H.Charelle is a very rude and unfriendly so called manager ... Stopped in to get some Mt.Dews which was on sale 2 for 7.99. H. Charelle advised me that they were 2 for 8.99 so I went and got the sign to show her .. she said she could read perfectly well but if I wanted them they would be 8.99 take it or leave it and put them on the floor ... I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager and I said you have to honor what the sign said which is 2 for $7.99 . She advise me that she was not going to argue with me to take the drinks at $8.99 or leave them and then said to me that she had a line . I asked her for her name and she told me and I asked her to please write it down for me twice and she just kept saying her name .Did not write it down for me. I just stood there and looked at her and a guy reached around from behind me and wanted to wraps she didnt ID him.I just stood there and she just kept looking at me and walked away for a minute and said I cant do this and I asked to speak to another manager which told me that they were $8.99 I went and got the sign again and showed her and she told H.Charelle she had to honor the sign.So the other manager showed her how to ring it up. When I walked up to the register she was on the phone with someone talking about her child being bullied I think that is a personal matter and should not be discussed on company time. H.Charelle has a very nasty attitude Will not be going back to that store again. 😡 My mother went there on Monday and she was ugly to my mother because I was on the phone with my mom telling her what kind of cigarettes I needed . She does not need to be a manager or working a store as a customer service representative.

Great stop for everyday needs at good prices.

When it was flash foods it was a more open inviting store now there so much stuff inside the store it feels uninviting and claustrophobic. I rarely go there now

I stop buying my gas there. I purchase with cc and it asks if want a receipt. I do, but the on screen gives you no option to select yes or no...just asks.

Wow..got yelled at by Jordan..with her non combed hair.... Was that statement petty, yes, but so was her customer service skills.... In front of about 20 other customers.

Me and my sister went in the store. The 2 ladys that was working was rude. My sister was going to buy smokes and the lady wouldnt sell it to her and my sister is in her 30s and she had her ID the cashier thought she was buying smokes for a minor and she wasnt I wish I my put Zero stars Im not going back to that store

If you put out sale signs, the I implore have your workers aware of the process to abide by that coupon. The two ladies this morning were nice...but they told me Id have to pay regular price and they didnt seem worried that i was a tad upset at the fact.I work two customer service jobs and I always want the service to be memorable in a positive way. Thats all I expect other customer service attendants.

Cashier literally would not sell my stepfather tobacco because we had other people in the vehicle, then proceeded to refuse to sell me my cigarettes as well, all with ID. Terrible customer service, overall extremely unhappy. Cashier was very rude about not selling us tobacco as we were literally buying the product for OURSELF and had given no indication otherwise!

A great store, besides the service. Today was the third time within 2 weeks I’ve had the same lady go out of her way to be rude to me. The first time she thought she’d be snarky & inform me I’m not going to be able to buy pods anymore because they’re raising the age, how bad they are etc. The second time I went in with a friend and she said “you’re going to make him buy his own stuff?” whenever I said it’s separate. The third time, tonight, I gave her my REAL ID and she asked me 3 different questions on my ID AND scanned it before that. I was very nice but I won’t be coming back because it’s ridiculous. If she talks to everyone this way I don’t understand how she still has a job.* she’s an older lady btw & she works nights.

Went in at 4am. Cashier couldnt speak at all. I left. Spent no money.

Very rude staff the young lady with blue braids cut line in front of two customers because “I work here” just rude.
