Great selection of tools and parts. Prices higher than other plumbing and parts stores. Also, I have had multiple experiences where employees have been unable to help or guided me to a part that didnt work or fit. In the end I replied upon another customers help. For a hardware and parts store service is very important, thus the low rating.

I went into this store for the first time to buy an embarrassingly small plastic sprinkler part. An older salesman was immediately at my service. He went out of his way to determine exactly which type part I needed and then handled the under-$1 sale as respectfully as a $100 one. I was very impressed and will return to this branch whenever I need something else.

We were looking for a replacement valve solenoid, we purchased some last fall and replaced two broken ones. When the water was turned on this spring those two valves wont shut off. The new solenoid valve stems are too short to do the job. When we mentioned what we were looking for the manager insulted us by saying we didnt know what was wrong. Never going back there.

Weve bought a number of sprinkler systems, plumbing parts, and fixtures for our home here over the years. This year we got our Christmas lights there also. They have a great, knowledgeable staff and Trista was a pleasure to work with on our most recent trip. Great products. Great service. Great prices.

The manager and the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful. The manager went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. However, there were two older gentlemen that were extremely rude. I have never seen such an attitude on someone who is in customer service. I thought it was your job to help people locate items in your store and answer questions. If one of my employees acted that way to one of my customers, I would have to let them go.. it was sad because the manager was on the opposite end of the spectrum. Super helpful and pleasant to speak with .

The worse experience ever. The cashier left to help a long lost friend load his supplies. She yelled to two names to come help. After 5 minutes a man came up with a customer he had been helping and checked him out ignoring the line of people. The customer behind me told me it is always like this. She was surprised the store was still open. I could have driven the 10 minutes to home depot, fought the crowds there, checked out, drove back the 10 minutes and still would have spent less time. They were sold out of the fitting I needed and offered no suggestions how to get around it. I did it on my own using 3 other fittings. These guys are horrible. I strongly suggest driving anywhere else, you will save time.

Great place. Check prices though sometimes they offer best price other times they are much more expensive.

Christopher Cooley was so helpful. He answered all our questions we had about buying our new sink and faucet. We also ordered a few accessories for the sink and he was able to get us great prices, amazing service and we were happy to spend our money locally. I highly recommend having Christopher help you!

After reading the previous reviews, I was quite skeptical about going here. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how my experience was quite the opposite. Craig was very helpful in setting up a design for a sprinkler system and getting it delivered in a timely manner. Granted, this place appears to be primarily for contractors, but if you know a little bit about what you are doing, it is a good place for the general public as well. They carry quality commercial grade equipment and will work with you.

Put simply, this location is flat out rude and act like they are bothered to have to help. Ive given Standard Plumbing and the attached True Value hardware store four attempts to earn my business. All four times I have been outright amazed by the terrible service. The employees are rude, and act totally bothered to have a customer in the store. Ive never been treated so terribly at an establishment trying to earn my business. I gave them multiple tries thinking everyone has a bad day, but it has been consistently poor treatment.Experiences include being heavily sighed at (with an eye roll) when asking for the location of a product, to being yelled at for walking in the closed plumbing area. (If it is closed, put a sign up, chain it off, do something to let people know the area is off limits!). Ive had one employee openly complain about the younger employees there while telling my I was cutting into his break time. Its just been awful, it really has.I was excited when they first opened since they are near my home, but I have now vowed never to set foot in there again, and I would suggest you do the same unless you like being treated like trash.

Had an ADA compliant toilet that we needed for my grandparents house. Shopped Home Depot who didnt have it in stock, came here right after and they took care of us! Great service as well.

Ive been here 5 plus times now getting different sprinkler parts to update my lawn. The crew there have been very helpful in educating me on what I was doing, and always help me find a cheaper solution than what I had originally came up with.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had a good experience here. I need to add a station to my sprinkler system and was able to find everything I need. If you can get Nick, he was incredibly helpful. Also, I got a bunch of parts wrong and returned them no problem. The only complaints I have is the checkout and return process takes a long time since a lot of parts dont have barcodes and the organization of the store can be confusing.

Terrible shopping experience. I went on a Monday after work looking for a hose for my refrigerator and a shutoff valve. I found the hose, but the longest they had was 10, which is not long enough. As for the shutoff valve I walked up and down several isles looking in all the boxes, which are unmarked and have tall sides so they are hard to see into or know what you are getting, and I could not find what I was looking for. I was highly disappointed at the selection and service. I left empty handed and will probably not return. I have better luck finding plumbing supplies at the big box hardware store. Also for the 15 minutes I was there no one ever asked if I needed help, even though there were several people standing around up front.

Excellent service! Manger answered all my questions and walked me through the work I would be doing at home. Unlike some that work with women in a mans world, I was treated with great respect and courtesy for what knowledge I did have. Will definitely go back for all my sprinkler needs and more.

Didnt have any knowledge on plumbing stuff and I dont know how people say they have tons of stuff. All I saw was empty boxes on the shelves and when they didnt have an extension pipe that I was asking for just said I guess we dont have it and walked away. It would of been nice for them to recommend a place or call a place and see of they would have it

Honestly, they were the worst. I was a single mom and they knew I had no knowledge about sprinkler systems. They over sold me quadruple what I needed. I will never use them or buy from them again.They sold me a 24 zone control panel for my tiny yard 1/8 acre. Even the trench digger had mercy and dug 1/2 the trenches they designed so I had to return a lot of supplies. Im so mad at them for taking advantage of me so badly. My control panel is do difficult. I only use 3 zones, so I have it way dummed down, but it is very annoying to use.

