The staff here is the best b&bw staff Ive ever encountered! They were all so friendly and helpful. Not just in a, I have to help you because its my job way. They genuinely wanted to know what I was interested in and looking for. Even recommending their favorite items. Im excited to go back in the spring! Pictured: the candle I bought.

Similar experience to the other reviewer. I believe I was racially profiled. I was immediately treated like a some sort of thief the moment I entered the store. I was really excited as it was my first time at this location and I had plenty that I wanted to buy, but the way the employees treated me was so discouraging and made me so uncomfortable that I just dropped everything and left.

I actually felt like I was a shop lifter. I have never been so hawked by an employee as I was yesterday. And she was listening in on my conversation with my sister. Most unpleasant experience ever in this store. Usually very good customer service, dont know, she could have been new.

I loved this location!! The staff was helpful, vibrant & fun. They didnt appear to hover and allowed people to browse freely, yet knowing when to ask if you needed help without being pushy or aggravating. Although they didnt have what I was in search of, I still found a nice gift. Ill be back to THIS location!

Great and friendly staff, store is always clean and stocked. They do sales almost every week so you can usually find deals on something you want.

Nicely displayed & decorated. However, The scents mix together the closer you get to the door. My eyes were begging me not to go to the entrance anyway. Honestly, No ventilation & very strong perfumes circulating? Policy? No sense whatsoever. Stay Someone already congested wouldnt be able to take it 5min. Headache on aisle 3? Lol. Not me, dude. Inconsiderate. Spend MY hard earned anyway? Nah...Was referred by a neighbor, wasnt worth it. Plenty of other places to get soap. No worries.

The staff is 100% Covid compliant, and they are so kind! I definitely felt safe walking in, browsing, and buying items. Wonderful!

I am a BB&W fanatic & love to shop there. Went to this location on Tuesday June 28,2017 and the asst mgr was so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Being in retail management myself its really hard to find people that seem to enjoy their jobs or even make an effort. So going to the statesboro mall location was a true joy. I cant remember her name but the next time I go in I will be sure to let her manager know how much of a joy she was. Go check out their semi annual sale you wont be disappointed!!

Very disappointed in the unprofessional, clearly seasonal staff. One was dancing and rapping with a store full of customers. The music was loud and club like. The younger staff seemed to have problems with continous stocking and the young crowd shopping were more into dancing around displays than allowing others to get to products. Ive shopped here for many years and have never seen this type of behavior or shoppers.

The place has so much variety and flavors of bath and body items. People are awesome and they are willing to help you every time you visit. Friendly atmosphere and great products to try on. Good shopping experience.

I personally dislike bath and body works, its just not for me. I have three teenage daughters however who love bath and body works and they do have great deals to meet their needs. Customer service is always good and the associates who work their are always friendly.

Sales Clerks are attentive and also very helpful. New scents are in and many smell delightful! It would be best if all the oldie but goodie scents, like Japanese Cherry Blossom still remain stocked at ALL times as well though. Also, I hope they one day bring back Bella Flora and the Original Cotton Blossom.

Had a great experience today. Employees were most than willing to help you find what you are looking for. There was also another associate that went above and beyond to find similar fragrances, if not in stock. Everyone kept a big smile on their face.. I was in and out in minutes

Worst one I have been to get by far. Always go in and use my coupons with no problem in Savannah or Pooler one. The guy at this store told me that I couldnt use it for what I wanted to get yet the coupon doesnt exclude what I was getting. He just said okay so you arent getting it right and just left...yep because that is going to get me to buy something. Therefore I will continue to shop at the ones in Savannah and Pooler since they can read. I spend too much money at this store to start arguing with someone. I left and took my happy trails out of there. I go home every weekend so Ill go the the store in Savannah and go buy what I want and use my coupon. This particular store will not see one dime of mine.

Cashier had a nasty attitude. She threw my items in the bag. Normally bath &body works employees at this location are very friendly but this individual was rude and nasty.
