Wonderful people! I did go at a time of low volume, which was unexpected with everything going on with COVID-19, but the staff was really nice and accommodating. I went in for a basic repair of a brake light bulb that had gone out, and they quickly fixed my issue and I was on my way. I also saw on my receipt that completely voluntarily they checked my tire pressures and even alerted me to an issue with my front bumper on the passenger side that I was unaware of. Will never hesitate to return should I need something fixed. Wonderful!

Went with my friend to get the tires changed on his car. The staff was so nice and friendly and an associate Tim was very helpful, and he was friendly also. I was actually here couple days before my friend and I came and I dealt with Tim. He was so nice, and understanding especially since I have an accent. I will definitely recommend going here if you need your tires changed or something

01/21/16Thank God for these guys!! All I had was a flat and I took it to my dealer thinking maybe it would be under warranty and if not, that they would give me the best deal and they said it cant be patched, need a new tire and quoted me 90 bucks, called my usual garage and they quoted 70, Walmart Tire and Lube patched up my tire (no replacement needed) for 20 bucks. I just regret I cant remember the name of the mechanic that helped me out... but they are amazing! Great service!!!!

Super nice mechanics! I got a nail in my tire on New Year’s Eve, right before they closed for the night. I felt so bad but they were great and fixed my tire without any sign of irritation at all. Awesome customer service!!

No service for 45 minutes at the counter

I walked in and asked for an oil change yesterday, and the man looked at me and said “Are you kidding me?! We are slammed!!” I would have been more than happy to wait. Mind you, I went around 4 pm and they were open until 7 pm. I left after this, as I didn’t appreciate being talked to this way. A simple, “it will be a while” would have been just fine.

Had four tires mounted and balanced. The staff were quick, polite, and knowledgable. They took time to answer my questions. Service and tires were cheapest that I could find (bought tires on Walmart website). I do not know if I would feel comfortable taking my vehicle to any Walmart, but I would definitely recommend and receive service again from this one.

Gave this location a try after feeling a little tiny bit cheated by Midas. Trust issues I guess haha But Jim at Walmart T & L was able to help me out so much over the phone and explained things so thoroughly and patiently for me. Once I took my car in for services, Chuck and Jordan have been an awesome help fixing up my car for more than half the price LESS it would have been at Midas. Really happy with their services and generosity!

State college PA2 times been there to get tires rotated and have yet to get it done. First time I was told I was next after they did a battery change and 2 hours later when I came back it wasn’t even in the garage yet. Second time I got there and they said they only had volunteers working and it would be at least 4 hrs there were 2 ahead of me. Worst service EVER without a doubt. I think my next purchase will be elsewhere.

Apparently 1 hr left in the day with your lube express guy just standing around is not enough ime to change a battery in a stranded customers vehicle. It takes 10 freaking minutes to change a battery. I would have done it myself to avoid all this but didnt have the tool handy. No i cant come back the next day. Your customer sevice is outstanding (sarcasm) and i will be sure to share my experience. Its sad when pep boys is a better option.

On July 17, 2015, I purchased 4 Solus KH1 tires for my 2012 Hyundai Elantra at the Benner Pike Walmart. I had previously had a set of Cooper tires that wore out at 15,000 miles. I expressed my concerns to the man at the desk and that I wanted to have a better guarantee. He recommended the tires that I purchased which had a 60,000 mile warranty as long as they were rotated and did not wear as a rotation/alignment issue. I felt confident in my purchase. I had an alignment done at another location on July 24, 2015 just to be sure these tires lasted. I had rotations done in October, January, and March. On August 13, 2016, I ran over a screw and had a slow leak. I took the car back to Walmart to have repaired only to be told that I needed new tires. They would not honor the warranty on the tires as they stated, It was an alignment issue. I had less than 15,000 miles on the tires. I was shocked and asked to talk to someone else and was told the same answer, they would not be covered. Today, November 29, 2016, I had to purchase another set of tires at a different location and had a 4 Wheel Alignment done. There were no Alignment Issues but Walmart stated that they would not cover the tires because they were worn as an Alignment Issue. I believe I was mislead for sure!

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Jordan L. serviced my vehicle and he did a fantastic job. You can tell he is very thorough and precise with his work. I looked the average Wal-Mart auto techs salary, and I certainly believe that Jordan deserves more than the requisite $10 an hour. Great, fast service!!! Thanks jordan!!!

Really happy with visit of 5/20/15. The Kumho tires I bought from them 3 years ago had worn down with 1/2 of the treadwear warranty left. And the service manager, Jim, gave me 50% credit on new tires, with no hassle at all. He just made sure the tread had worn evenly, which it had.I have never had a tire place honor a warranty to my satisfaction before this. And Ive had bad experiences at another Walmart tire dept, in Altoona, several years back.It might just be which store you go into and which service manager you get. But this was a good one. Thanks!

Service bay staff are friendly, but they take a bit too long to get work done. Not their fault, they keep getting interrupted to process arriving customers. Poorly designed system.

Took my car in to fix a flat tire. I was told at the end they could not find an issue. Then drove down to another tire center and they found a 3 inch nail in the tire
