First of all I had no idea that there was a Krispy Kreme even in Stockbridge, as many times as I’ve driven down there I’ve never noticed it. So I decided to check them out and for whatever reason their hot sign wasn’t fully functional so you couldn’t know when to go get your hot and ready donuts. They have so many different varieties of donuts besides their regular glazed donuts, they also have a strawberry and lemonade chiller but I warn you it taste like pure sugar so I didn’t really enjoy it too much but on the other hand my experience was pretty good customer service was on point and I will definitely go again if I’m in the area of course.

When I arrived to pick up my online order I wasnt greeted when I entered. I stood there a few minutes (no other customers) before I was acknowledged. My order wasnt ready. I was very disappointed in the appearance of my assorted carnival box. I also had a couple offers to redeem. One was a free donut of my choice. I was not given a choice a regular original donut was thrown in a bag. I was even more disappointed with the donuts taste after my hour trip home. They do NOT taste fresh. I would love to have my money back.

The donuts are always delicious, but better when hot. I called the store before I want because of the BOGO, and to see if Hot Light 🔥 was on. The person who answered the phone said that the light was just turned off. However, when we get there, the donuts were far from warm, actually cool. We kept the 2 dozen and put them in the car windshield when we went into another store. Then, they were perfect. Had I known that they werent even warm, I wouldnt have gone there.

On my way to work this morning we stopped at this Krispy Kreme. We ordered the three pack of donuts and a drink. My husband wanted hot chocolate but they informed us that their machine needs to be replaced and they did not have hot chocolate at this time. Other than that the donuts were pretty fresh and tasted delicious 😃

Used to be great. The little girls there now are absolutely horrible. They obviously dont want to be at work. Cant take an order. Cant box donuts properly. Coffee tastes like perfume. Im gonna be calling about my last experience. Those females working need to change their attitudes. Its disgusting to act the way they do AT WORK!

Very disappointed with the night crew on Aug. 6th 2021. Sat at speakers to order for approx 10 min, then decided to drive up to window. I saw employees in the store talking and it appeared that they were moving towards the lobby. I said to self maybe a quick pep talk. Sat approx. 7 minutes more and blew horn. When someone finally arrived to window, I asked, was the store being robbed because I saw them but no one was at the drive thru window. She stated that her headset did not work. I then asked were the donuts hoy! She did not reply. She said wait I need to work on my headset. I said you got a long line now but okay. I ordered 2 lemon filled, and a HOT DZ glazed and a choc. milk. I paid with my Groupon ecard. She picked up a box of precooked glaze and stayed gone for a while. Then shes in view hugging and talking to some random guy. Another lady came from the back and scolded her as I saw them looking at me. The lady came to the window and rendered an apology and ask me my order again. The first girl came back with my 🍩 and I felt the box and it was luke warm. So I said these are not HOT (I live a distance away) she exclaimed that they were. Then second lady stated there were NO lemon filled. She attempted to refund the 3.62 back to the ecard and offered cash. After several efforts, I just asked for choc. cream filled and my milk. COLD DONUTS AND LOOK AT HOW CRUSTY, BURNT, AND LITTLE THEY WERE! SMH! disappointed and disgusted 30 minutes later. Wasted ecard usage.

Let me say a few things I order on their menu they did not have. My glazed donuts were nice and hot. The customer service was lovely but they did not put any napkins in my bag. Luckily I had some napkins in my car. Need to tell your employees who works the drive thru to always remember to give their customers napkins. After that and some items they did not have on their menu I would return here again.

Will say the service was fast and friendly. But they didnt have any vanilla creme filled without chocolate on top☹ so I got a couple of the ones with chocolate on top and an assortment of other donuts some were very fresh some were not. I was really disappointed 😞.

Machine broke and didnt have any hot glazed as advertise. Dissapointing to say the least

👍👍My daughter and I went to see my grandbabies for weekend, I love going to sit down and watch them run around and play. They make day, especially that little 3 year old, she a hand full and than some. So we decided to stop by this Krispy Kreme😎 down from their house and treat them to a dozens of donuts., buy the way I love them to with a nice glass of ice cold milk. It just was a nice treat for being good. We got them while the hot😡light was on. I had to get 2 dozens, I👌 needed a box just for self. When ever you in the area where one of their stores😷 located, stop in there and grab us some of their hot donuts, u just cant eat one, they just that delicious especially when they hot. This location is such trash. Many times the doors will be locked with no signage notifying the customer about what is going on. The attitudes of the staff are lackluster. Im over it. I wish them the same energy they put out. The calories are not worth dealing with this location. Get your doughnuts elsewhere. Krispy Kreme deserves waaayyyy better representation. And the customers deserve better customer service for our coins.

Hot sign is on your app for Stockbridge but when I arrived at store it was off. I only buy hot donuts and if it’s off, I don’t buy. I’m sure you’re losing sales. Please make sure hot sign is on at store if on in your app.

