Unreliable and wasted my time! I spent three months trying to get this company to look at my lifts and give me a quote so they could be repaired. They dont do set appointments and on 3 separate occasions they said they would arrive within a 3 hour window, each time nobody showed up or they called well after to say someone was coming after Id already left for the day. Finally they called to say they were in my area and would stop by. They spent an hour looking over my lifts and charged me $150 to look but not give me an actual quote or even verbally say what they needed. He claimed that he would write something up over the weekend and email it to me the following Monday. For the next five weeks I continued to call and speak with the owner or leave messages trying to get a quote that I had already paid for! At no time did I ever receive my quote. Very poor way to do business!Update: After reading your response I decided to add some information to my review (the upper portion was left original)Your comments are unfortunate and consistent with the level of customer service I received. You point out several ways to get ahold of you, none of which were ever an issue, but getting you to follow through after our conversations and taking my money never happened. You say Im not in your system or notes, but I hold a receipt for $150 which I paid in cash and in return was never provided a quote. This is called ripping someone off by the way. You then go on for sentence after sentence complaining how I leave online reviews and it must be exhausting. Nobody cares about the points you get for leaving reviews but other potential customers get a history of your company. This has been around for years and is a common practice so you should update your way of thinking. But lets be honest your goal of responding was an attempt to discredit me, pretend you never dealt with me and create the illusion that my reviews were for personal gain (not sure how that works). I understand every company has a bad day and I give credit where due. Most of my reviews are positive and I dont leave negative reviews unless its fully justified. The response you gave was far more damaging then anything I could ever write and for that I appreciate your time!
