While the Ferguson staff was helpful when purchasing all sorts of plumbing parts for a home remodel in 2017, I called to address a problem i am having with my kitchen faucet spray head and Lance couldnt have been less helpful or friendly in addressing the issue. He basically said they keep no records of purchases and call the manufacturer. A bit shocking and kind of rude, like I was inconveniencing him or something.

Amazing customer service. The guy I went in with had some idea what he was doing, I had none. The guy at the counter worked his butt off to get us what we needed and then explained everything clearly in language that even I got and I have no plumbing skills. Highly recommended.

Ferguson is a plumbing supply facility. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They Are affordable and reliable. If they dont have what you need they have many ways to get it to you.
