I literally just called to get information on screen repair for my tv. I was rudely interrupted and was told I need to just buy a new tv; in which I responded I don’t care about the cost of the repair because the item is priceless and it means a lot to me. He then rudely started throwing out numbers and asked is that what you wanna do? …. I would have easily given the $1500 to get it fixed… but you watch how you talk to people who is interested in doing business with you.

Completely satisfied with this company and service me Dan was professional and highly knowledgeable of his work! He saved us hundreds of dollars! My t.v has been running like new every since he fix it. No complaints. No problems. No money lost. I Highly recommend his service!

They charge you for what you don’t need they are rude and they are cheating you out your money

Dan was very professional and upfront about his cost to diagnose the problem with my TV. He came assessed the problem, ordered the part and gave me a fair price AND discounted the diagnostic fee off my final price. TV works like new! 10/10 will use again for any repair.

Called and spoke with Dan. Very professional and showed up on time.I have a 50 in plasma LG which​ was not turning on and really did not want to purchase a new one. Dan fixed it within an hour and it works like new again!Highly recommend these guys!!

I was happy that these guys were able to come to my house the same day I called them. $50 seemed fair to find out if our 32 LG was worth fixing. The guy said he could order a part for $132, I said please do. This was on Friday and he said probably by Tuesday it would be in. I called Tuesday, left a message. Called on Friday, left a message. Called Monday, no answer.Called today (Tuesday again) and was told they left me a message last week that I mysteriously never received. All this to tell me they were wrong, no parts were available for a 4 year old tv!!! Couldnt have just said that to start with? Thanks for nothing!

Very bad customer service..I explained to the clerk what the television was doing.. I had sound but no picture which should be a common tv problem... All I wanted to know was if it was worth trying to fix the tv or just buy a new one...All the clerk would say is that they charge $60 bucks just to look at it.. I requested a ballpark range of how much would it be to fix the problem.. because I suspect this to be a common problem... No other response but I can come look at it for $60 dollars.. I usually don’t put bad reviews out on businesses but I don’t like when businesses are not straight up with people and only out for the money grab.. All I was asking is about how much for common tv repair!! They do not deserve your business if they can’t be straight up with you!!

WHEN I ORDER PARTS FROM EBAY AND IT WORKS I AM HAPPY. I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR MY TOSHIBA PROJECTION SCREEN TV. HE (DAN) CAME OVER AT SAID TIME. MY TV HAD VERTICAL BARS (JAIL BARS) ON ENTIRE SCREEN. HE SAID HE COULD FIX IT AND GAVE ME A QUOTE BEFORE HE STARTED. AFTER HE FINISHED REPAIR TV IS AS NEW. I WOULD HAVE TO RECOMMEND THIS PERSON. This guy Dan is a thieve. Please do not call or do any business with this man or this company. Paid $50 to come and diagnosed the problem on my TV. He said it’s the board. Paid for the board and still didn’t fix the problem. Took me 3 weeks to get my refund. It’s better use Best Buy Geek Squad. This guy is scam. I’m filing a Lawsuit and FCC complain with State Attorney for fraudulently installing a Amazon Firestick. Not sure why he is in business. But not for too long. This guy is not a TV repair man. He is a fraud.

Mr. Dan was professional, polite, and experienced. I was impressed with his service and how he helped me to understand what was going on with my TVs. I had 2 TVs and both were not worth repairing in my opinion. I chose - I chose to take the option to not repair. However if needed I will call Mr. Dan again and refer him to everyone.

I am a retired veteran of 24yrs service in McDonough Ga and I Came out to the house today for an estimate to fix my Sharp flat screen and gave me a price of 325 to fix but needed a deposit if he ordered the part but if it was in stock it would just be $50. He couldnt give me an answer of when the parts would be in to fix it and was giving me attitude because I was asking him if the part was in stock or not. How am I to pay to a deposit and your not even making an effort to contact your store to see if you have the part...never use their service...its a scam for $50. Horrible service..DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Be ware of this company. Charged 60 bucks to look at t v. Told me he would order part and called in a week to schedule for 9:00 am . Never showed or called. I called company told he was on the way at 10:30.Should have told me over the phone it was back light (geek squad did).

Dan the man!!!!5 star service for a 5 star guy. Paid dan 60$ to come out and look at my 60 inch Samsung plasma. Ran tests and determined one of the boards were bad. He said he could order the board and it will be here Friday for him to come back and install. Board arrived on Friday and dan came out right away to install and even brought an extra board free of charge to me to make sure it didn’t short out the new board I just purchased!!! Dan is the real deal and will be sure to protect your investment and will accommodate any schedule. I recommend to anyone that needs tv repair service!

Total rip off. Rude and ineffective. If you have about 400 dollars that youre dying to throw away, give them a call. Otherwise you can buy a new set for what they will charge you. Positive reviews are likely staged. Stay away.

With a lot of trepidation I called this company to fix a problem with our sound bar/tv. I was very worried about the negative reviews.Dan came out the same afternoon and fixed our problem quickly. He was very polite, professional and has a wonderful sense or humor.I dont understand the negative reviews. We couldnt have been happier with the service he provided.

ATTVS INC IS TOTALLY, COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY!!I paid $50 to have a technician come to my apartment to look at my TV. I was told that the circuit board on my TV needed to be re-soldered and that would fix all my problems. I paid $110 additional for the service. It wasnt an entire day after the repair when I still experienced the same problems with my TV.I called, explained the situation, and was told that even though the technician diagnosed the problem, there was not way he could 100% confirm that the circuit board was the issue and the most he could do was send the same technician back to look at the TV again.Upon the technicians second visit, he advised that I would probably need a brand new circuit board (the model I need is currently unavailable) and he would continue to check when it comes in stock, & let me know.

A gentleman came to our house on a service call ($50). He came back a week later to remove a the input panel as the HDMI processor had been affected by a lightning strike. He said he would be back to replace it with a new one. We didnt hear from him for a couple of weeks. We called him and he said he couldnt find the part. We asked him to bring the input panel back so that we could at least use the TV for non HDMI functions (DVD, gaming, etc). He said he would call us. We have left him multiple messages. No word. I would definitely not use this business. Very unprofessional.RE the response from the business. We tried and tried to get the part back. They didnt return phone calls or try to get it to us. Absolute lie to state that they tried to return the part.

Paid 50$ to come look at my tv . Then he fixed which was 80$ then it broke a week or two later, took him another week or two just to come back because he wasnt picking up the phone for a couple days . Then once he came back he couldnt fix it. So no refund and broke tv lol never calling them again in my life
