I ordered the Kroger pick up since I have newborn it was easier this way. My order was missing over 5 items, not to mention they gave me items that were expired! I call them and Eric claims he would make sure I would get my refund. Days go by and still no refund I call back the girl who answered the phone has an attitude as if my refund is coming out of her check stating it would be refunded within two days. I called back no one answers

Im so disappointed with this Kroger location. Despite the regularly sub par customer service and mild cleanliness, I shopped at this Kroger because its one of the close ones with a dedicated Vegan/Vegetarian section. It was wonderful to go to a section in the store where I could get all my vegan items and not have to search all over the store for soy free, gluten free, and organic. I went in there the other day and the entire section is GONE. I asked one of the young ladies if they had moved the section. She didnt seem very knowledgeable about the stores plans (Note: you guys may want to inform your employees about plans to move things and where youre moving things to. Its part of GOOD Customer Service to be able to point a customer in the right direction). The young lady told me she thinks theyre mixing all the vegan items in with the other groceries. So I have to go all over the store searching and digging through other stuff to find what Im looking for? She told me yes when I asked her that, and said, but I think theres some vegan meat straight back there by all the other meat. At this point I returned my basket to the stack of baskets residing at the EXIT not the ENTRANCE, and just left and went to another Kroger NOT close to me. Very inconvenient!!! There is a Kroger on Hudson Bridge that has a dedicated section, but it isnt as good as the section the 138 Kroger HAD. Guess Ill be going out of my way now to get what I need, since Kroger on 138 doesnt go out of their way to service their customers.P.S. You guys NEVER have shopping carts in the store when people walk in. The least you can do is stack the carrying baskets at the entrance instead of the exit.

WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD HERE TODAY . The supervisor JORDAN, was very rude about me having an issue with the coin star machine. If your a manager why don’t you understand that I would not wait until 2pm to get money . I understand you probably can’t fixed it ; but it better ways to fix things instead of having another young man come and tell me no one can come and talk to me, apparently it’s a another manager on duty and she refuse to come down and see me so they asked a maintenance man to come and he looks confused, BUT JORDAN AND THE YOUNG MAN WITH THE SPIKKY HAIR NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP, I have been coming here for more then 7 years and it’s been horrible today, first complaint ever and I’ll drive to Hudson bridge from now on,

There’s never any budgets you literally have to bring your own budget… very sad and the staff is very rude lines are always pack! 🙄😒

My last several visits, the upkeep of the property has decreased tremendously. Trash all over the parking lot and quite a bit in front of the store. Not a very pleasant view. Time to go to Publix and / or Ingles, even though, they are a bit farther and pricier.

This is my grocery store. I shop here every week. The produce SELECTIONS are average, the freshness of the produce is suspect at best. I havent tried the curbside service since the in store service is somewhat lacking. I expect a cashier as I do not advocate self check out(replaces a job for humans). Cleanliness can be a deal breaker at times, especially in the restrooms.Miss Debbie is my favorite cashier, and the early staff self checkout lady is great at customer recognition!! I havent noticed any racial preferences, I wait as much as the next person!! Meat selections can be limited at times, I mean, I have looked here before for a whole organic/cleaner chicken or any whole chicken at all and there were none. None of the seafood is fresh, its always brought in frozen...not fresh. The aisles are wide, mostly well stocked. No one is pefect all the time. I was able to find all the paper products I needed. Over all a four. Great gas points!!

This is one of the Krogers I shop the other one is on Hudson Bridge Stockbridge ga. today I rate the one on 138, the worst yet. there was no carts in the store and only one cashier, I felt so so for her. this upset me, never had that problem here before. so today my ratings is two stars.

Great store. Large. Clean. Great selection. Great customer service from a few different employees as well. TASHA at Deli made me an incredible sub sandwich, was courteous, friendly and professional - and attentive to making a great sandwich - really appreciated it - Amazing Service.

I had a couple of reasons for stopping by today. One was the Bill pay and the other was for groceries. Let me tell you, the lady that was working in customer service was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and happy too. We laughed and cut up the entire time she was waiting on me. At the same time, she was doing her job precisely. Very pleasant experience. All of the employees were polite and just made me feel welcome. I was there at around 2:30 p.m. I dont know who the manager of this store is, but congratulations on having a quality staffed store today. Very refreshing to see people happy and acting professional and all while keeping a smile on their faces. I usually go to a different Kroger where you can tell most of the employees are there only for a paycheck.... Not for customer service.... I will be back to this one and soon!!!!!

Online pickup orders are horrible. It’s my second time ordering online and each time my order wasn’t handle correctly and I still had to get out the car due to issues. I will use the Hudson Bridge location from now on.

Store is always clean and service is good! I really like how they have the natural and healthy foods all in one section in the front of store. Shelves are always stocked and carts available!

Ive been to this location 2/3 times & picked up a few items... but today I went in and did a little grocery shopping. I havent shopped in Kroger, in a few years but I was truly impressed. The store was very clean, nice selection, the produce section had a large variety of fresh items (that didnt look like they were going bad in a day or two). I will definitely be returning

The bags of grapes are not closed securely and a woman stood there eating out multiple bags. Today. 6/20/2020 With covid 19 rampant in Clayton county. When I called and asked to speak to a manager I got attitude from the cs rep that answered the phone then was hung up on. Do Better!!!

