Theyre okay. Beautiful pipes (all very expensive). But the guy clearly didnt know what he was talking about when sold me what he said was live CBD resin and it turned out just to be isolated crystals, which are two very different things. Oh well. Pretty pipes!

They guy working the counter could benefit some product knowledge. I felt like he was just going through the motions. Didnt say anything because he could be new and everyone has to start somewhere.

The staff is pretty nice and knowledgable. They have a good selection but never try to shop here on a budget. Definitely the most expensive smoke shop in town. Would only go here to window shop and then order almost the same thing online at less than half the price. Is only good, if it is an emergency and you cant wait for the online order to arrive in certain situations. They do have stuff which is quite unique so would not dismiss them entirely but please whoever the owner is should reduce prices at least in a college town.

Showed up 10 minutes past open and it was closed. I called the shop twice and someone just denied the call. They lost my business today.

Illadelph has been a great place to go to. I discovered the smoke shop after Juul stopped selling mango pods in stores. Thanks to the helpful staff I was able to make a easy transition into normal vapes. The staff really does go above and beyond just making the sale and does a good job at helping you out. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because of inventory issues. I have stopped in three times now to try and get replacement coils and buy more mango e-juice but the vendor they work with has been unable to fulfill the order which is a real bummer.Overall though I recommend anyone that is into vaping check this place out.Edit1: Been calling for weeks and they still have yet to get replacement coils in. So I ordered online for cheaper. I feel bad that I could not support local business but they never got restocked for what I needed.

White dude working here is a clown, told him the stem on the bowl I bought yesterday was too thick for my pipe and I asked for an exchange for a thinner one. He didnt understand and then got mad and rude because I was trying to explain it to him lmao grow up

NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE! WORST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I brought an item back that I purchased and the manager refused to take an exchange, even though there was a sign on the register that said they take exchanges up to 72 hours of purchase. I argued my case to the manager and he simply said Im not scanning those due to the fact that I had multiple products to exchange. I looked over at one of the other employees and she was shaking her head in disbelief that he wouldnt make the exchange (of course she couldnt do anything about it cause he was the manager). Truly embarrassing and I will make sure that I never take my money there again and I recommend that no one else does either. Exscape is much more fairly priced anyway and the guys working there are much more friendly and knowledgable than the loser manager at Illadelph.
