Such helpful folks! Whether it be online, over the phone or in store, these people know their stuff. I have purchased all 3 ways. The store is very well stocked (and organized) to keep my 2nd year middle school band student going. (They kept me going as a musician from middle school to high school and beyond - years ago!) We love being able to stop in when we are in the area. But most importantly, I love being able to order and pay online and have my daughters order be delivered in person right to her band teacher. Thank you for making it easy on us band parents! 🎼❤️

Excellent music selection on most instruments and the friendly staff are eager to help you find the fit for your musical style. Unfortunately, the selection for percussion is little-to-none and completely underwhelming. If classical style is the best suit or if a rental needs to be checked out, then Heid Music is the perfect local stop for you.

Bought a case, picks, strings, and have had a guitar set up here. No disappointments. Limited options but this is not Amazon. But the great thing is, its not Amazon. Keep your money local when ever possible. I will try here first when I need musical items.

Without a doubt the best music store in the Point/Plover area. The staff is willing to talk to anyone and help them with their needs. They encourage you to play the instruments, and dont mind if you accidentally turn it up to 11! My go-to music store, very reasonably priced, best selection, knowledgeable staff

NUMBER ONE IN CUSTOMER CARE AFTER PURCHASE! They took care of all my warranty needs on a multi thousand dollar instrument. This is the difference between a shop like Heid and online or big chain stores. Heid takes care of there customers! Love these folks! Keep up the good work.

I went into this store looking for a fun inexpensive gift for my nephew and niece that would drive their parents crazy. One of the staff members (Maggie, I believe) greeted me immediately and understood exactly what I was looking for. Enter the Kazoobie Kazoo... pure perfection! We joked about how I was probably about to be in the market for a new friend and she kindly offered her friendship. Talk about going above and beyond!This store is very Covid-friendly. Everyone there was wearing masks appropriately and there was a big ol tub of hand sanitizer near the sales counter. Kudos!

Im currently renting a instrument from here (for my son) and its in Excellent condition, the process was WAY easy, & Prices are very affordable, and they delivered it to my sons school in Wausau for free!Recently, We had to exchange it for a bigger size. We stopped in the store last weekend and they made the switch out easy & quickly.That was also our first time in the store and the store is amazing! Huge variety!

Terrible service on the instrument that was supposed to be looked over and set up key points that I brought to there attention were completely missed and now I need to spend more money else where to fix said issuesUse there services at your own risk.

A little more expensive than other places, but that is a trade-off for great customer service and the benefits of a brick-and-mortar store.

I take my 7 year old here for piano lessons and he loves it. We usually show up early for lessons to browse around the store. They have a great selection of musical instruments and anything else a musician wants/needs.

Heid usually has whatever I need and the staff is fast and friendly.

The staff is the best staff around. The quality and price of What I got is unsurpassed. We are so blessed to have this store where I live. I got 2 PTS guitars here. ABSOLUTELY amazing guitars. One is electric. The other is acoustic. I got my first drum set gear. They answered all of the questions I have and went beyond what they had to do. AMAZING PLACE:!
