The first photo you see needs to be removed the trailer park does not have any run down trailers like that! I deliver heating fuels to a few of the residents here an for the most part everyone seems friendly the staff are always kind and ask if we need them to move anything if they are infront of a customers house. Definitely one of the best trailer parks/communitys Ive been to in Cumberland/Maine.
A nice, quiet park Lots of trees around for scenery, and close to nearby shopping.Management is very nice and helpful; Becky facilitated a fast move-in for me.
New Corporation bought the park. Done some good things like cut some of the trees and put slabs under your mobile home. Good snow removing and mail is in a community box. Offside, is this corporate should provide a public disposal of household trash. Otherwise, homeowners have too make a weekly treak to the transfer station that is busy and congested. Green its not, and burning your time and gasoline is far from being green. If one wants to buy and move, read the rules! Menical to say the least. Look good at the rules! Our Govoner Mills should allow Right to buy first! Residents should make the rules not to mention have a say on what rules apply. Water quality and pressure is lacking. Due to all the new lots going in. New Corp. Owners need to be careful of tapping into these systems. Some owners have noticed spikes in electrical billsWater has been cloudy and would suggest filtering your drinking water.
Nicest mobile home park Ive ever seen. Houses are spaced well, with many beautiful trees. Older lots are constantly being renovated with newer homes coming in all the time. The management team is professional, helpful, and personable. You can make it to any number of lakes in minutes.
Excellent place to live. The owners and management has done wonderful work to keep the park in good order and enforce the park rules. Any issues I had with the park or management were cleared up quickly.

They have a weekly poker tournament at the rec center which is a blast. Usually 30 - 40+ people with nice payouts!!
Love most of the residents. My neighbors are great.Park issued oil tank insurance nobody was opted in for. Raised everyones lot rent for it, as if it wasnt high enough for what little they offer.Tonight a house thats never occupied is engulfed in flames and none of the park management has shown up to the scene.The longer youre here, the more you can get away with.Driveways are only ever broken out in the winter by fellow residents with plows.Some residents drive by my house doing more than twice the speed limit with no repercussions.Dirtbikes and atvs tear up the park on weekends. Kids cut through lawns with no respect for others. They leave trash in our lawns and driveways and vandalize the playground.Dogs (pitbull mixes, not allowed by park rules) run down the roads with no collars or leashes.
Had a baby shower, very nice facilities in the community room.
