I walked in to purchase a lawnmower and was treated with courtesy from start to finish by everyone there. That were helpful from the service desk to the sales department. I sat down with Brian the salesman and he was very thorough on explaining the features of all the models available. I was very impressed with his professionalism. When I picked it up the service desk explained how to operate the tractor and helped load it up on my trailer. I would recommend anyone looking for a lawntractor to check with the store in Custer, Wi. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you to everyone there.

Never want to go there never again! Bad service and they cheat for money! During the summer I brought in my ride lawm mower for them to fix the problem. I even told them I had new battery, spark plugs, new oil filter for the mower but some what they changed everything that I already did and just charged me for more money! They even couldnt get the lawm mower to start but still charged me almost 800 bucks! Next time fix your own and dont ever let them touch your john deere stuff! I dont even know how many people who work in the shop but couldnt clean the carburetor properly! Next time this happen Im going to let the law know about this!

Brian in Stevens Point Wisconsin happened to still be at work after hours waiting for another after hours customer . He not only greeted us with open arms but sold us a series x590 garden tractor too! He was so helpful and he took his time with us and now we are proud owners of a new John Deere!! I will now mow my grass well and fast. My 2008 series 300 all steer was given to my daughter! Now she also will mow good and fast too Ha!! Thanks again Brian H! You da man!!!

My wife and I stopped in to the Stevens Point location today to talk about buying an electric UTV, but not a single employee we saw was wearing a mask, so we immediately left.

Customer Service is good, prices are highThey seem to keep a tight fist with the parts list and service manuals. Tune up kit is 39.60 and off Amazon is 18. I do not see the 2x double cost in the overall value. They did have one of the 2 springs and I need to order the second.They have a neat and clean store and friendly counter folks.

I just purchased an Ariens Classic 24 snowblower from the Stevens Point location. Im going to head out to use it for the first time. The salesman did a good job of going over the features and I got to test it on some snow in the dealer lot.

Great place for your John Deere tractor needs

Tried to finance a used haymower through John Deere. But because Im out of state the dealership decided they wouldnt consider it. Where Im located there are no dealerships period that have haying equipment tractors etc. Next years tractor purchase will not be through these guys. Im surprised John Deere allows their name on their building considering John Deere financial is world wide. They should probably think about taking their website down too since thats world wide.
