DO NOT waste your time with this business - they are rarely there, never answer their phone. Tell you they are open when they are not and couldnt care less about inconveniencing anyone. They do not deserve local support especially when you can get hardware elsewhere. Just shut down the business - it would save people a lot of hassle!
