Out of all the HVAC businesses in the area, this is the ONLY one that not only shows up, but follows up. Their staff has been consistently kind, professional, and efficient. I had them install a unit at my. business location, and cant wait for them to come update our home. Every aspect of this transaction has been the best quality Ive experienced in the valley. I cant recommend them enough. Special shout outs to Chrissy, Jason, David, Dakota, and the electrician (whose name I cant recall). Best customer service!

This is the second time Ive used Valley Air. I called first thing Monday morning, and a technician was here by 9:30am same day. Richard was the technician and was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my dumb questions. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately. Had the replacement part on the truck, and my house was cool again before noon. I used Valley Air for my heating system. Wasnt really impressed with the person who answered the phone and took my info at first step but the rest of the service was great actually. I got appointment on same day.The tech (Richard) called to make sure if its ok for him to come earlier which was perfect for me. He showed up and took care of everything and explained the issue and the reason why my heating system was acting up and how I can prevent it from happening again. He was really professional and knowledgeable. He even waited to make sure my system works for a while. I also got a phone call next day from the company to make sure everything is still working right. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

We have used Valley Air on numerous occasions, and each time, they have been friendly, professional, and informative. We can always count on them to fit us in timely and fix whatever issue we have in an adequate amount of time. Scheduling with them is super simple and they always call when they are on their way, and even call as a courtesy if a previous job has run over a little longer than expected. Theyve always been affordable, and really seem to care about the customers that choose them. Ill stick with using them for the long haul.

Excellent experience all the way around. Our AC blower motor decided to stop working on those lovely 80 degree days we were having. Called several places, but Valley Air got us a service appointment the fastest. Even did the leg work of seeing if our motor was under warranty. And it was! Got the part in from the company fast and with a cancellation in their schedule got our repair done quickly! Thanks our house is now nice and 😎

Valley Air Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came out to find and clear a clog in my sewer line. They called and asked if I was ok with them arriving early and were quick to diagnose the issue. It ended up being somewhat expensive (just over $300) for a total of about 60-90 minutes of work. I chose them over Roto Rooter because of the pricing structure but it would have probably been the same with either company. What I liked about Valley was that they were very personable on the phone and in person and they were very specific with their service window (2 hour window). I would call them again.

They are very responsive to emergencies and are professional. Their prices are reasonable. We have used them twice now, and will be using them again soon for some faucet replacements.

Valley Air was able to fit us in quickly and handle the many problems we acquired in purchasing our new home. In a short morning they repaired two leaking faucets, a clogged toilet and a constantly running one, and installed a new water line for our refrigerator to replace our copper tubing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. The two gentleman handled the chaos of a household with small children with ease and humor. We are so grateful to have their expertise especially after weeks of trying to schedule with another local provider who turned out to be unreliable. We highly recommend them and will continue using their services going forward.

Another popular plumbing company had done some pretty shotty work, and couldnt come or for 10 days to repair it. Valley was there in 2 hours and really did a great job!

We had another local company come out to fix my AC and after multiple trips to the house and an outrageous quote from them; we called Valley Air. The technician came to the house and thoroughly checked the unit. He found the problem and ordered the part. The price quoted was $1500 less than previous company. The technician received the part and cane back to fix the AC within a week and it is working perfectly.

Have used valley 2 times now. Airconditioner and ducts first and repipe hydronic baseboard piping. Each time thr techs were pleasant efficient and very respectfull of our home. They were able to come out within the an hour of calling them. Although the first plumber was unable to navigate through my flooded crawl space, he was kind enough to call a restoration company for me. They came out the next day and found the issue. Original plumber was on vacation and they were able to send another plumber to my house to fix the leak and allow me to shower for the first time in 5 days. Very reasonably priced Even though they could have easily exploited my situation. Will use in the future if needed.

