This is such an awesome place to find clothes for a missionary or even just modest clothing for day to day life. The employees at this location are so kind and sweet and are very attentive to the needs of their customers. They provide such amazing service to each person they meet and there store is super nice and easy to navigate. 5/5 would recommend visiting!!!

We have always found great products at this store and helped outfit two of our missionaries here. Recently we had an unfortunate break in one of my daughters fairly new missionary shoes. It was a surprise and we hoped that Missionary Mall would help us out with replacement since we had not bought it that long ago. Sure enough, our salesperson Romney quickly referred us to Marcie with customer service. She walked us through the entire process and helped us the whole way along so that the situation could be remedied to our satisfaction.We are so grateful for good customer service within some wonderful companies still in this day and age. Missionary Mall definitely qualifies as one place with excellent customer service.

We ordered two dresses. Both are very pretty and fit well. One had a hole in the back of the dress but we were able to return in and received a replacement dress no problem. We will be ordering from them again👍🏼

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I have emailed them with no response, used their chat on their website with no response. Then when I try to call no on answers and their mailbox is full so I cant leave a message. Is this an actual business or something run by college students? Also you get rid of your best suit package for people who arent going on missions. Pick, are you going to tailor to only missionaries or to a larger audience? Figure out your business model, get some customer service agents and stop letting college students run your business. Get a grip.

Shopping for a missionary has never been so easy. We looked for stuff on line for a month and sent almost everything back. At the missionary Mall, they have everything you need, in the right fit and sizes, all in one place. The custom service is fabulous. They measure you, find the fit you need, and do alterations for free. I wish I would have just gone there first. The prices are reasonable, but not amazing. However, I would recommend to save yourself time, and just go there. It’s worth every Penny!

This is the best possible place you could go to shop for a mission! I just moved to Utah and I wish I knew about this place when I was preparing to serve. The outlet has everything that a future elder or sister would need! The staff is super helpful. They all have served missions and they know what you will need. Even if they don’t know they have these binders with advice from other returned missionaries from the mission that you will be going to! This really is a great store!

We found what we were looking for and it was a bonus that they had a section of clearance shirts and suits. Plus an extra bonus to have a variety of 5$ ties. We already knew what sizes we were looking for so that made it easier.

The product is wonderful and for a good price. I dont like that you have to order $100 or more to get free shipping. We also had a problem with them sending us the wrong size.l and customer Service was a bit difficult to reach, however once we communicated they were happy to resolve to issue in the way we needed to resolved and quick to reply. This store has adult clothing for guys and girls. It’s made to be clothes for LDS missionaries, but anyone can find professional or church clothes here. The workers were super helpful.

One of the skirts I ordered was out of stock and they were easily able to switch it out but they got back to me very very late about the mission call discount that I did not receive despite my request submitted; it took so long that I had already ordered and did not receive the discount.

6 plus stars of I could. We bought all of our sons missionary clothing at missionary mall. It was the best thing we did now it has been almost two years. I was a little skeptical of all their guarantees with the clothing and shoes, but we went ahead and purchased the clothes. I also bought a couple of pairs of dress pants for myself. My son wore out his shoes after 18 months and we followed all their instructions (easy) and he had shoes within the week. Their customer service is excellent and they take car of their missionaries. As for me, I get compliments on my pants every time I wear them. Great durability and fashionable. Very pleased.

Several months ago, November or December, I ordered 2 long sleeve shirts for me and 2 short sleeve shirts for my son. One long sleeve shirt wasn’t in stock and I was immediately refunded that amount. When the shirts arrived, the short sleeve shirts were perfect but the long sleeve shirt was not what I thought I was ordering. It was replaced but I didn’t try it on for several months. When I did, I found that the expandable top button wasn’t secured so the top did not stay closed. When I contacted customer service, even though a lot of time had passed, they took care of me immediately. A replacement shirt was sent in a couple of days.I was sad when the store closed down in our area but am so grateful they still took great care to make sure I was satisfied in every way with my purchase. I ordered new supplies for my missionary serving in Arizona. I realized I didnt put the apartment on it. I contacted them and they were able to change it. Then, my boy got a surprise transfer! I contacted them again and even though it was ready to be shipped they were able to find his package and change his address before it went out. Thank goodness it was Memorial Day weekend so the shipping was delayed one day. Also, thankful they went the extra mile to find it. So happy with the online customer service.

