Southern property management was awful to rent from. They force you into losing half of your security deposit off the bat. Afterwards, they are horrible at communication and dont fix anything in a timely manner. Finally, they overcharge for moveout fees that are based in another version of reality. Horrible company to work with. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