Very professional and friendly. Scheduled repair for next day but called back within minutes and we’re able to send a tech within the hour. After only a few minutes we had AC again on a 90 degree day. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

After calling around all day, nobody in our area was available to fix our clogged up sink until the next business week. After calling Valley, I was put on a brief hold and was told a technician was already getting off our exit and would be at our house in 5 minutes. Mark came in, fixed our sink/garbage disposal in a very timely manner. Mark was very knowledgeable in pumping, friendly, and was in and out in no time. Making the appointment for an estimate was easy. Mark called to let me know he was on the way for the estimate and the installation. He was pleasant and professional. The toilet was installed quickly and meets my friends needs. She is very happy with the way it flushes. Mark suggested this particular model, and it is a winner in looks and function! The price came in a little under the estimate.

When i decided to get a quote for a mini split system, Valley had the highest 5 star ratings that i found. From Mark coming up here on New Years Eve, to evaluate my situation, to Jake and John doing the installation, all of the positive reviews were true! Im extremely happy with Marks recommendation and well...Jake and John work so well together, are very systematic and efficient and answered all of the dumb questions that i threw at them! Mark has even reached out to come and look at the installation and answer any questions that i might have....Awesome service to say the least!! Some upcoming plumbing projects in the near future and i will definitely be using Valley Air!!

Was quoted $75 for a diagnostic fee, but was subsequently charged $125 when the repairman was here. He also didn’t wear his mask over his nose the whole time that he was in my house.The repairman did determine that cause, but did not perform the repair as this company doesn’t use Nest equipment. I appreciate the promptness of the service call, but I would have appreciated a call ahead of time notifying me that he would arrive outside of the timeframe.Overall, I would give them 3/5.

Unfortunately for me, we have needed to have a thermostat replaced and a water heater replaced in a timeframe of about 2 weeks. The gentlemen that replaced my thermostat were great and quick, explaining everything to me. With both service calls, the manager reached out about various things to assure that we had received top notch customer service. I really appreciated that. I will definitely use their services again (hopefully for my wallets sake, not for awhile. lol)

I had an issue with another local HVAC company so decided to try out Valley Air based on the strength of their Google reviews and their being a Trane dealer. We have an older system that is on borrowed time. Mark came out for an annual service (which we hadnt done for a few years). He was very thorough, identified a couple of issues that needed addressing (blower cleaning and capacitor replacement), showed me why they needed addressing, talked with me very honestly (but not pushy) about the dilemma of spending money on the current system versus using it towards a new one, and gave me information and an informed opinion that helped my wife and I make a decision. We decided to maintain the current system, knowing the time will come sooner rather than later when we need a new system. Mark came again and completed the additional maintenance, again providing great and friendly service. Thanks to this good experience, I will certainly continue to use Valley Air for HVAC maintenance and, when the time comes, for a new system.

I think that this business definitely went out of their way to take care of my boiler issues. The initial diagnosis was done by one of their techs who wasnt sure how to help with the boiler, and I was initially dismayed by this, but they were quick to send out a tech more familiar who was able to diagnose the issue and they even found alternative parts to save me more money. They couldve simply dropped it and charged me for the first diagnostic or said they only install the more expensive part, but they were very flexible and showed they valued integrity over a quick dollar. Overall impressed by this company.

It was refreshing to have someone who expressed genuine concern about the problem with this unit and who took the time to troubleshoot and detect the issue. From the initial visit for a free estimate to the installation the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The estimator discussed the details of each option he was giving me and let me know finance options. The install crew arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up as they went along. They showed me the equipment and answered my questions thoroughly. Super friendly and respectable. I got four other quotes and theirs was in line with the others and a little less expensive for replacing the system with a similar one.

They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and ethical unlike the previous company I used. They showed me how to change the filter in my whole house water system. Fairly simple if you know the tricks. The other company just kept me and the dark so I would have to call them. I kept thinking I did not have the strength. But I simply was not given the knowledge. Being a senior citizen I thought I would always have to call Vailes Home Improvement to change the filter. Not so.They also fixed a faucet that was improperly installed and was not providing adequate hot water. Yet Valley Heating and Air was less expensive then the company that did sloppy work. So I highly recommend Valley Air Heating and Cooling over Vailes Home Improvement. I stand by that statement 💯

We were called the day before our appointment to see if we wanted to grab a cancellation that day, which of course we did. Very satisfied all around.

