This place easily deserves a five star rating. I heard from a friend that this place fixes phones. My old phone which is a iPhone 6 plus had a nasty cracked screen. I gave then my phone and they fixed it and now my phone looks so good. The customer service was also really good. The employees were very welcoming when I came in. Hello cellular did an amazing job on my phone screen. Definitely recommendEDIT: I noticed my screen looking cracked or going back after about 2 days of having it. We called them up again and they fixed my phone again with no charge and super quick! Again, I’d definitely recommend them to everyone.

When we would try to charge it the phone didn’t recognize that the cord was plug in. When I arrived to the location I was greeted by a smiling lady. I told her about the IPhone 8 Plus that would not charge correctly anymore.She immediately began cleaning out the charging port with some of their tools. Once all cleaned out she plugged it into the charger over 10 times and the phone recognized the charger every single time!! She saved me $69.99!!This facility is all about customer service, not just the money!!I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name Ms., but thank you so much! You deserve some recognition!I will be coming back here for any of our phone needs!!