Ordered a dozen 6 regular and 6 chocolate total came 9 dollars and some change. Pull to the window and they gave me 3 regalar and 3 chocolate. Basically a half dozen so i let them know it was wrong but Ill take the half and be on my way. Guy swipes card again and charged me for another half..so now i just paid $19 for a dozen doughnuts thats just crazy.

I got out of the drive thru line because they were ridiculously SLOW. Im not an impatient person, but this was beyond a reasonable wait. The line seemed to not be moving at all. To be serving donuts and coffee, they have to do better...especially on a Sunday evening.

I’m not sure if the donut making person and managers are trained properly in this Krispy Kreme or not. Each time since the day they opened i only visited the store about five times and their donuts are extremely flat and small. Like the dough isn’t given the proper time to rise. Each time i visit it gets worse than the time before. Presentation is everything. So hopefully the entire staff go back to the basics of donut dough rising to put out a better product and better wait time to get the product.

It was okay. It wasnt what I respect because they was out of a lot of stuff. So I was able to make the selections that I really want especially getting assorted Donuts.

Very friendly staff. Went through the drive thru and was told there was a wait for glazed of 30 minutes. Since it was my birthday, I decided to wait. Twenty minutes later I see the line started to back up so I went inside to order my donuts. If you sign up on the app you can get a dozen donuts on your birthday.

This is literally the worst krispy kreme ever. They never have anything available besides original, and theres always a wait for it smh. Need to close down or hire new staff

I have always love these doughnuts. I went on Friday evening and I had a coupon to buy one dozen any kind and get one dozen free, I also had an e-mail to get a free dozen for my birthday. Took me 15 minutes to make them understand why I wanted then when we got home and did not open till the next morning to take to a family get together. The 2 free dozen looked like they were about 2 to 3 days old. They were not fresh and they were very dry. Only o e was eat and they said it did not even taste like a regular Krispy Kreme doughnut at all. It would be nice to have these 2 dozen replacement with some descent doughnuts.

The customer service was good. However the doughnuts was not hot even though the hot doughnuts light was on. They also can use a little more icing on the hot doughnuts.

Great donuts and friendly staff. The parking lot is way to small for the promotional donut releases. We went for the eclipse donut and we were stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour. Other than that it easy to get in and out and there are several different options to choose from. Check their website and see if the hot sign is on before you go.

My husband did this $50 order pickup run for me 8:58am. From start was attitude when trying to place order was impatient.4 dozen orders regular donuts and 5 of the Oreos lol. The 4 dozen was special for corporate office location going to different departments in building. Anyway asks for 4 bags smh chick had Black Panther MBaku moment Are you Done!? Yes Im Done she gave me one bag ↪Trust next time will go miles further away to Riverdale location.

Staff was nice it smelled good in there and the donut taste so good I dont about the coffee there but I would definitely recommend coming here.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The drive through audio is horrible. The donuts really lack the true taste of a krispy creme from Ponce de leon...do they use the same recipe? Plus they had hot donuts and the hot light wasnt on...how dare they. I do remember a time I visited and the hot side was on and they gave me a cold original...GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE LIVE UP TO THE STANDARD OF PONCE ESPECIALLY NOW THAT ITS BURNED DOWN.

Marcus runs a very very good business. Plenty of assortment of donuts. Pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend.

So Krispy Kreme is currently running a promo on strawberry glazed donoughts. Got there around 5:45 pm just to be told that they will not have them until around 8. How are you running a promotion but don’t have what your advertising. Customer service was actually good this time, all the other times we go it is nothing but attitudes. Needless to say the Krispy Kreme in Stockbridge SUCKS!!!

Extremely long wait times, even if theres only a few people in line. Donuts should be fresher if they make you wait that long. & they usually are out of lots of options, including ones that they should definitely make extras of. Like the blueberry, cakes,, originals....things people want.. Dont understand whats the hold up at this place. They usually have a line out the parking lot, so I dont stop here often.

OMG OMG OMG I love this place! Before going to this place just recently I had not had a doughnut at Krispy Kreme for a while. Not only their doughnuts are fresh, they are made right in front of you. All the equipments is right there so you can see the entire process. The layout of the store is too good. I know they’re known for their doughnuts but their coffee items are worth trying as well.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme location I have ever visited. Since its opening, I have experienced more visits with issues here than not. My visit today cemented my frustration with this specific location, and I will not be returning to it. I asked for six of a specialty doughnut upon cashing out I was informed that there was a limit on them. I was told that I could only get six if I chose six other donuts also, or I could just get three of the doughnut I had chosen . I stated that I did not want a dozen doughnuts and opted for the three. The employee then began replacing three of my specialty doughnuts with three original ones. I stated that I did not want any original and only wanted my three specialty ones. He informed me that this was not possible and I had to get the others in order to purchase the ones I wanted. I opted to buy no doughnuts and left dissatisfied and frustrated as to why I could not just order what I wanted as I have always been able to at any Krispy Kreme. I have never experienced any of the issues that I encounter at this location at any other location. If you are in Stockbridge and want doughnuts, go to Dunkin, Walmart, the gas station, ect.. Anywhere else will actually sell you what you want and have better service.

