Friendly, helpful customer service... most importantly... HONEST. They stand behind the products they sell. I went in this morning with two bad batteries out of my truck that I had bought in 9/17. I had no idea what the warranty was and felt that the batteries had served me well enough so I was fully prepared to buy two new batteries. When I say the cores down, they noted the date that they were purchased and, regardless of the fact that I didn’t have a receipt and had no idea that they did, in fact, have a two year warranty. No questions asked, they retrieved two brand new equivalent batteries from the back, printed me a new receipt (with smiles on their faces, no less) and I was out the door.I realize that they may be compensated some by the NAPA franchise for the batteries that didn’t outlast the warranty but, in my opinion, it still requires ethics and integrity to do what they did, and never once question. They could have given me a number, and I would have paid it. I honestly felt guilty for not even having to pay a “pro-rated” replacement fee. I’m not a mechanic so I’m not often shopping for car repair parts but when I do, it will absolutely be here. Thank You!
