We bought a bed at Tubbies last week. Betty is far from the Pushy Saleswoman type; she spent time showing us and letting us test several different beds and pillows, and seemed more interested in helping us find what wed like than in forcing a particular bed (or any bed at all) on us. Plus, she was simply fun to talk with. She set up a delivery date 6 weeks in the future (just after we move), and we paid and left the store well satisfied.Imagine our surprise and delight when Betty phoned us that evening to say she didnt give us the discount shed just learned about from the owner, Bruce, who was out when we visited. So we should stop by and shed return $100 + $6 sales tax. What honesty and generosity! We are confirmed Tubbies Fans! YAY Tubbies!

I appreciate the staff here, they know what they are talking about and dont try to inflate the product just to get a sale. Whether it is a mattress or quality furniture you need to make Tubbies a stop on the top of your list.

I called and asked them for a price on a mattress and when we went there, they said the price was double what they had quoted on the phone. I asked how that could be and was told that they made a mistake. Instead of the “customer is always right” they were the opposite even though they had quoted the price on the phone. Not the type of place you want to do business with.
