Very rude manager or the owner. Was charged for something I didn’t purchase and the manager or the owner had a Nasty attitude instead of accepting their mistake. Got my money back but never going there any more. Prices are on the higher end.

I love the personnel here. I just hate that they moved everything around. Now I gotta learn this spot all over again. But Ive never had a bad anything here. I love how you can donate your purple crown bags for the military. Nice to have a local store be a part of the support for our military.I dont think Ive ever run into this store and not had great service. Personnel know where everything is and will help you make the choice if youre up in the air about taste, flavor, mixes and things of that sort. Great crew!

Great customer survive. When u order anything that they do not carry they always call me and let me know when it arrives. Even if it does not arrive they call me. Not to mention the prices there are so much better than other stores that I have been to in the same area. If u have not been to Stockbridge bottle shoppe u should stop by and check out there selection.

The cashier told us the total was $88 but when we got home we checked the receipt and noticed she charged us for 2 Jack Daniels which we didn’t buy amounting to $96. How do you add 96$ to the total and not realize the mistake from 88 to $192???Went back and after the manager checked the cameras he didn’t show no remorse not even apologize for the mistake the cashier did instead he was asking us stupid questions and gave us our money back having nasty attitude. Never taking my business there anymore!

On April 5th, 2021, My cousin and I purchased two vape pens. Her’s didn’t blow smoke nor shine the light when puffing, this a major inconvenience because the store did NOT allow a refund or exchange for the faulty product. Along with not providing compensation for the faulty product, the staff was VERY RUDE. VEIL SPECIFICALLY, had an attitude from when we entered the store and all we wanted was an understanding of why the product didnt work. Instead, we received a horrible tone and the “law” that what was presented to us even though it was not posted or disclaimed during or after purchase.

Kevin and miles deserve a raise, they were helpful. I was looking for a bottle of whiskey in the 50-60 price range. They could have recommended any bottle in that price range I would have bought it. They recommended the best bang for buck and I only spent 25$. Appreciate y’all after a hard days work.

I bought cigars from here and they were stale...wouldnt even light. I returned to the store with the full cigar.. Paid 13 dollars for each of them and the owner wouldnt even come to the front to speak with me. What a coward. I will never come back here.

This is a wonderful place to shop. You will never find a more friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasantly surprised with the variety I found there. This will be my go to store when I come to this part of town.

Me and 3 friends went to get some bottles. While we were going around looking for which ones to buy, the guy working there was following us around and it was very uncomfortable. Despite that, we were going to check out and the cashier rudely demanded us for our ID and I had forgot it at home so we were going to come back but as soon as I was going to tell her that, a random lady comes and asks my friend if he has a bottle hidden in his pocket making us feel disrespected as if they knew we had stolen something. They were very rude about everything and seemed to be on edge during the whole confrontation. I had never received bad service here until tonight the ladies working there were very ghetto.

Yesterday my husband went into this liquor store and later we realized that he had lost his wallet (which had all the money we have in it) I called up there and spoke to the manager Amber or Amanda? (I think) who was MORE than helpful. I asked her if it would be okay if we came up and reviewed the cameras to try and rule out the possibility of it being stolen or left there since nobody had turned one in. She got all my info and called me back less than 30 minutes later with a very detailed report of what pocket he put it in, she even followed him on the cameras outside when he was loading everything up and watched afterwards and was able to conclude that the wallet absolutely made it into the car. Since we only went home after this we know for sure that it has to be in the car or at home. She didnt have to do this and I know Saturdays are very busy but despite that she went above and beyond to give exemplary customer service. Its an unfortunate situation and we still havent found it but she was able to give me the peace of mind that not just some random person is running around with our hard earned money and important pieces of id. Thanks a million guys!!

Best whiskey prices in the county. And not by a little bit. Theyre priced WAY better. Their unwillingness to price gouge and their extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff have won me over time after time. I pass two other liquor stores just to shop here. HIGHLY recommend.

I like this store. They always have vendors there giving away samples. The staff knows where everything is located so when you ask they have immediate answer. They also trick out the store during any holiday.

Absolutely rude, has signs out for one price, charges a different price. Then wants to be ugly and hang up the phone. Was told the 1l bottle of crown apple was 42.99 all across Georgia, yet MULTIPLE STORES sell it for 28.99. One lady told me well if you had actually read the sign. I did read. You can go down the road about 15 mins and get large bottle of crown vanilla for 42.99. Way overpriced.

The prices are cheaper than 138 liquor and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Small building, so the selection is smaller. Its my GO TO and First option Liquor store.

Seems they think the pandemic is over...not one of the 5 employees were wearing masks and they removed their cashier protection plate. I won’t be going back sadly. It’s irresponsible of business owners to not protect their employees or the public from three risk of COVID-19.
