Regular Starbucks. Stopped here on a road trip. The order was made perfect. Bathrooms were not that neat, papers everywhere.

I absolutely love Starbucks! Everyone is so nice and even though coffee is a tad expensive, that is not my concern. My concern is WHY cant they serve pumpkin spice frappuccinos all year long?!!! Why must I wait a whole year for only a month of opportunity?!! This drink is the answer to any bad day and all the stress of being a homeschooling mother who doesnt even get to have a private bathroom break without shrieking and demands made by little humans. I can not continue adulting all year only being fueled by a few pumpkin spice frappuccinos... I .... Need.... More!!!

Kids loved getting there favorite drinks that o have a hard time ordering. Great Friendly service, cake pops were bomb! They didnt have my favorite go to, the blue berry scone...

Sitting outside enjoying my starbucks cold brew after a LONG day at work! I couldnt get my app to add my new debit card, update my address, and then pay! The lady behind the counter was super nice and did not make me feel rushed at all. Then she suggested their cold brew after I told her about my long day and the fact I had a long drive back to Dallas. Their new nitro cold brew minus the sweet cream is super smooth, strong, and delicious. I definitely will be sipping it slow and easy as I can tell it has a lot of caffeine and it is strong!!

The line was extremely long but thats okay. I used a gift card and the young lady was very nice and answered questions about I could refill the gift card and our iced lattes were great. Very friendly.

Parking lot is very difficult to navigate—impossible if u drive a truck. Drinks & service are normal Starbucks standard. They have new Covid hours though

Products are consistently good but the way they operate is very disorganized. The lobby will randomly be closed and they will deactivate the order ahead option on the app leaving the parking lot in a dangerous situation. Its happened on numerous occasions and management simply doesnt care. Ive never seen a store have as many technical difficulties as this store has.

Nicely run. Friendly service. Tasty brew. Place needed a bit of afternoon cleaning. Restrooms were nice.

Its the only Starbucks in town (besides on campus at Tarleton) and I love it! The baristas are quick, friendly, and make your drink the way you want it.

I am giving 3 stars because the staff is friendly and the products are good but the drive thru is insane. I travel around the country for work and frequent Starbucks daily but this one in my hometown is the longest wait. I wish there was another Starbucks in town so that there wouldn’t be a line wrapped around the building and a 20+ min wait.. always! The parking lot and drive thru is already a huge fail as far as design and it makes for a very chaotic scene when there is always a very long line and no through traffic. Also the Starbucks menu should be the same in every location. They don’t have my favorite bantam bagels at this location. With a Starbucks this busy there is no excuse not to carry a full menu. Also as others have mentioned the staff frequently turns off the order ahead option on the app which is very inconvenient. I frequent Starbucks around the country and only see this in the Stephenville Starbucks.

Soooooo slow. Slowest location I have ever been to in my life. Always slow. Every time I go through the drive thru I expect to be in line for at least 20 minutes. I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. I even wrote this review while waiting. Good god.

Asked for something the gave me something else just because they dont have it

I have now had Riley and kelsi both take my order and make my drinks and they were both very nice and great at making my drink. Will be coming back!!

My service here was horrible. My drink was made wrong (I asked for a venti iced coffee, no classic, with 4 pumps white mocha and sweet cream. The drink they made was 3/4 sweet cream and no white mocha), they overfilled the cup and didn’t wipe the cup off when it was handed to me so it became a sticky mess.They took awhile considering it was a little busy so it took most of my lunch break to get through the drive through so I couldn’t go back and have it remade. I was not given a receipt and when I said thank you I was ignored completely. No one in the facility was wearing gloves and no one was wearing their masks correctly that I could see.

I’ve tried stopping here 4 times now. The first three times the line was wrapped around in front of the drive thru and a lady was out holding the “closing at 5pm” sign. Why are you still closing at 5pm when everything is opened? Gave it another shot today and the line is once again wrapped around in front of the building, past the drive thru line.

