When I came in the store I was absolutely clueless about what I was gonna get. The lady who helped me was so sweet it was honestly the best coustomer/employee interaction I have ever had. When I told her I was dying my blonde hair to a dark brown she showed me hair swatches so we were on the same page. She gave me crystal clear instructions and answered all my questions, she even helped me to pick the right size developer so I didnt waste any money. I left the store feeling much more confident and I absolutely love the results.

I absolutely love this shop. The staff was very informative on what products I needed. And the manager was so helpful in showing me new products that now I cant live without! So glad I stopped in. And shocked that the prices are much lower than I expected from a specialty store.

I walked in to the store with one of my friends to buy some box die.... I ended up paying most of the cost on my card but did not have $1.30. I asked to go to my car to get some change but when I returned with the money I was treated with disrespect. A lady with maroon colored hair spoke to me with a very aggressive tone and said she would pay for it herself and threw the bag at me. I will NEVER spend an ounce of money at this store again. A customer should never be treated with this type of management. I was so shocked I apologized and left immediately.

Just started coming in to the store. The staff are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the new beard products. Definitely will be back again and again.

Ive been to this location many of time but today the employee was very unprofessional. She made a comment about how she is a professional and the other employee that worked there werent. Well no real professional would discredit employees. This same employee does an amazing job at belittling Customer. Making a longer drive to different location is definitely in my furture.

Amazing staff and top notch hair products .

I havent been here in a while but wanted to give it another try. I found what I needed but the two employees were pretty unprofesional. I used to come here all the time for supplies but stopped due to poor customer service. I gave them a chance this weekend and they only reminded me why I stopped shopping here.

The woman that I spoke with that help me out was from Johnstown wonderful woman . Wish she was there all the time . Sorry I did not get her name but was a very nice woman . Thanks
