I usually always go to my local Advanced Auto Parts, but in this case they didn’t have the part I needed available. So, they personally called this Advanced in Stockbridge to make sure they had my part. I paid for the item and had it made for “pickup”. I purchased the item at 10:55 am and I got there at 11:55 am for them to say they tried calling me 10 min before I got there that they did not have the part. They decided to try to call an HOUR later after verifying they did have it. Very upset, because it was a waste of gas and time just to be told to come back the next day for an item I had paid to be picked up the SAME day. Will stick to my local store.

My oil light was on and I stopped by to have them check my oil. Femeka the manager was AWESOME! She was not only helpful, personable and knowledgeable, she was God sent! I dont live in the area but had to drop off my dog near there, but moving forward I will definitely visit that location as oppose to the one down the street from my house!!!! Excellent service, I can not say it enough.

I originally wanted a battery recharge for my car, but the representative tested my battery, and realized that my battery was dead. I immediately paid for a battery online to receive a discount that I had, and when I paid for it, the representative had my battery ready for me within minutes!!! I forgot the guys name that serviced me, but he was superb!!!

Went recently and received the best customer service. I needed a gas cap and wheel covers and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. Zachary even came out to my car to listen to the funny sound my car was making. Being a woman, they made my trip a lot more easy!

I rented an inner tie rod removal tool. Advance Auto Parts was the only auto parts store still renting this item to my knowledge. Simply make a deposit for the pick up and upon return, you receive your deposit back.

Advanced Auto in Stockbridge GA rocks. We needed a battery on a Sunday at 7:15pm, they close at 8pm. I called and spoke with Jimmy who, even though its a 45 minute install, said he could do it for us if we could get there before closing. We ordered online, got a 25% discount, and got to store by 7:40pm. Jimmy installed it no questions asked plus he hooked up another battery charger so we didnt loose all the car settings. Had I installed it we would be spending a couple hours reprogramming our daughters setting. He showed us what he was doing so we could educate ourselves on swapping a battery, even our daughter. Knowledge is power. Thanks for a great experience and getting us up an running again. Definitely going back for all our automotive needs.

Came in to get some oil for my car. I asked the guy at the front desk if they assist with putting oil in the car and he lied to my face and said no maam we do not. Im a single mom that was with my toddler. I ended up putting to much in my car. Luckily someone in the parking lot saw me struggling and assisted me. He mentioned he would also reach out to managment because the store wasnt even busy. I will never return or recommend anyone to come to this location.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this store today. I ordered a battery offline to pick up in the store, which was awesome because I got a discount. However, once I got to the store I had to wait because there was only one cashier actually doing their job and the store was busy.Eventually, I was assisted by a woman who voluntarily wanted to install my battery. I let her attempt and it was the worst decision EVER! She unhooked everything from the battery, then realized she couldn’t finish the installation because there is a rail that must be moved in order to install the battery. It is policy that they cannot touch certain things when installing batteries. My issue is that she should have looked and analyzed before touching anything. After showing a little frustration on my face, the employee decided to leave me outside with her equipment and ALL. SHE DID NOT RETURN and my car did not start. I seen another employee come back from somewhete and ask for assistance, he stated “I’m on lunch” and continued to walk away. I had to wait until someone else came and gave me a jump.

Great place to buy your auto parts. Be sure to check online for coupon codes. I regularly save 20 to 40 percent. Would give five stars if they had mobile app.

Store would not honor online price that was shown on THEIR website. I contacted corporate and was told the store was supposed to honor the online price. Bought product up the street from this location at Walmart and saved money over their online price by 20%. Lesson learned!

Fast and friendly service. I walked in and was immediately helped by a representative. I ordered two parts for my vehicle, paid for my parts, and exited the store in less than five minutes! Great!

3 people asked if I needed help. All 3 were nice yet one I believe was fighting with the other. That needs to be taken outside not in front of customers. It was clean as well

Helpful and friendly. First visit sold me the wrong brake pads. Not totally their fault. Some cars of my model where built in japan and some built in mexico. They sold me the brakes for the mexican built car. When i went back to return them they found a set at another store and are having them sent over. I cant ask for more. While I was there an associate was assisting a veteran put new wiper blades on his truck.

Purchased battery online. went to pick up after driving 30 min one way and told computer down. Very dissapointed and needed battery. Man was not polite nor did he seem bothered by his poor service.

Took battery in for check,clerk said battery was know good after 30 minutes of charging, said I would need a new battery $160 bucks so I took battery to Moreland battery they charged it for a hour everything is fine with the battery cost 6 bucks

Just the most helpful staff ever so far ! Had what I needed in stock even tho it was hard to find elsewhere.

Walked out again this morning due to poor customer service. Nobody on the front counter and 5 employees at the back counter chatting. I was told they work in a different department. Not the first time walking out of this store.

Was sold the wrong part & when I went to return it with receipt I was told they dont do exchanges or returns on electrical parts. So basically if they make a mistake they will not accept responsibility or make it right. Will never shop here again.