Amazing coffee every time, though the line to get it at the drive-thru is crazy long sometimes. During rush hours plan on spending 15-20 minutes at the drive-thru.

The staff is always kind and efficient. Wait times are low and quality is great!

So I pull up to go inside, realizing they closed the doors, I back out to get in line for the drive through and as Im backing out an employee jumps in line with a sign saying closed without taking in consideration of the situation after trying to explain. No wonder folks are starting to down grade this company.

Very slow service with a very long line. My coffee was cold and my husbands CB latte just tasted like steamed milk. Will be a line of disappointed people.

Wver since I discovered they serve none coffee drinks, I have loved this place. I get the strawberry acai with lemonade, and my dogs get pupacinos (which are free).

While service isnt the fastest, they are usually very friendly and they make pretty good drinks.

It was okay, I shouldnt have order my drink, ahead of time. It was half melted. Not good.

Pretty standard Starbuck experience. It was very busy when we went, but they were pretty efficient so it wasnt a real long wait. Everyone was nice enough.

Drive thru person set credit card and starbucks card on counter at drive thru. Did not see her do that. Drove off. Wind blew them off and cars drove over cards for next 20 minutes. Went inside when I realized I didn’t have them. Staff just looked at me like I was crazy. Another customer turned cards in while I was looking for them. Never as much as a “Sorry this happened.”

Poor operation, unorganized and inconsistent with their schedule.

I have to say, these folks are always really great. I especially love the lady who sometimes works the mic Come on down! And they always make my sorta picky drinks to perfection.

Terrible cold drinks, and about a million flies on all surfaces at any given time. Great employees, just deal with THE FLIES! It’s hard to enjoy good company and good coffee (when it’s hot) all while fighting off a dozen flies at once.

Its positioned in a poorly picked geographic location. Driving in, or out, of this place could cause you to be in an accident. Most of the customers do not pay any attention to the traffic in this tightly placed, one way in-one way out, coffee shop. Which sucks, cause I like their selection 🤦‍♂️🙄😒

Great to have a Starbucks in Brownwood!

Iced coffee was nothing special. The new arrangement of displays, sitting bar and walkway makes it difficult for a handicapped person to navigate. There are only two comfortable chairs where you can sit with a friend and chat. Service was friendly. Restroom was clean. Parking is ample. Not conducive to having coffee with a friend and a desert. Trendy i guess but not for me.

Service was prompt and courteous. I ordered my favorite coffee beverage and it was prepared perfectly. I forgot to order something and the cashier was happy to add it when I arrived at the drive thru window.

I had to wait 15 minutes and they said my name very wrong and called my friend ( Terrell a boy )and said Terrela she yelled out. They do the easy drinks first and skipped everyone’s that was harder. This place is very stupid and has bad service.

Werent very friendly..Im pretty sure I paid for a double shot and didnt get one. My coffee tasted like pure creamer. Gross.

Long wait at the drive thru, even longer wait at the window, she hands out two drinks, says“Have a good one” slams the window shut.No napkins, no straws and no thank you....Oh and no return business. There’s better places than this in town.

Where do I start. Its middle of Covid19, and the staff here disables the order ahead option for app users. Yes. The STAFF can disable that.Then, even though Starbucks Corporate had allowed the opening of lobbies. Way to often do the STAFF here close the lobby. They just dont want to work.And now, they wont even greet you when you pull up to the window. Just come up and tell what you owe.Not easy to get into, can get very quickly congested, and some people are in such a hurry to get in and out, you have to be careful when driving around because people speed too much through this tiny parking lot, made worse when the line stretches out to MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!!

Its nice and drinks are made quick. Good luck trying to find a seat near a wall plug or a seat in general.

Usually really great, only issue this visit was that the baristas didnt seem to understand that my friend who was with me wanted a strawberry frappuccino made with coconut milk, and it came out all weird and melted and not icey at all. Theyve been able to do it before but for some reason it came out really different and weird.
