Took my car for an insurance job after being rear ended. They had my car for over a month and when I went to pick it up they were still working on it. They used a dented scratched up bumper to replace mines. The lights on the back of my car were different. They never set up an appt for me to get something welded back under the car (exhaust I think).. Obviously they bought cheap parts. Probably lower than what my insurance had paid for. Never heard back from them after calling multiple times to complain. Left vm no return call. Worse decision ever. I sold my car a few days ago because the quality just isn’t the same :( super dissatisfied
