Horrible if not the worst rent a center I ever been to, I made a purchase and the day it is supposed to be delivered has not came. I was put on hold for long time, please dont waste your time.

Very rude customer service I advise you to take your money else where!!! Rosie need to be fired and I will be calling corporate and letting them know about how rude she towards me and other customers as well. I had told my family about how nice and how it was an amazing opportunity to make help with their credit score but after how Rosie spoke to me I have formed family and friends and they will not be doing any business with them!

I really don’t understand how rosey still has a job there! She is the worst nightmare to try and deal with and EVERYONE that I’ve talked to ( customers and people that work with her) pretty much say she makes cruella de vile seem like an angel and that’s in nice words. I’ve never met someone with more horrible customer service.
