If I could give them half a star I would. The parking situation is horrible. They are consistently out of many products. Their produce is poor and half of it should be thrown away. The deli closes early and has very limited options the meat and seafood selections are the worst Ive ever seen. Mens bathroom was filthy.

The place was ok but dont have chilli aveliable for the hot dog . This is one of my favorite product of this store but if they dont have all the ingredients i dont think to much in this place . Dont lose pennys this is a great bissness

One of the only two grocery stores in town, City Market is by far the busiest. Great selection, crazy bad parking. Shop early or late, but dont take your late model expensive mobile here during peak hours.

This is my go to for gas in SB. Over the last 6 months things have gone down hill. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix the car wash, if you need to go inside...good luck finding a person working the counter. Over the last 2 weeks, Ive been waved off as I pull in to get gas(they were putting the plastic sleeves on the pump). Not a good way to run a business.

If you need a jug this is the place to go they have lots of jugs there I just love it see you there

So. Im not sure what just happened, but I think the cashier lady that was working on 5/14/18 at 9:30-10:00AM could use a refresher on the training manual and some cocaine rehabilitation services.I walk in and I notice her putting up cups. Cool. She working, doing her thing, whatever. Im on a two item grab list; some breakfast and some cigarettes. Thats all I needed and it really shouldnt have been this obsurd.I find my pepperoni pizza rolls and I go to the counter.I wait for a minute or so. As the cashier approaches, I noticed she is looking real strung out and hyper. I ask for Newport shorta in a box, she replies, we dont have those. Want the soft pack? I reply, sure.She asks for my ID and then continues to complain about people my age not wanting to work and how were all lazy, etc. Then she goes on to express, Ive worked 17 hours in two days. At this point, Im pissed off that a convenience store doesnt have a main brand of cigarettes in stock on a monday and I sarcastically reply, thats impressive because its really not. She rudely replies while acting jittery, no its not. Probably realizing I dont care and all I want is my cigarettes.So she continues to complain about not getting help and some manager named mike that cant hire anyone worth a damn. Obviously, that statement was true. On my way out, she makes a reference to this location as Slumboat Springs USA.She made a claim that the store is dead because of poor employees and thats the truth. I think someone should address her stressful schedule that is forcing her to abuse some form of stimulant to get through her shifts.Hella sad day for Loaf N Jug. Looks like Ill be stopping by Kum N Go for the rest of my trip. They got a better vibe to their name and I bet its way more satisfying than what I experienced this AM. You get two stars, one for having competitively priced pizza rolls and the other for actually completing my transaction. Everything else was a wreck.

The car wash ran out of pre soak and Matt reimburse the car wash...Matt is awesome... I recommend loaf and jug for their great service because of Matt !!!

Coffee machine is not calibrated ... check the frensh Vanella .. and need to work with the casheer in the costomer service.. all client count dont lose pennys

Only place open 24/7. Nice gas station.

Watch your front door and front desk area video footage from the loaf and jug from the night of June 8th, 2019 at 1010 PM and this will tell you why your gas station is as garbage as the employees your hire!
