I had to pawn mine and my husbands Invicta watches and will admit my payment was late. I did however call and spoke to the manager on duty not using names, she assured me that the watches were going to be held until I got there with the payment. I called back to confirm the total and that it would be ok for my husband be the one to pick them up. I get informed then that my watch has been sold and I needed to hurry because my husbands was on the sales floor when I get there the watch had 2 prices on it and the lady who was in charge refused to tell me why I had to pay the higher amount. Im so upset they sold my watch and will never use their services again.

These folks should be closed down... I wanted to see the results of this pawn shop.. I literally went to 3 different cash American pawn they give me the same loan price.. when I went to this cheap cash pawn in “Stockbridge” they tried to give me peanuts.. the review state’s alot about this loan shark

Went in just browsing, staff was so friendly and courteous. Unexpectedly I stumbled on a SLR camera and person was so helpful in looking for attachments and explaining the Camera. Made the purchase. Good Shopping experience. Great folks out there!

I drove from Locust Grove to try to sell my items. They told me my shoes had to be in good condition and they were, and I even bought shoelaces,and polished them and they were Jordans. Then all they wanted to take was my cheap stuff they gave me $3 for shoes that were not name brand that cost me $13 and $3 for my speaker that cost me $10. I would have rather taken Jordans than stuff that not name brand. The staff are very rude. I will never be going back here.

After looking at the reviews I understand now why I received the customer service I did. I was in the process of trying to sync something that I had very little knowledge about, but was practically brand new, so I knew it worked.But when the customer service representative goes to the back area they should keep their comments a little quieter when speaking to the manager in regards to customers who are right there. Not helpful whatsoever.Based on the overall reviews it’s pretty obvious. Definitely will be the last time I step foot in that location. And it seems like the woman I had the pleasure speaking with has been complained on before by customers. White woman, brown hair and glasses. She’s definitely in need of some Customer Service training.

The Employees are great! But the managers not all are F$$$ed up. Bought a item and 36 hours ago and do to the store change of hours. I cant get my money back, which I dont want but just something similar. Was told tell will buy it back for half. Guess a lesson learned, take advantage of the good people.

Terrible Customer Service, walked in and basically walked right back out. There was a woman with a short cut and glasses who exudes a very unfriendly disposition. I asked about the Apple lap tops and she stated they didn’t work, yet they are on display and priced very high for lap tops that according to her didn’t work. In any event when she dismissively stated they didn’t work, and offer no additional assistance that told me my money wasn’t wanted and I needed to comply... so I left ... and completely understand why there were ZERO customers and a store stock full of merchandise..

These people are so rude, they think they are doing you a favor by being at work. Been shopping here for years but will never return. Bought a battery charger and was on way to work, worked all night with it plugged in and would not hold a charge. Took back as soon as they opened the next morning and the would do nothing for me.

Im doing a five star rating because today I need help on a pawn I did over a year ago. They took the time to call head quarter and find away to get a serial number I need. On the original pawn I felt like it was a low ball number but I did what I had to do. They were professional then as well so thank you

My husband waited 50 mins outside, at first someone was being helped which is why he was patiently waiting without asking for assistance. After about 30 mins he finally asked for help. The woman he asked, asked her male co-worker, the same man who saw him outside as he was the one helping the other customer, to which he responded he “was having a very important conversation.” I overheard the comment because I was waiting inside. We then waited another 20 mins without assistance before leaving. We will never go back.

My kids father got me a necklace from here I didn’t like it however I brought it back and cordell and Cathy were very understanding and did everything to ensure I walked out happy and with something I like .Very friendly and great customer service !!!!one of the reasons I like coming here and reasonable price !!!

Its very irritating to be treated like a common criminal.I brought a cement mixer Brand new to the store just for an appraisal; as the manager looked up the price on google he asked how much did I want I replied Im only here for a pawn or sell appraisal. He then said since its in a box Ill need the receipt because its after Christmas or whatsoever reason. I honestly felt stereotyped; Im 26 years old and Im Brown skin so maybe thats why I got the run around but, the way you talk can really show a persons true colors even if theyre colored. Ive got a lot going on right now so for him to say I need a receipt basically made me feel like he was saying I look like I stole it. Treat others how you want to be treated especially if they work harder than you.

I dont know why yiwent here in the first place. my boyfriend wanted an Xbox 1, I told him I would buy him one ended up taking it home & someones personal info was in it . it did not even take an update. returned it &they kept the $13 for the warranty. Itwasnever explained tht the warranty is nonrefundable. I blame myself,however. I should have never shopped here. Ill never be back

Do not go here and waste your money go to a reputable pawn shop these people will take your money and not give you anything especially if you put it on layaway go to Eds down the street and do yourself a favor the kind of layaway policy in place to steal youre money.

Rude customer service asked for help from store manager acted like i was bothering him asked price for a trailer out front told me the prices were on front of each trailer so i looked came back in one of the trailers did not have a price he yelled at if there is no price its not for sale could have told me that the first time and then he walked away what a as*hole

I should have checked the reviews before coming to this specific location. The fat lady with the braids and her little four eyed friend with the short wig Id just rude and unpleasant. I wish you could file complaints and get results, but will definitely be contacting corporate on top of the BBB. never again. Dont think desperate times mean people are less than. Thank God my temperament has changed.
