Charged me $2.00 for a single B&W page on the self serve computer because I had a pre purchased label through Bikeflights. Or the customer service representative could do it for me for $5, again for a single B&W shipping label. Terrible.

They will bend over backwards to help with whatever they can, and they provide an efficient and safe place to get and send mail and packages, especially appreciated when we are traveling. UPS has been a loyal delivery service for many years. During this time we have never experienced any difficulties or delays. The drivers are especially courteous and mostly local. We receive deliveries at two locations and they have never been confused.I rarely if ever award 5 stars.

I have had nothing more then excellent customer service each and every time I used the UPS Store service. Unlike the Post Offices priority 2 day mail...(which I think they actually mean to offer is...itll get there within 2 weeks!!)...or Amazons Prime 2 day delivery, also means...maybe within 2 weeks delivery. The UPS store has told me on every occasion when the package will be delivered and they have never been wrong. The Post office and Amazon should take a lesson from the UPS store.Thank you....

The UPS Store is worlds apart from the UPS distribution warehouse on the other side of town. If it wasnt for the store I would have quit using UPS to ship my packages. Call me old school, even though Im not, but so many business have lost touch with the importance of customer service. The counter staff at the store has always been friendly and helpful. One guy has been working there a long time and its nice to see a familiar face.

I have used the Steamboat Springs UPS store #4730 to ship, receive, and deliver my ski equipment and luggage for the last 5 years and I plan to use it every year in the future. I originally just used their service for my skis only but eventually I included all my luggage too.Their service is spectacular! They send me shipping labels for my skis and luggage, I ship it, they receive it, and then store it until the day I arrive at Steamboat. On the day I arrive they deliver it to my lodging. I have never had any issue whatsoever and all my gear arrives in perfect condition! At the end of the season the process is reversed and all my gear arrives home.The best part of their luggage service is that it eliminates any issue with it arriving on time and I don’t have to handle it at all at the airport. I can’t tell you how easy their service makes flying and now I never worry about my gear arriving on time. Their service is worth every penny and I plan on using it this year and every year in the future. Try it and you will be hooked!

I needed to return an item from Amazon. I packed the item and attached the printed label. I went to the UPS store in Steamboat Springs. I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. I handed over the package and they scanned it. That was it. I was out of there in less that 20 seconds. Great service.

Called and asked if I could have two UPS parcels delivered and held for me there. Told OK - and I identified myself as a UPS My Choice member which includes free will-call package holding service. Upon arrival to pick-up packages, I was told I had to pay $10 each to get my packages! I have gotten this service free at other UPS stores but they refused to give me my packages without paying first. When I pressed the issue - they told me that I could have gotten the My Choice free will-call service at the local UPS processing center - something they failed to mention when I first called - they are more interested in charging me fees than helping me as a UPS My Choice Member.
