Came up to go hiking and explore the city and was recommended this dispensary and Im glad I went. Not only was the staff super nice and friendly, but they had great product for a great price. I just Ill absolutely come back when Im around here again. Highly suggested!

Great place! My first visit was great...quick, easy, informative. And it was great quality. Second visit (the very next day) the guy that greeted us was pretty rude and told me I could not enter because my drivers license had a small crack it in it. We left and ending up spending hundreds at another dispensary up the road. I had visited multiple other dispensaries during my visit to Colorado and not a single person ever mentioned the crack in my DL as something that would preclude me from entering. Pretty disappointing, even after I explained to him that I had been a satisfied customer literally 24 hours before -- which was summarily dismissed. Other than that, my experience was fantastic.

I took my husband to Steamboat Springs for the first time. This was the first and ONLY shop we went to. We met with Katherine and she was SUPER nice and friendly and helpful. They had our Harlequin strain that weve been unable to find for 2 1/2 years. We were so excited to have the strain back. Its a really neat store and the service was great. Thank you Billo and Katherine for making the end of our day wonderfully memorable!

Go elsewhere to shop! I was asked for my DL which I showed the clerk, he told me I had to take it out of the lamination on the wallet tab and I replied it does not come out easily. He immediately spun on his heel and as he walked away said its up to you if you shop here or not. Was it possibly my limp and grey hair? really disappointing and somewhat rude service. Reply to the owner- As a first time buyer/consumer of a cannabis product, It would have been better if the clerk had just explained to me that this was the law or rules, rather than turning on his heel and walking away when I told him the license was very difficult to get out of the clear plastic portion of the wallet, and could he scan it through the lamination?

Their flower does have a ton of bag appeal but was tasteless like most shops I go to these days. The dry air doesnt help and I get that but if you charge top shelf prices you hold a dif standard than if I bought your snicklefritz and got the same results. In reply to your response the flower was Tropicana cookies and it was probably fire at some point but I was not happy paying 40$ for an 8th that was so dry.

Store hours are incorrect. They do not let anyone in after 9:45 even tho their hours posted say till ten. Go to golden leaf if you want to go to a dispensary after a long day of work, never had a problem there.

Not a huge selection however Im a big fan of local money staying within their own built community a little overpriced but I didnt mind helping them out

This place is just about perfect. Went in there because I needed a 510 battery, but a glance at the flower in the nice glass display jars had me feeling the need to splurge. Charlie got me on the Fosted Apricot, and I literally had to call the store to thank them because it 100% is as frosty as anything Ive ever seen. Keegan was taking care of some other customers but from what i overheard, ill be coming back to talk edibles with him.. Rain answered the phone when i called to say thank u and without trying to sound weird, she just had such a genuine and positive sounding voice, it was just fantastic customer service, laid back and knowledge and professional. 4.9 out of 5, only because its a little pricier than you can find, but for the quality and location its to be expected. I go here from time to time now, I will edit my one star rating but not because of anything your staff did. The bud talks to me. I never got a credit for anything like you told me I would if I ever came back in. Its all good haha it was just kind of one of those things that I went back after my bad experience to see if there was a free joint or anything like we spoke about, there wasnt but you guys had moved and I didnt see the guy that I had confrontation with so maybe he treated someone else badly and got fired or something. (Hopefully out of town) Glad to see its in a better place than it was before though congrats! Just scrolling through my reviews and saw a reply I didnt respond to so figured Id give you the run down. I dont recommend billo, but if you do want some good bud, thats smells and tastes good every now and then billo is the second dispo in steamboat I would choose. I live in craig now however. Also it was kind of funny that you messaged me on Google to see if I was actually serious about my bad experience, but when it came to reconciliation billo fell short on their end. Dont try to fix a situation if you cant/dont want to. Take care of your locals!

I dont suggest them anymore, since the move. Their prices are not the same, they dont offer the same deals, or at least thats what an employee told me, due to the move, they had to increase prices? So the customers have to pay for you guys to be the 1st bud shop seen by tourists. I was a die hard fan, but now, anything else is just as good if not better. Sorry billo, you really did move downhill lol.

The banana MAC is probably the best bud I have probably gotten in a long long time highly recommended. We live about 2 and a half hours away and are going to come back just to get that bud again.

Budtender was helpful and friendly, selection was good, a bit pricey (but that just the market out near the ski resorts). to be honest I was very happy with my experience until I returned to Denver and opened one of the cartridges I had paid 60 dollars for, only to find an empty box. I have never experienced anything like that before and unfortunately didn’t have a chance to try and rectify the situation before leaving the state. I don’t plan on shopping here again next time I’m in CO, not worth the hassle and I’m out 60 dollars for an empty box.

The pre-rolled joints made with the Garlic Sherbet strain are absolutely amazing! I have been suffering with shoulder pain for months now, and when I was taking a shower just now, I literally felt my shoulder pop just standing there. And the pain stopped.I know Im not cured, obviously, but it just feels so good and relaxed to be pain free for a while.

They would not accept my temporary drivers licence that state issued. Your guy said he doesnt have to accept it. Your guy told me to go to the other stores that they would take it. Play your tapes back. And the discount that you are trying to say you so generously gave was a veterans discount. So it wasnt something special that you went out of your way for. Nice try trying to make yourself look good though. Still wont ever be back. Besides the fact you dont keep products stocked.

Really good place when they reopened and had their initial small staff. Recently they have been garbage, unknowledge staff that has given me trashy products. Last week i went to buy a gram of shatter from summit and they gave me a sack that had no container just wax paper and when i opened it, it looked like a dirty baby diaper... brown which is insufficient with summit products and it was spread all over the paper as if it werent kept refrigerated. i havent complained to them about it but scraping that garbage off wax warm wax paper was a bi/&*. lost about .15 grams