The staff is always freindly, knowledgeable and down to earth. They also have the best quality products at great prices. Their showroom guy is top notch and always helps me get what I need.

They dont have anything you need. I went to build some cam lock fittings. I started with plastic, they didnt have what I needed. So I went to steel, and nothing. Half steel half brass nothing, and its so unorganized. I ask for help and Im sent to the wrong isle. Ask someone else same thing. get some employees who maybe know something in this feild. Or even where things are at. organize youre store, it looks worse than my kids closet.

Pricey, pricey, pricey! Went in to buy some landscape fabric 3*100 5 ounce weight for a project. They wanted over $ 76.00 for 300 sq/ft. I ended up getting 4*250 for about 89 at another store of 5 ounce fabric.

This place has solved our sprinkler issues for a quarter (or less) of the cost it took to call someone to come replace our sprinklers. The employee taught us how to install the new sprinkler heads, and it’s so easy. We’ve been so upset with the companies who come fix our sprinklers because they always seem to cause more problems than we had before and overcharge us. Thank you Sprinkler World!

My youngest destroyed our sink. I went to standard plumbing supply looking for a new one. I found more than just a new sink but friendly and great service. If I have to come back again, I would come here again!!

Ive had mostly good experiences here. Most of the staff is knowledgeable, but there are some that could use some additional training. The real frustrating thing, for me, is that they close at 2 p.m.on Saturdays. I must not be in their core demographic, because Saturday afternoons ate when Im *most* likely to make sprinkler repairs. Oh, well.

No one was there to help. When I finally was able to ask for a part the employee rolled his eyes at me and made me feel like I was bugging him. I needed a sprinkler part and it took him about 30 seconds to find it for me. He was so rude! I haven’t had someone roll their eyes at me while I was asking for help. Going to southwest plumbing supply next time.

DONT PAY WITH CASH AT THIS PLACE OR ASK FOR ADVICE!!! (this is actually my only NEGATIVE review Ive ever given) I actually have a joint account here and I went to purchase some simple supplies for my plants to be set on a timer-the information the people gave me was exactly opposite of what my landscaper told me. Long story short I returned the parts and was told that to receive a refund it took 10 short days to process the return and I would receive a check in the mail within 14 days. What a deal-its like a tax return almost! Anyway I am sitting at day #29 and still no check. EVERY TIME I CALL FOR A MANAGER I AM PUT ON HOLD AND TOLD THAT THE MANAGER IS BUSY- I ALWAYS HANG UP AFTER 18 MINUTES. I FINALLY GET ONE THEY GIVE ME THE WHOLE SPILL OF ITS A CORPORATE ISSUE, WE HAVE NO CONTROL-I WILL UPDATE MY POST IF I EVER GET MY MONEY!

They were nice to my wife, but when I went in and just asked them a few questions they just looked at me like an idiot. I explained clearly to them what I was looking for (a large transitional piece), showed them a picture of what it was, and their two irrigation guys (who I couldnt understand a word they were saying) just kept saying what I was asking for didnt exist. I went to Sprinkler Supply the same day and found exactly what I wanted. Skip this store, go to a real sprinkler store.

Got the job done, had everything I needed. A couple people there are especially knowledgeable and helpful. The pace was a little slow but I was treated respectfully even when I needed help and only bought a few parts. 5 stars if they pick up the pace.

Service was not good at all. I waited in line for 10min, while the people in front of me were trying to buy 3-4 items. They kept running around looking for codes to keep it into the system. Finally when I got to the counter they said are you sure this is the right item you want. I told them I thought it was, and then they said well you better make sure as it was $95. I asked a few questions which were unanswered. I left the item, went around the corner to Walmart and was surprised to got better assistance there.

We decided to switch our manual sprinklers out for and automatic system. My husband bought the auto valves and pipe for our box for $109 and decided to wait to get the timer because our neighbors shad ought theirs for $12 and the cheapest one there was $80. When we got to home depot we got a timer box $24 that is working perfectly and my husband found all the supplies he had already purchased pre-assembled for only $50-ish dollars. They do not accept returns at Sprinkler World after any install so we are stuck with the double priced set but we will never go to Sprinker World again. I gave them a star because they had all the things we needed and explained how to put them together.

Acted like I was doing them a huge disservice every time I went in. Spent a lot of money there but really regretted after getting much friendlier, more responsive customer service else where. Wont be going back or recommending them to anybody.

Bought some gutter attachments there and accidentally bought the wrong size, which was completely my fault. Went back with them unused and tags still on them. They wouldnt let me exchange them as I didnt have my receipt with me. Maybe were just spoiled with big companies returning items without receipts. But these guys point blank refused to help resolve the issue without one.Ill just go to a large DIY store next time.

I dont know what anyone else is talking about, but the customer support there has been amazing. They are willing to help and will do their best to help out. A lot of times people dont understand the return policies written on the bottom of the reciept and in bold letters on the front counter itself, and try to cheat the system by throwing a pissy fit and yelling at people. Come on guys, its not all that difficult!! It clearly says that you need the receipt and that it needs to be within 30 days of purchase. Im pretty darn sure Walmart has the same return policies. This coming from experience from watching other people swear up a storm at the employees for following the rules!!

Hey it’s clean, big, lots of options. Had the Marc 55 drain cleaner that a bunch of other places didn’t.
