Today I had my alarm system updated. Steve was very nice and respectful was helpful in giving information on how to operate the system. All checks done. Alarm is up and running. Great service!. Id recommend Alarm 360.

Today I had my alarm system updated by Enrique with Alarm 360. He was awesome. He arrived on time with a 30 minute text prior so I would know of his arrival time. He was fast but efficient. He took time out to explain the alarm system and the different features/short cuts on the alarm. I would recommend him and Alarm 360 to anyone.

September 30, 2021, I had my alarm system checked by John with Alarm 360. He was awesome and professional. He spent time to carefully check every wire connection and test all functions. I would highly recommend him and Alarm 360.

The technician Quinton was courteous, professional and got the job done quickly.

Jessie was very professional and answered all me little questions even while steadily working. I had some concerns with my internet speed and he have helpful tips and worked with me on it until it was completed and everything was setup. This was my first time having any security system installed and Alert360 made sure I had a great experience. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Alert360!

FINALLY!!! The 3rd time was the charm. The last tech, John Henry, that came yesterday, 8/29/21 Finally found and fixed the problem after WEEKS of complaints. It should never have taken this long to fix what turned out to be a simple problem, but one that caused me a lot Id stress and anxiety. I pay quite a lot and would expect more accurate care and reliability from this company. Everyone has been Oh So Polite, but still the problem existed. I hope and pray the annoyance is gone and over for good.

This company has for most part always been great over the last 8 years. Its just that on their last visit, they had to come out 3 times to get the repair fix right....but hey the maintenance charge was waved...I do pay monthly charges for maintenance insurance, and the cameras are 👍

Antonio is the kindest, helpful, pleasant person. Its a pleasure to do business with him. If there is a problem in the future I definitely will request Antonio to come and fix it. Thank you Alert 360 for hiring such wonderful person.

The folks at Alert 360 are the nicest, most helpful, and honest people who have serviced our home. We have been using them for almost 10 years now, and I have come to trust that they are looking out for me. They never give me the hard sell, and there’s always someone helpful on the line if I have to call. Alert 360 hires well. I have probably had them out to my home 8 times between moves, add ons, and service calls. Every time they send someone who really seems to enjoy their work, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and never leaves without my being completely satisfied with the job. Today, that fella’s name was Quentin. As I expected, Quentin was awesome! He explained everything he was going to do, answered all of my questions and didn’t waste time.

The Alert 360 Security was very professional and knowledgeable I learned a new system was on my phone I knew nothing about he also showed me a quick way to get help by using my phone as opposed to running to my keypad on the wall for emergencies.

John was over yesterday and set me up with an Alarm 360 system for a warehouse. He was thorough and explained everything. I love the app that alerts me when the alarm is turned off or on and allows me to turn it off or on from my phone. Very affordable cell network security service. My equipment was very old. Recently there was service error that kept happening. They didnt tell me it was due to 3G. They didnt tell me or needed upgrade. Their equipment upgrade should not charged to me, but I had to sign up for warranty contract so this visit wont be exorbitant. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME WAS AWESOME. FIXED ALL TROUBLES, CHECKED THE WHOLE SYSTEM.

Quentin with Alert 360 did a fantastic job at fixing our keypad that went out. He was fast, knowledgeable and very professional. He is a great asset to a super company.

Excellent security systems and service. They have come to my house 3 times for equipment install and added equipment and it has always been extremely time efficient and the technicians are very knowledgeable and respectful. I have also never been on hold for more than 2 minutes whenever calling them and they are priced very reasonably. Definitely recommend making the switch to Alert 360 from one of the big providers, my experience has been 100 times better!

My alarm stopped transmitting signal and 360 Home security never reached to me? I contacted and spoke with a representative that confirmed that there was not a signal being transmitted, and my residence was not be protected.The representative declined to credit me any refund on days not covered but willing to sell me a maintenance plan for any equipment that needed replacement. The equipment was outdated and I was still paying monthly plan.The after arguing with 2 different reps I finally was able to get a technician out to my house 2 days later versus 9 days later.The representatives are rude and feel entitled!!!!

Fixed the problem. He never introduced himself. explained problem but wasnt very helpful on picking solution. Cut in wall to find cable or install wireless. How did wire break?? 225$ later. Fixed.

Technician was courteous and friendly and did a good job of making sure everything worked as he went. I would have liked for a better explanation on the camera system and the doorbell camera would not connect and he did not have another one. So now I am waiting for 6 days before someone can come replace it which is frustrating. The company is good to work with though and easy to get ahold of when you need them. I use them for both my home and business and have been happy for the most part.

This is my second time asking my security company that my door bill camera not catching every things, they did send me tech and he was kind of rude, he changed the door bill camera and charged me $25. Then the camera was not recording at all. After few months I got phone call from the company because my I have an automatic payment and my card was stolen, so they were not able to charge my card, I gave them the new card info and ask them to send me the tech because the door bill camera not catching everything and not recording at all. They did send me the same tech and I told him what happening and also I told him that he did fix it last time but I have same problem.And here we go, he told me that this camera made by human and won’t catch everything. This is answer I was not expecting to hear from my security company the one I’m paying them a lot of money every month to secure my family life. Then he told me don’t talk to me call the company I’m just a messenger and he started to raised up his voice. I didn’t want to go down to his level and fight him back. So he left and I still have the same problem for almost a year.This company should spend more time and money to teach their employees how to respect customer and not to tell them our services not worth S**t.My contract about to finish soon and in my life I won’t sign with this company again.
