I came into the store as a digital nomad looking at some options to make working on the road a little easier.Anastasia was working on this particular day. Let me just say that she was an exceptional resource. Friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable. She really understood the ins/outs of the technology, both its capabilities and limitations. I really appreciate the quality time she spent getting to know me and my needs, and her valuable recommendations. I enjoyed our conversation and wholeheartedly endorse this location because of her.Clean store. Good location in the mall. No wait.

My phones lease was expiring and I needed to either buy my existing phone outright or get an upgraded model. I went a half hour before closing having drove 50 miles to get to that store and the guy there Jeffrey did a terrific job of getting me a new phone and setting it up and doing the administrative work. I was impressed by his skill, dedication and customer service. Well done!

I was really happy to see that there is a T-Mobile store in town, now. I went in to upgrade 2 phones and had the pleasure of working with Jordan to get that done. He was incredibly knowledgeable regarding all of their phones, accessories, and plans. He made sure that the plan Im on was the best fit and price for what I need, and explained my options for getting the best prices I could on the phones I wanted. This was yet another great customer service experience with T-Mobile and Im still convinced that my switch to them from a carrier with a 3-letter name was a great move.

Jeffery made the experience of switching to a new carrier effortless! He made us feel comfortable from the beginning and kept us laughing until we left. He was patient, knowledgeable, and gave us great advice. Excellent service!

Really helpful and friendly staff! Jeff walked us through all of the different options and promotions to help us maximize our savings. He was very thorough when we added new lines to my account to make sure everything was entered correctly and all promotions were applied.

I had a fantastic experience at the mall t mobile. It started with a warm greeting immediately upon entering. Frankie then took more care than I have ever experienced in retail to go over my current sprint plan, explain the benefits of t mobile and then worked hand in hand with my transition.

This store has amazing customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable about the hardware and the plans. Was able to get everything I needed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend this store.

Outstanding customer service. The deals going on now cant beat. If you want to save $$$ over the other guys check them out!!!I have been back a few times with questions on my phone. Being not tech savvy Jeff has been a great help. Also, Jesse is stayed past his shift to help me. The store employees go above and beyond to help you. Every time I go in they are always cheerful and make you feel comfortable no matter what you need.

I visited the new T-Mobile store in the mall a few weeks before I was ready to begin moving my business account over from another carrier. I spoke with Jordan, the store manager, who was patient and thorough in helping to get the services moved over to T-Mobile during the last few weeks.I am very pleased with my experiences at this store.

Jeffrey was very patient and spent a long time with me to correct the mistakes off another store. I had called customer service numerous times and had visited several stores in New Jersey and New York but he was able to address all issues in one visit.

The service here is Amazing. I was very skeptical on signal strength, but the staff here answered all of my questions with ease and I was surprised to seen how strong my signal was! I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!!

Update to my original review, sales team was great but beware if you need to return something. I returned the phone I purchased a week later because of having zero signal in my area. That is when the problems started. I had received a Signal Booster from them at the same time and returned it to the store along with the phone. A week after I returned it I got a letter stating that the booster needed returned and I would be charged a fee if it wasnt. I called customer service on July 3rd and they verified with the store that it was there and I would not get charged. Apparently the store still never sent it back because I got charged $267 today for a non-returned booster. I had to spend more of my time calling into customer service today getting it removed. Additionally I got charged for monthly service in mid-July that I had to call to get removed.

The experience was amazing. The staff was helpful and I was glad to finally see T-Mobile working in the area! Keep it up!

Their customer service is really great. They went follow up with a text message to see if you are a satisfied customer.

Needed help on the phone, they checked out my account and made it more efficient, saved me 20$ per month on my bill, and I they did it without me even asking for it. Good people.

In spite of our complicated issues and disorganization, Jordan was super patient and understanding (even staying after the stores posted closing hours to make sure we got everything taken care of). Ended up with a great deal that left my wife and I both happy.

Went in several times and each person was very well equipped to handle my problems. They took the time to help me transfer things over and conquer issues I just couldnt do. Very friendly and wise.

They have no clue whats going on. Be wary of this location. It was a horrid experience for me. i didnt leave with the S9 and Galaxy watch deal I was told about by the rep on the phone. Tmobile isnt honorable and they fight with each other on whos right or wrong in front of a customer. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Jeffrey was awesome! My children wanted to take advantage of the great IPhone 7 upgrade. We drove 40 minutes, arriving an hour before store closing. In that time we had a 15 m screen repair to make a phone eligible for trade-in. Jeffrey processed the upgrade and set up my sons phone in the remaining short time. He involved him in the process and addressed him like an adult customer. 2 days later we experienced connectivity problems, on 1 out of our 5 lines. After being transferred to several 1-800 reps and their supervisors, who were unable to fix the problem, I gave up and called the store.The gentleman (forget his name) knew exactly what to instruct me to do and it was fixed within 5 minutes. He even called me back to make sure the problem no longer existed.

I would recommend going to the new t-mobile store in the Nittany Mall. What a wonderful experience and awesome customer service. Jordan, the store manager, helped me get a new phone and also suggested that i get Hotspot with unlimited data so I will not have to purchase Internet for my dorm room. The Hotspot works great and I have 4G LTE everywhere I go. Also unlimited data is great, no overages, no worries! I really had a great time at t-mobile!