Our 24 year old heatpump was starting to give us some issues, so I thought it was time to get a new system.. I did a lot of research and settled on a Trane, specifically, the XV18. The first thing I noticed about Valley Air was their service. They were the only company that got back to me when I contacted them through their website. Chrissy emailed me the same day and set up an appointment for a rep to come and give me an estimate. Mark came out, looked at what I needed and gave me several choices of systems as soon as he got back to the office. No pressure. I messaged Mark 2 or 3 times with questions and he always got back to me in a timely manner.The day of installation came and Dillion and Terry were here between 8:30 and 9 and finished up around 3:30 with the system up and running. They took my old system away and cleaned up as if they were never here. They answered every question I had and were very professional.EDIT: I had a little issue a few days after the install on a Saturday. I called that morning and got the answering service. A few minutes later I got a call from the on-duty service man. I explained what was happening and he said he would come out. A few minutes after that, Chris, the owner, called me to tell me he would rather send his top service man out on Monday if that was alright with me. Monday came and I got a call early to tell me Will would be there in the afternoon. Will was here right after lunch and fixed my problem and answered all the questions I had. Would recommend without hesitation. Weve owned many homes and have had our share of problems along the way. Never have we received such quality service. Worked on split installation, water heater and propane furnace repairs, and dehumidifier. The latter was a particularly tricky project and they took care of it beautifully. Valley Air added air conditioning to the upstairs of our 100 year old home- working in the extremely hot attic during the hottest week of the summer. Not an easy task. The guys were great and did an excellent job! They were as clean as they could be for the messy task of cutting holes in ceiling plaster. I couldn’t be there, but whatever I needed communicated to the team at the house, Mark, our sales rep, was very quick to respond. There were a couple times that placement of ducting or a vent wasn’t where we preferred, but they were always quick to remedy the situation or explain why they couldn’t do it any other way. Overall, I highly recommend Valley Air!

I had a water leak in my house that was supposed to had already been fixed by another company, long story short after receiving my second $400 water bill I called this company to come assess the issue. The lady on the phone was extremely respectful and pleasant to talk with. The plumbers that came to my house were very nice, on time, and took their time to find the issue. They were neat and left my house the exact way it was when they arrived which was impressive to me. I will be using Valley Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for any further issues in my house.

Valley Air did a wonderful job! Thorough, friendly and helpful! Their technician checked my system and then showed me how to use my gas logs safely. He let me do it myself in front of him twice to make sure I understood. If we lose power, well still be warm. The nice woman on the phone was so helpful and I was able to schedule a visit fast.

My mothers furnace went out just a few days before Christmas, and I was searching the internet for companies with good reviews and reasonable prices, and came across Valley Air. I called 2 days before Christmas, and was able to have someone come out to give me an estimate on Christmas Eve. The service techs came out just after Christmas and got the job done quickly and efficiently and walked me through the whole process of how to work the unit and how to maintain it. As with any company, there were very small set backs, but the unit was installed and works wonderfully.My cat had brought a snake I. Through her cat door for the first time ever. My thermostat and furnace were dead this morning. Since we have only lived in this home for a month, I had no clue how things worked. I left a message with Valley heating and cooling and they called me back right after the office opened. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. Bobby, the service tech, called an hour before his scheduled time and asked if he could show up early. That never happens!! He was pleasant, friendly and professional. He found the issue with the furnace, fixed it and even relabeled my panel box so we would know which circuits ran which furnace. It was the best $75 I have spent in a long time. Bobby showed me where the power switches were and helped me to understand this new-to-us-home even better. I’ll definitely be calling this company in the future for any maintenance or repairs.

The technician (Mark) saved me over $5000 by fixing an old central AC rather than replacing it. How do I know how much I saved? Because another local, highly-rated company had pronounced it unfixable and quoted me on a new one. Our water heater stopped working and when I contacted Valley Air, they were so helpful and sent a technician out to check it, and it needed replacing. The technician Mark spent the afternoon removing the old one and replacing with new one. They were lifesavers.
