My casement windows all had aluminum frame screens with spring pins. I ordered custom windows from Esser Glass to fit where the screens were.to reduce the busy street sound. Tempered glass was used for any location less than 18 to the floor. These windows have a felt strip that seals the frame to the wood. The sound reduction was more than 50%. Even the air conditioners are muffled. Sleep is improved. Im quite happy.

Great Service, excellent line of glass shower doors, friendly and very professional!

Disappointed with customer service and response. The first call on our doors they responded at the end of our business hours and tried to fix our doors. Unfortunately, they did not succeed and was told we would need new doors. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that someone else would come and look at it as in his opinion it could be fixed. After a few weeks the doors again failed to work. They did a great job of scheduling a time to come, however when the time came no one showed up. I called back and they said they would have a team here at the end of the week. Again a week went by and no one showed up. Finally I tried one last time, the gentleman on the phone was breaking up and blamed it on my landline and again told me he would send someone at the end of the week, but you guessed it... no one showed up. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service! We needed glass replaced on 3 huge, custom windows in our 100 year old home and Frank was wonderful to work with. He gave us a very reasonable price, including installation. Everything went extremely well through the entire process (estimate, ordering, and scheduling) and the crew was awesome! The windows are beautiful and we couldnt be happier. We will absolutely recommend Esser Glass to everyone.

Friendly and fast! I needed a piece of glass cut to replace a scratched piece in a picture frame, and it was ready within a couple hours. So easy and affordable, I will definitely be back for future projects!

The pivot on our glass door broke because of strong winds. This was the day before the busiest day of the year at my business. Frank IMMEDIATELY sent two workers out to fix it. They had it fixed in no time. Frank knew the urgency to my needs and reacted accordingly. THANKS FRANK!!! I have had Esser Glass do many other projects for me both at my business and home over the last several years. I have been very pleased with their service.

Project took twice as long as estimated, and still wasnt completed, we ended up going somewhere else. Very rude customer service!! Will never go back, apparently they dont need the business.

I will never use ESSER Glass Inc. again of Stevens Point WI. As a Contractor and Remodeler it is very important to be able to trust your local venders and know they are not going to price gouge, in this case I have lost all trust and have also reported him to the BBB as he not only dishonored his verbal quote but he almost doubled the price of the job. After confronting Frank Shields owner of the Company he hung on me and told me he didnt have time for me. This is not how you treat any customer especially a contractor! I called two other glass vendors in town to bid the exact same job and the were closer to the original bid and several hundred dollars cheaper then his bill. Frank Shields and Esser Glass Inc. are no longer a good Company to use as I feel he has lost his customer insight as well as good business practices.
