This is a wonderful pharmacy. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but their proficiency and knowledge are worth it. There is always a real fully qualified pharmacist on duty and available to assist you. You can also pick up a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread while you’re there.Wonderful 🤩

Went to pick up pictures here and the guy helping us seemed ready for us to leave as soon as possible. However, the girl running the store’s cashier was nice and friendly.

This place wasted a lot of my time. Their pharmacy moves at the speed of Government. I feel that even the DMV would be embarrassed if they moved this slow. I had to come back three times to get my prescriptions and after an unreasonably long wait in line each time. There were repeated problems where my doctor had to be called and prescriptions had to be cancelled and re-sent. To make matters more annoying, they kept calling me and telling me that my prescriptions were ready and then having issues every time I showed up. Any one of these issues might be understandable on its own but to get them all three times in a row looks a lot like incompetence. I will find another pharmacy to use in the future

I worked there for 3 years as a technician. I love hearing the hate stories from this place, mainly because I feel the same. Walgreens never helped us with staffing and it sucked working there. If I was working there and I treated you poorly, Im sorry... It just was the worst working there and Im sorry that I projected.

If I could give their pharmacy negative stars I would! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect or with such little regard and care. Some of the techs were pleasant but the pharmacist was very unprofessional and rude. I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy again because of this experience. No matter how busy they may have been or how backlogged they were they had no right to treat customers the way we were treated. They were lolligagging around, and ignoring customers and taking an eternity to do every single task. If they were as busy as they claim to be maybe they should try working at a quicker, more efficient pace. If they have time to chat among themselves & stand around drinking sodas at a leisurely pace they shouldnt be acting like they are SO busy they cant keep up with their work load. Everyones time is valuable, they should keep that in mind before treating customers like they are a burden and an inconvenience.

I went through the drive-through to have a Covid test. They all did an amazing job and I had the results pretty soon!

It also was a like a younger woman that was at the register to put money on my debit card but she said it should load in a while just give it time. Well its okay I hope that if you got my money its ok I know its funny and you can have the money cuz I like to help people to. I think I can never be cross or mad at a little money and a little girl. The employees at Walgreens have always been friendly and helpful. They have managed my prescriptions well and have always been helpful. They serve thousands of people in this area. All of my friends have there prescriptions there! I love there holiday stuff. Their candy selection is great and often on sale. They have a cute variety of gift items. A grandma’s delight in many ways!

Nice selection of make up, they always have good deals on season treats, and I’ve used the photo department multiple times. I’ve always had good customer service.If I had a suggestion of improvement it would be to work on the quality of photo print. At times the coloring has been off.

This place is terrible. Several times Ive been there, waited for 15-30 mins in the drive up line, only to have them tell me they didnt have my prescription ready or that my refill was filled at a different location! These people are terrible to work with, wont go out of their way to help, and act like you are putting them out.

I went to purchase some perfume for a gift and the manager said he couldn’t sell me any because they key to the fragrance locks was lost over a month ago...seems like a very long time to be able to find a solution to a relatively easy fix. Poor management.

Never ever read directions from doctors. My prescription refills are late or never done.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would! They’re terrible here. They never have your medicine filled on time. Every time you do go get your medicine they always make you wait a half hour or more. They’re rude! They have no idea what they’re doing with the medications they always mess it up and give you the wrong ones in the wrong bottles. They make you feel like you have no idea what you’re doing or talking about. Overall this pharmacy is just a confusing mess. Save your time and go someplace else. These people will drive you up the wall

Okay the beauty selection here is awesome, but its only my second favorite thing about this store. My most favorite thing is your beauty advisor during the day. Shes gorgeous, kind and so helpful!

Convenient location, Friendly staff. They have a Beauty Consultant on staff now to help with cosmetic needs; hair care and skin care. She actually helps you find the right product for you. Even a mini makeover.Clean and tidy. Shelves well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Lots of parking. Be ware of high traffic times of the day it can be a bit tricky to get out of the parking lot. You might just want to make a right turn in and out of the parking lot following the traffic flow. Mostly around 4 pm to 6 pm.

Have never had an issue with their staff. Employees are always kind and helpful. The pharmacy has always gotten my orders right.Dont love the hours but I understand its a small town. I do love that its quick and convenient. Beats going into a grocery store for sure for small items.

Called to check on my application after I was given the run around for a month. The lady I spoke to was rude. She told me resubmit another application. I pretty much was like nevermind Ill find somewhere else to work. If you cant do your job as a hiring manager obviously then I dont want to work for your company. Thanks though.

This Walgreens Pharmacy especially is super slow- lots of business and always a line. There photo pick up is great. I like the drive up window for the pharmacy makes it more comfortable. This walgreens has everything from make up to food to baby items to medicine a mini market.

We went there late on a Sunday night to get a poster printed. Our order was complicated and we needed a lot of help. The girl there was super nice and patient with us and made sure we had what we needed before we left, even though she probably had a long day. We were impressed!

Wow, their pharmacy guys are FANTASTIC. My insurance doesn’t cover one of my prescriptions, so I was going to have to pay $80, but then the pharmacy tech was like, “Hmmm, let me see if I can get that down for you.” Long story short, I ended up only having to pay about $40. I don’t know exactly how he did that, but sI am extremely grateful!

