The guys did a really good job on my lawnmower! They were a little backed up but gave me a reasonable time and stuck with it. Great service and welcoming staff! And Im a first time customer.

I was at this location 2015 looking to purchase my FIRST zero turn mower and I wanted it to be a Hustler BUT the folks at this location didnt seem to have the time to assist me in other words they acted as if I couldnt afford to purchase a Hustler.😠 So without wasting time I took my business elsewhere and found another dealer who sold me what I wanted..Team Hustler.👍💯😎

Very disappointed in the lack of service I received from this place. I delivered my 8 year old MTD tractor mower there asking for a quote on replacing the pulleys and belts. They claimed it needed a new starter, needed to be rebuilt and that it was a lost cause (over $700). I guess they assumed I knew nothing about small engines-knowing that the Kohler engine was fine and the starter was working, I took it to another repair shop on Northside near the train tracks, you know the one. They gave me an estimate less than half of what Bragg did, had it ready in two days. Making the decision not to believe Bragg and go with another shop in The Boro saved me at least a $1,000! It runs like new and would not be surprised to get another 8 years out of it now.

Fixed chain saw. Did good job. Everyone was nice. Even guys in the back.

Just purchased a Hustler mower from Braggs motor service my family has been doing business with them for over 35 years excellent service family owned and operated always been very helpful.

The guy wasnt willing to help me find what I needed and he literally told me he was too busy and didnt have time to help me look for a part I needed or give me any insight into my fix. However, Durden Rental down the street took the time to search for a part I needed and even though I bought it and it didnt fit they were helpful in giving me a full refund and even offered to order the part I needed. Just save yourself the hassle and the second hand smoke and go down the street to Durden for your small engine needs.

Turned away my business because the motor wasnt the type of Briggs and Stratton motor they wanted to work on. Its a shame considering they are the only certified Briggs and Stratton service place in the area.

Worst experience ever. As one guy stated before me they are unfortunately the only Briggs and Stratton warranty place in the area. My husband went in to check on it and the guy cussed at him. Consumer beware!!!
