Bobby is very knowledgeable and has helped me time and time again. Will not take my bike anywhere else.

I have took him several different machines over the years. He does an excellent job.

While cruising through town on a cross-country road trip I picked up a screw in my rear tire. I found Heartbeat on Google Maps, called for assistance late afternoon. Bobby was extremely helpful, recommended a towing service and promised to fix my flat tire first thing in the morning even though it was clear to see he was busy. He kept his word, adjusting the rear brake as well better than Ive ever had it, everything done flawlessly! Very efficient, friendly professional service, at a cost less then I expected. Great guy, great place, great service. Dont hesitate to have him work on your vehicle, I give him a 10 out of 10.

Very helpful had the parts I needed and Very fair prices

This is not a professional place at all. I took my bike in once it was suppose to be fixed and it still has the same problem. I took it in again because the guy told me to. Its been sitting for two weeks and he said it was only there a couple of days. I went to pick it up and he charged me 75.00 and he didnt even look at it. He said he had not had a chance to get to it. Do not take your bike here especially if you are a woman.

Ive gone to Bobby for my ninja for 3 years now and hes always been very honest and done great work. Now Ive upgraded to a Harley, but I still wont use anyone else! Thanks man

Hands down the worst place to bring your bike. I took my bike in there some years ago. Everything I would go to check up on it the owner would just say he couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and pretty much blow me off. I called and called and got the same answer. Then when I said I was going to pick it up he said to wait cause he had it in a million pieces. Its been like 8 years and he never called me back to pick up my bike. I guess sometimes you just have to take a loss. To bad mine costed me about 2500 bucks.

The owner is very knowledgeable on small engine repairs .