Make sure you get ALL of your photos when ordering through the photo center. I order photos through them and realized they didnt give me all of my 8 x 10s. Then later that day I ordered photos again and they once again didnt give me all of my photos.

I have never experienced good service at this location. Every time I have gone to pick up my prescriptions through the drive thru I end up having to wait forever. Not to mention the staff is rude.

Pharmacy is unreal. I had a prescription that got sent to them 3 days before I went to pick it up. They didn’t tell me until I got there that they didn’t even have the prescription in stock and that it was on back order. I would go anywhere but here? They can text me everyday saying it is ready but when I actually show up they don’t have it? GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

The pharmacy used to be great but now you end up waiting 20-30 min to pick up your already filled prescription. They also ask for my insurance cards everytime saying they arent on file. Switching pharmacys.

It has the longest store hours of the pharmacys in Springville, and they are open on weekends. They are usually pretty busy so you should check before hand to make sure your prescriptions are ready to avoid waiting, but thats pretty typical. Theyve always been helpful in person and on the phone when dealing with any problems weve had.

A bit slow, but still the best pharmacy in Springville. Theyre also the only store in the area open every single day of the year. I like their value points system, too. Its nice to get something for free.

I have been sending prescriptions through this Walgreens for years. They are friendly and helpful. There is also a decent selection of groceries even if they are a little overpriced.

Called ahead to check on prescriptions. Got in the drive-thru line 15 minutes later. Waited in line 20 minutes just to get to the window. Waited another 25 minutes at the window because they disclosed they had put the wrong labels on the bottles. They apologised for the confusion. Theres no confusion on my part - I am switching to a new pharmacy today!!!

I have never had such an incompetent pharmacy team in my life. Dealing with people and medication you would think that they would be capable of customer service and be detailed about calls and such. But no, as a professional in the medical field, these techs and the pharmacist are the absolute worst. I call for a refill and its never done when I get there, texting is the same, and its a waste of my time.Last month I had to pay double out of pocket for a computer issue on their part, this month I am told my prescription expired last month...but I had asked if it was expiring last month and they had told me no. Not only that, but when I talk to them they hang up on me even if I am not upset. I have no issue with the store, but the pharmacy is the absolute worst experience one can have in the medical industry...and thats not just my opinion. Would be a -2 if I could.

The prices are ridiculous. Unless youre a member, then all the prices are the exact same as everyone elses. But the photo printing service is great and inexpensive

Sure, will fill your prescriptions, but expect to wait at LEAST an hour longer than the time they tell you. Even if you sit and wait in the store, it will be much much longer than they say it will be. I dropped a prescription off for my son on a Friday and was told itd be ready Monday. I couldnt get there til Wednesday. They put that it needed to go out to be filled that day. I come back a week later and the prescription is still not even ready. Going on 3 weeks to get a prescription filled.

No complaints. Always get my prescriptions quickly here.

Im not sure why I waste my time and money at this Walgreens. They act like they are so put out and inconvenienced by filing my scripts.But Ive learned my lesson, I wont be giving them my business any more.Maybe that doesnt matter to them anyway. But I would also make sure my family and friends know not to bother either. If enough people did that, they would have to take a look at how they are treating their customers.Anyway, its not like they are the cheapest or most convenient.

I really like the techs, very friendly. But, they NEVER have our prescriptions ready! We have tried their text system, email system and phone/voice system. Ive even called ahead and spoke to a live person but when I get there the prescription is never there!! Ended up having to change pharmacies it got to be such a head ache

Super friendly staff, dropped my script off Saturday morning and it was ready pretty quick.

Bad experience almost every time I go there. The service is horrible and it’s hard to get any help or clear answer from anyone that works there. I have waited in line for photos for 20 minutes before I was helped after having them call someone multiple times and another time I have been ignored when trying to ask a question. When I finally got to ask a question about an item the response was we don’t know and that a rain check wouldn’t do any good because it could take months for the item to come but they couldn’t give a clear answer. Every experience has been unpleasant and I will not be returning to this location.

THE WORST, AND THE MOST ARROGANT PHARMACY EMPLOYEES of ANY WALGREENS that I have had to deal with west of the Mississippi. NO JOKE!!!!!!!! I have lost respect for Dr. Oz for even being associated with the Walgreens chain! Springville is the worst, but the others are not much better. If you want fast and courteous help try SOS drug in Springville, or any other drug store in the state!!! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

Im writing this after being led on a merry dance and Im so frustrated. I check with the Springville Pharmacy to refill my prescription and they said it was in Provo (which is weird because I arranged refills to be done in Springville like over 6 months ago). They offered to do it then and there and have it ready in less than 30 minutes. I requested to receive an alert via text message which the man at the window said he would do. Hours later as Im busy with other things and I NEVER received an alert. They need to update their office hours because it says 11PM but it closed some time before that. So I check in with Provos pharmacy since they are 24 hours and my prescription was there in the first place. They told me it wasnt there, ever. They said its in Springville. This is ridiculous!!

If you wait, it will be ready in 30 minutes, or you can come back at 12:30.Ill be back in 30 minutes to pick it up.If you want it in 30 minutes, you have to wait in store.That ridiculous, if people wait in store they get to cut ahead in line?We are a high volume store.