I learned that not all Krispy Kremes carry the same kinds of donuts...But the cashier explained why and I was cool with that. She was very knowledgeable of the company she works for. This store was very clean and neat. Will definitely be back.

I love Krispy Kreme like the rest of us but today I was disappointed. I ordered some donuts after seeing those Keylime glazed and filled pictures on the internet. I waited for the donut to arrive and once the got here is like 🤤🍩. I open the box and was slightly disappointing by the color and appearance of the keylime donuts. I then tasted on and was again disappointed in the keylime flavor or lack there of. Lastly I order glazed and filled keylime donuts and ONLY received glazed, I broke open the remaining key lime donuts to see if they were filled and I overlooked it, but no luck. This pushed me to write this review. Only gave two stars because it’s Krispy Kreme and the glazed donuts are still awesome.

Wheres the Kreme!!! Doughnuts were fresh however the filling (or lack thereof) was noticeably short! Not just one, but all. The Kreme filled and raspberry filled were practically empty. Not much to share. A quick zip around the drive-thru and i had 12 of the greatest glazed chocolate frosted donuts in the world. Im elated krispy kreme put a location in stockbridge. The dunkin donuts had been on a downhill spiral for years. Getting service here is a piece of cake! And im a fat guy. I like to think i know what im talking about when it comes to cake.

Slow and workers are not very friendly. This place has really been going down hill since the pandemic. Several times wont have any mixed donuts or not have HOT donuts even though the light is on and is still within the time that they do HOT donuts.

Would have loved a couple of nice hot glazed doughnuts to take to my parents. We waited patiently in line for more than 15 minutes without it moving at all. Left without ever placing our order. This place needs a lesson from Chick-Fil-A on how to run a drive through.

Donuts are usually always on point here at this location. They have started not having the glazed donuts hot on order lately. Still good just love when they are warm when ordered. Caramel Latte I ordered was subpar however, needed more sugar and caramel. First time Ive had a lackluster experience there in over 20 visits!

This is the place for glazed donuts or it used to be. Everytime I come here in the evening they say their out of glazed donuts. Shouldnt that be the one thing they make surplus of?? Not to mention you get stuck in line not able to leave, will not be returning.

Worst service ever! I will never go back to this Krispy Kreme or maybe any Krispy Kreme for that matter. Waited in drive through line almost an hour. When finally got to the window to get order, was given the wrong order. My wife went back to the drive through window and knocked on the window. The lady inside walked away like she didnt even hear the knock. When my wife finally got their attention and told them they gave us the wrong order they didnt even say Im sorry or anything. They just gave us the correct order and shut the window, didnt say a word. By the way when we pulled in the drive through the light was on. I opened the box as soon as we got the correct order to eat one and they where cold and didnt taste fresh at all. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this Krispy Kreme! If it was possible to give no stars I would but Im forced to at least give them one star, which they dont deserve.

Workers were doing their best and hustling to get orders to everyone in a timely manner despite being super busy and low on stock. Seems like someone in charge of stock didnt order properly because they were out of most of the Halloween themed doughnuts for their Halloween dozen as well as the dozen glazed that were part of the highly advertised promo.

They had chocolate glazed donuts for today, July 7th only for World Chocolate Day! (These are the same donuts they made last year to celebrate the solar eclipse! Didnt buy them then because the lines, both inside and outside were painfully long!) I was apparently the only customer who remembered and was crazy enough to go buy them when the place opened at 6 am! Ibeat the rush, and they were worth the sacrifice! $8.11 for half a dozen + tax. They were utterly delicious!

How do you run out of Valentines Day donuts on Valentines Day @ 1:30. Then ask do you have Apple fritters..No sir were out of apple fritters.Plus I wanted in line 20 minutes and cant get out the line before you dont have what I want. Smh

I went in the evening time . Around after 6 or so && there was a line when I got there. I waited in this line for about a good 15-20 mins . I had to get all the way up to the window for them to tell me they were out of the strawberry frosted . I asked her to list off the rest of the doughnuts she had, I told the lady in the window to give me a second to make a decision about what else I wanted, which really didn’t take long instead of coming back to the window she decided to carry on a conversation with one of her coworkers. An behind them there were others workers horse playing around the doughnuts. Not to mention the lady touched different surfaces without changing gloves before she went to go pick out doughnuts. Definitely not coming back to this location or any location for that matter cause clearly being sanitary goes out the window where they are concerned!

If you are in this location just add some more gas and go to Wesley Chapel or wait for Shaws place to reopen. The wait was over 35 min, the order taker was horrible and sounded like she was blowing her nose and all kinds of sounds coming through mic, the drinks we ordered and the donuts were disgusting. Once you are in the line its no getting out. We waisted $20 on this location. Just close it if you dont want to be in this business. You dont deserve a star at all. Retrain people and rehire the right people. This is NOT it!!!
