Its always busy when I go but staff is always willing to help anyone and anywhere they are needed. Bobbie always helps my little girl whenever see shes her try grabing her favorite juice or doughnuts.

Not sure what is with the window cleaning but it smells like something died in it.It was all over my handsReceived a gift card and a car wash....still not happy

Clean store. Friendly staff. Pretty disappointed that the focus item (rollerbites) was completely gone. I walked around the store for approximately their entire cook time as well and none were coming out. The Food Service is missing a lot of opportunities.

It has a few very reasonably priced products. Its clean. Count your change as some workers there shortchange customers.

Kwik Trip is the best place for a shopping trip that is fast and inexpensive. I love the cashiers because they are very friendly and courteous.

The old overnight lady needs to learn some manners. I ended up just leaving the items I wanted because of her. Especially during this pandemic, a little respect would be nice. I wont be returning until the old lady working overnights is gone. Plus, no food available. Also, if its store policy to ask for IDs with debit cards that I have the pin to, then why didnt she ask anyone else for their IDs?!

Rotten apples on both ends of the healthy stand they have. Visibly squishy and weird looking and looks like theyve been on the ground underneath an apple tree for a while. Told the girl at checkout she didnt seem to care. I bet you if I came here tomorrow they still be there hope somebody wont get sick

(Edit) After speaking with the manager I was given what I would consider to be a fair and sincere apology, along with the promise of a gift card. For that reason, I have amended the review.(edit) Although I appreciate the apology, the gift card was never delivered as promised.I had a very bad experience here last night. I do not remember the older womans name, but I was making a beer purchase, and the price was mislabeled. The woman (not) helping me was extremely rude, argumentative and did not want to honor the stated price, and went as far as to pull the price tags out right in front of me. She was extremely disrespectful in my opinion, and lacks in communication as well as customer service. This left a really negative experience that will stick with me any time I choose to visit that location, because in past experiences elsewhere I have had very pleasant experiences visiting Kwik Trip in the past.

Not my favorite Kwik Trip. Hot food selection sucks in the morning. And before anyone says they can make whatever you need I know but not everyone has time to wait, every other Kwik Trip near here has a wider selection ready all the time.

Laurie needs to review her customer service skills. Where did the good service go? Ill never go to another kwik trip again because of her, and I go to your stores twice a day. Im not getting carded for cigarettes 14 days in a row by an old lady who cant even remember people. Your in the customer service industry. You know im old enough. I get its the law, but wow. 14 days. Youd think she would remember. Well I will never forget why I wont be going to your stores anymore.

Just like every other Kwik Trip out there, but there is a lady that works in the morning that I can not stand. I go here almost every day for coffee and a breakfast sandwich, she has to touch everything and pull it close to her which is completely unnecessary when I make it so she can see what each sandwich is... Now a couple months ago now I had purchased a large coffee mug to use. It is a 24 Oz mug, and I bring it every day. To this day she has to ask if it is a 32 or 24... I dont think she is the brightest bulb in the box.

Would not recommend the air pump when your tire pressure is low. It deflates your tire when its cold and the stores dont do anything to fix this problem with the pump even after complaints that it deflates your tire instead of giving it gas when its cold outside.

They have some people working there are very rude. I was in there today to get my lottery tickets she ran my sheet thru and it said to many numbers when I just used it theweek before she argued with me as far as I feel I wont go back to that store again I took it across the street to the b p and it worked fine. This isnt the first time this person is the same one more than once said that to me she is very rude very rude
