Very pleased with service! They answer the phone, call you back, be there when they say. Very hard to find that now a days. Chip was great on the phone. James came out to fix my AC and quickly knew what the problem was and got my AC going. Also gave me advise on some preventative maintenance I could do so this doesnt happen again. All around A1 service. These guys are pros!

Frank came to my house and quickly diagnosed and repaired my ac. I had called 4 other companies on Easter Sunday, 3 said they would come out Monday the un named company showed up and in ten minutes said I needed a new system that was going to cost me thousands of dollars. Frank repaired it for under $ 500. In less than an hour. Wow what service I would recommend this company to anyone looking to save money and be treated fairly.

GREAT SERVICE. I recently had a problem with my heater cooling only the downstairs of my home and not the upstairs. I called the heating and air company that the builder contracted to install the original heating and air system and they sent a technician out that was not familiar with basic repairs for my unit. Needless to say, when he left I had heat upstairs and none downstairs. He also told me I needed and expensive part that he did not have in stock and it would take several days for them to receive it. Because I did not feel comfortable with his assessment, I called Air Repair and spoke to Chip who was very familiar with my system. Since it was late Friday when I talked to him he told me he would do his best to fit me on tomorrow. A technician called me early the next morning and gave me a time that he could come out to look at my system. He was kind and knew what he was doing. He advised me that the prior technician had my wires backward and he redid the wiring and I had air both up and downstairs. Air repair saved me both time and money. Thanks Air Repair for such prompt and great service.

UPDATE: A new company came out and determined that this company had installed the zoning board incorrectly. I was also told that Ait Repair HVAC took advantage of me and charged me significantly more than what a typical zoning board goes for. The new company came out the same day I requested service and charged me nothing to repair this group’s mistake.This is the first review I have ever written because I am so incredibly upset about my experience with this company. I used this company to repair my system, through my home warranty. They came out initially in a very timely manner and the technician was very helpful in explaining the issue and subsequent repair. However, the repair was not ever completed. The new part was installed, but the system was still not running properly. I made a second call for them to fix the AC and after being rescheduled multiple times, Chip, the manager/proprietor(?), came out to check the system. I was told he couldn’t find a problem and I most likely could benefit from spending another couple thousand dollars and adding a “split system”(?) and he just added freon. This, however, still didn’t not fix the problem. A couple weeks later, during Georgia summer with three small children at home, I’m out nearly $1000 to repair one part and I still do not having an AC system that is cooling off my house and there is no air coming through vents in half my upstairs and the new part they installed appears to be malfunctioning with red lights. I called Chip, yet again, and he told me to handle through my warranty and he wouldn’t schedule a visit until then. Overall, this feels like a company that is more than happy to take my money without ever completing the job. The technician was incredibly nice and answered all my questions, but that is the only silver lining in this sad and expensive story. I would not recommend this company and I have since filed a complaint with my home warranty for recommending them and now have another service technician coming out this week.

My problem wasn’t resolved until another company came back out to my house the following day. Shedrick misdiagnosed what the real issue was and if he would have went up in the attic, he probably would have found the problem instead of repeatedly stating he has been doing this for thirty years! Nevertheless, I have a brand new AC unit and it’s working better than ever no thanks to Air Repair!

What I needed turned out to be a new thermostat. Chip replaced my cheap hardware store model with a superior Honeywell thermostat. Really quick change out at a reasonable price! Great to do business with Air Repair HVAC, Inc! I recommend their services.

Awesome company my AC stopped working on June 3rd I called Air Repair on June 4th and they was able to send Shedrick out the same day . He was extremely courteous and professional and figure out what the issue was 10 minutes after arriving at my home. After the purchase of a foreclosure, I needed to replace the entire AC System. The home also had an apartment that we were going to use to take care of my mom. Chip suggested adding a second system for the apartment. Now that we are in the home I am so glad I listened to his recommendations. Mom likes it 80 degrees and we like it 68 degrees. So I had them install two complete systems. I am happy with the craftsmanship and the cost. Throughout the installation they went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing heat or air-conditioning repair or installation.

Once there he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was really pleased when he answered all of my questions regarding the thermostat in a clear manner. These guys dont wear capes but they were my heros!!! My furnace stopped working on Monday. I had called other repair contractors but didnt get the response that I got from Air Repair. A.R. showed up at my house within an hour of my call. They provided a temporary fix until they could get the part that was needed which was the next day. They are AWESOME!!!!Thanks to them I didnt suffer in a cold house for long.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air a couple days before this review. I talked it over with my home warranty and they were able to get in touch with Air Repair. I talked with Chip from Air Repair. Even though they were pretty booked, Chip had Frank make sure to squeeze me in the same day. Frank was friendly, walked me through what he was thinking and what he was doing and made sure to inform me and ask if anything might not be covered or might cost more. He made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing and was respectful of my home. I had a fantastic experience with them. Thank you Chip and Frank for saving the day!
