Ive been going to Mr. Herr ever since I moved into the area 15 years ago on the advice of my wife and Ive had nothing but good things to say about them in the years Ive been giving them my business. They go above and beyond, they explain what they want to do and if theres anything major they call you before they do it so you have an idea of whats happening and whether or not you want to invest the expense. Its tough to find a truly exceptional repair shop, but if you pick Herr and Sons youll find they are worthy of your business for life.

The one star is for coming to get me with my own car..dropped car off at 830am, wanted to wait but was told the car would not be ready for hours(needed two new tires and possible alignment )the man behind the counter made me feel unwelcome to wait for my car. I had no ride home. I walked almost all the way home, 3.5 hour walk. Then he called with a $500 quote and it would be a 2 day wait. His dad came and picked me up in my car and drove me back to their shop. Guy said he would call me when the tires came in..never called, over quoted me on the price...not sure why but this is the USA and you can just refuse service. Would never go again and would never suggest to anyone.

Pretty nice place to take your car if you cant get through things yourself stop by work is guarantee so you cant really lose good luck