I haven’t been to MissionaryMall since Shortly before I left on a mission in 2013 but man have I been sleeping on them. One of my in-laws was recently called on a mission. We were visiting his family’s house, where he is doing MTC training at home because of COVID-19, when he showed me the new 4-way flex shirts at MissionaryMall. My typical experience with white button up shirts is they are just okay in comfort, not very breathable, and always coming up in the back. After seeing the material of in-laws shirt, I thought to myself, finally a white shirt that seems to have caught up with the breathable, stretchable materials of today.I went to try some shirts on for myself and they are more than I could have hoped for! The length is perfect and has roughly 4 more inches (just eyeballing) in length so that sitting down and standing up you don’t have to worry about it slipping out of your pants and looking sloppy or embarrassingly showing any undergarments. The material was super comfy. It feels so light, it breathes extremely well, and is as flexible as they come, all while looking sleek. I’m a bigger guy, a little overweight at 6’ 2” weighing 275 lbs. I was worried they would be too tight or have to stretch to wear it looked bad on my arms and midsection but it didn’t! My in-law is probably 5’ 11 weighing 175 lbs., in really good shape, and it looked great on him too! I think it’s safe to say the shirts fit well on most if not all body types.Staff was extremely friendly. I wish I remembered their names because they deserve a shout out. I walked in with my daughter, she’s a year and a half old and has lately got into that busy stage. I was worried it would be really difficult to keep her from running all over, getting into things while I tried on a few shirts to find my size. The staff were so kind and kept her distracted while I was able to do what I needed. They also really helped me find what I was looking for.MissionaryMall offers high quality products at great prices with excellent service. In the future, I plan to go to MissionaryMall for my church and professional attire before anywhere else. They’re hard to beat.

We bought almost all of our sons missionary clothes at the Missionary Mall. He went to Tahiti. While there, a number of his white shirts became stained from his belt due to the high temperature and humidity. Probably wasnt anything wrong with the shirts. Just tough conditions. Nonetheless, when we mentioned the problem to the Missionary Mall, they gave us new shirts. Great customer service. Very impressed.

This is the greatest place to shop for your missionary! We took my son there to prepare for his mission to Africa and the staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable about what he would need. They were amazing to work with and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our son. When he got sent home early due to COVID-19 and was awaiting reassignment he needed some shoes fixed and one of his pieces of luggage had been broken on his trip home. Luckily we had purchased the extra warranty plan, and when I contacted them about his problems they were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. Amazing customer service & warranty!!!I purchased items for our missionary including a set of DeJuno luggage. He came home from Brazil after 8mos due to the pandemic. The large suitcase got damaged & one of the wheels was almost torn off. I called Missionary Mall to see if there was any type of warranty on the luggage. I ordered shoes for my daughter. They came quickly. When she tried them on, they were a little too small. I was able to request a return for an exchange. It takes a few days for the approval to go through. At least it did for me. I sent them back and quickly received my replacement.

The employees were wonderful, and very helpful. The only complaint I had is they didnt carry any Shirts over size 19 neck for men, and they didnt carry any ties in the longer length. Other than that, we are very happy.

We have sent three boys on missions using the Missionary Mall clothing etc. First two did have any problems we needed to correct. Our youngest son is serving in Japan right now & has a problem with one of his pair of shoes that had laces. Shoes come off & on a lot. Missionary Mall not only replaced the shoes, but understanding the culture in Japan replaced the shoes with another style that was a slip on to make sure he was taken care of properly:). Excellent after sales service. Cant beat the guarantee on mens suits. Process was very simple. Provide photo evidence that the pants were worn-out and new ones were in the mail the next day. Will definitely buy from them for my second missionary.

The sales clerk that helped us find shoes was excellent; my complaint comes from the lack of plus size offerings. That was very frustrating!

I didnt know what to expect, and I was a little bit nervous. Almost as soon as we walked through the door, a sister greeted us and she was with us the whole rest of the time. This site has so many great quality outfits to buy for a missionary. I ordered 2 basketball shorts and that fit well and I ordered a black pleated skirt and it was too small. I recommend if you order that shirt you size up so it will fit.
