Product selection was straightforward. It did take longer to receive our blinds, but I do understand the entire problems with supply chains at this time. The installer, Shaun,, was on time and completed all our blinds in a very timely manner. One blind had a defect and pictures were taken by Shaun andsubmitted for a replacement blind.. it has only been one day since installation, but so far we are satisfied.

Both Jeff and Shaun were great. I got an appointment quickly, they offered several great options and answered all my questions. The shades arrived within about 4 weeks!
