I was recommended a brand that blondes darker hair colors ( ions brands of hair lightener with darker hair) with the appropriate volumner and was told that qould work. It did not, my hair remained the same color. Very dissapointed. I wouldve rather bleached my hair than this.

The ladies in this store are amazing, and super sweet. Prices are great. It was a fun experience. Would recommend to any one looking for great product and super nice help. Will definitely return. Thank you Sally Beauty for a great experience.

I did find their priced to be quite high?! But the staff was extremely helpful! They truly know a great amount of detail when it comes to the products they sell!

I believe it was Monday or Tuesday when I came into the store. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was having a hair crisis and they did not judge me at all. One of the sales associate I believe her name was Jase she was extremely sweet and knew her stuff and got me all the products I needed and now my hair is slowly but surely going back to normal.

4-9-18. Went to return a product the very next day after my hairdresser told me to wait a few months before I use it. The store employee didnt smile, say anything to me, and I seemed to be a pain in her side to do this return. The back of the receipt says they will happily refund my money. They obviously dont like working there. It shows.

This place is way too expensive, $20 for a 5 pack of basic makeup brushes. Saw the same ones at tjmax for about $5. Even the clearance was expensive. The lady that was there was nice tho and it was very clean inside.

I had a lot of questions and needed help. The first lady seemed impatient with me. Then a second woman came and helped me and got me everything I needed, she kept working to make sure she found the least expensive items that would work. She truly went above and beyond.

They do have a decent selection of hair products, but there is always one or two employees that act like they are above you. If youre not willing to be helpful to your customers, you need another job.

I love to shop here for my nail polish, I like to take my own polish with me when I go to the nail salon for tips and fill ins because I always manage to smudge at least 1 or 2 nails between the salon and home, so I can fix them myself.

Love Sallys products but every time I go to one of their stores I get lied to and they try their hardest to sell me things I dont need. You better know what you need BEFORE you go there.

Sallys of Statesboro isnt good at all! They always sell you the wrong thing! Everytime I go in there they sale me the wrong thing and assure me they know what they are talking about or they wouldnt work there and then it messes my hair up and then when you speak to them about this issue they dont care at all! They are very rude about it as well when you go and bring it up to them! I personally will not be giving them anymore business. If you arent sure of something just say that dont assure me you know what you are talking about when you dont!

Employees are rude, and act like they don’t want to be there. I asked if they had a certain product and told me no, then continued to talk to the other employees saying, “ Why would someone think we have that?. Right in front of me!! Very unprofessional.
