time looking for the part, I finally found a repair shop/parts dealer that said that a different part would work but needed to check with UVP to make sure the plug ins would fit. So I went back to UVP to ask if I could coordinate a phone call with the parts dealer and the UVP mechanic. The first words out of the owners mouth was...we dont get involved with things like that. So after spending $188 just to diagnose the problem with my sled...they didnt want to get involved in actually helping me fix the problem. So I tell the guy that it would be a 2 minute call and he started bellyaching about it could be a long conversation but that if I wanted to pay $100 per hour for the phone call he was all for it. Long story short...It was overwhelmingly apparent that they were not the least bit interested in providing any Service in their Service Department. Lesson Learned. You can buy your TOY here....but DONT take it back here for ANY repairs. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Weve never owned a four wheeler before and Devin was very helpful in explaining the differences between all the models. For me this was a big purchase and I was a bit unsure and indecisive but Devin was very patient and understanding when I asked a million questions. I feel like he did his best in trying to get us the best price and in the end we walked away happy customers with our new Outlander 450 Max. We are considering a second machine and would most definitely buy from Devin again.
Devin the sales mgr lost my sales for 3 new sleds because he was not flexible in working with me on price, accessories and service. So I went with another dealer as they where much appreciative for my business. My advice is to shop around for best deal and service.
I rented two sleds from them in Feb of 2017. My wife and I had rented a USFS Guard Station Cabin up Ephraim Canyon. After arriving to the Cabin one of the recoils was broke. I’ll spare you the long story but I want to thank there crew for putting themselves in danger to bring us a replacement one in blizzard type conditions.They get AAA rating from us, thank you for caring about our experience but also getting us another sled in the time you did.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Their service department completely screwed me over repeatedly and called me a liar multiple times in the process.Ill just summarize them for you:1. They charged me $75 more than what they promised to winterize and wrap my waverunner and didnt let me know until I came to pick it up. This is a routine service, they should be able to give me an accurate price. (At the time I thought it was annoying but not a huge deal because that sort of stuff happens sometimes. Looking back on it now, I can see its just their way of doing business.)2. When they winterized my waverunner they took the battery out and NEVER gave it back to me.3. When I called to let them know I never got my battery back they said that it was impossible. They NEVER make mistakes. (right). They basically said I was making the whole thing up and I was a liar... OK. They finally said they would see what they could do about it and call me back.4. After they didnt call me back (for like the 3rd time in this whole process) I got in touch with them and they said the best they could do was split the cost with me and quoted me a price on the battery. I called around and found out this 50/50 split ended up only being $10-$15 cheaper than what Id pay other places. I guess it is easy to go 50/50 when you double the price before you split it.5. I went in to let the manager know what was going on and he continued to call me a liar and there is absolutely no way they could make that mistake. So finally the service guy goes in the back and brings out a used battery and said that he just tested this one and it was in good condition. I took it because obviously they werent going to do anything better and their was no way I was giving them any more money for a new one.6. SURPRISE!!! Battery was completely dead.Do not go to this place if you want to be treated like a grown human being. They assume that you are an idiot and a liar and will do everything possible to squeeze the most money out of you. There are plenty of other locations throughout the valley that have treated me way better.

I got screwed over by there service department, I have known Devin and always thought he was fair until last fall, my Can Am became almost impossible to start when it was cold so we dropped it off with those instruction, picked it up, took it home and parked in garage, next day would not start again, we took it back and was told we were supposed to drain out bad gas in tank??..?? So they cleaned carb and hooked it back up to a dirty gas tank, I have never heard of such a thing. So I paid them 120.00 to clean carb again (2nd time $120) took it home and it still would not start. I went in to talk to Devin and was told they did the work and they had told us to drain gas (which they hadnt)so i was billed the cost. I left very disgusted called Dean, took my wheeler to him and in 20 minutes he had it starting like it was new, all he had to do was adjust the intake valve, To bad a 120.00.shop bill cost him a sale on a new x-3 side by side.