Always smooth when I got there

Very Poor customer service. Cashiers all have nonchalant attitudes. No sense of urgency at all. Wanted to check out and exchange an item but was told by cashier their scanner isn’t working so she couldn’t do anything at customer service. I will never visit that Kroger ever again. Management needs to do better as well to make sure all employees have customer service skills and go above and beyond.

The only good thing about this store is the pharmacy. You should absolutely look for another store to shop at. This is one of the worst I have ever encountered. The managers promises are worthless. On several occasions I requested that he reorder a long carried item, one that all Kroger Stores carry, he promises he will but never does. The store has a very unclean feel and smell. Produce is especially unclean with many items still for sale that should have been thrown away. The restrooms are FILTHY and always smell horrible also, bring your own towels, the towel and toilet paper dispensers are nearly always empty. It is hard to believe but today a cashier told me to back out of his line and permit the person behind me to check out first!!! I had to remove my products from the conveyor belt, back out of line and go to another register and stand in line. When I mentioned it to an employee she just stared at me.... I know, unbelievable but it is the truth. Watch your receipt, we have found many errors where we were charged the wrong price and sometimes charged twice for the same thing.

I would post with no stars if the option were available. I went in to have a check cashed. I was there being helped by Dorothy and her manager Spencer for over an hour. At the conclusion of my visit, not only was my check not cashed, but she ripped the end with the signature on the back, completely off. She tried taping it and then said that the check wouldnt run through. I told her no surprise there. No one will cash an altered check. Then the manager wanted to argue with me that the check was not altered. So I had to explain the definition of alteration. I will never use their money services center again.

Stopped in for gas and a few travel items around 815am. The store was very cold, most likely in the 50s. I used the bathroom and found it in disrepair...very sad shape...see the pictures below. Maybe this will get some management action. I love the Kroger by my home and it gets very good ratings from me compared to the other local grocery stores. Somehow the most damming pictures have been deleted?

Poor service with the transition to self pay...Very frustrating to have to get in line with too many items. Cannot get in a cashier line for that helpful human touch?...Even when its needed . SAD ...And what is up with the hole in the parking lot? Please fix this hole properly....

Fast and smooth. Its a decent Grocery store, but it can use some expanding and updating. It just seems crowded to me. Not with people, but stuff.

Every single time I come here, which is rare for this very reason, the service is AWFUL! From the deli, to the customer service! People treat you like your invisible, unless your white. No greeting, even when your kind to them. As if you have interrupted them ome their couch, at home. Money paid by people of color, spends just like white folk money does!

Despite the rain the store was bright, cheery and clean. Even the employees and customers basically all had wonderful dispositions. And the prices have me coming back ASAP

It was a very pleasant experience, as it was very clean and fully stocked. My better half said she really liked that market, so naturally we will frequent there.

This location usually has items stocked! There are a limited number of times they may be out of stock of an item but that is mostly due to an item being on a great sale!

Today I feel like I hit the jackpot.. I saved so much on meats a total of nearly 50.00 savings.. If you need to shop go before the sale ends and fill your freezer.Be sure to really look for the non advertised markdowns as well.

Meat market closed at 4 on a payday Friday. Refused to slice. Started to leave my full buggy but chose to purchase the meat elsewhere. Dont know if Ill go back to this Kroger especially for my main shopping day. Never seen a meat market close that early.

Fast in an out 🛍️. Love the sea food here & I believe The deli can be a little better sometimes the food is obviously old. The cakes here are getting better in taste.

My fiancé and I had a terrible experience tonight. We had a lot of groceries and had to scan them all in self checkout. The self checkout line was all the way to the back of the store. There are were no registers open and the 3 ladies on staff were playing and joking around in the front of the store. If I could rate a zero out of 5 I would. Terrible customer service.

Whenever they have a mega sale they always have the items in stock!!! The produce is fresh and the store is always clean and neat.

My neighborhood grocery unfortunately on at least 3 occasions that several other people and myself depend on you opening as promised at 6am. Instead you schedule your cashier hours to interfere with store openings if they are late or no show. So we wait outside for a long time only to leave and drive a short distance further to good old dependable Walmart. My advice to mgmt is schedule cashiers to be there at 5am and have a back up plan in place at self check out so it will not interfere with business hours

Sat for 45 minutes on the phone waiting for whoever was doing pickup to answer and bring my groceries. Coulda just went in and shopped myself and save time

As long as I been coming to this Kroger they ALWAYS have 1 rep working in the money center ... the lines be out the door... They should consider having two reps in this section from the whole hours of 8-10pm .... please expect to wait at least 5-15 mins... so annoying when your in a rush

Clean & stocked. I was looking for a certain Kroger Brand potato chip but my neighborhood store was out. This store was well stocked, so I got 8 bags!

Really didn’t enjoy my customer service experience with Ann and a few other employees at the service desk today. In addition to Ann being rude and short, she seemed uninterested in helping me and verbally expressed that she “did not want to be there” along with other employees. My job works my nerves too, but the customers will never know it.

The employee interaction is lacking, not very friendly place to shop BUT, if you just want to focus on shopping the Grocery Manager always has shelves stocked snd sale items stocked. That is a big plus.

There is always two lanes open and a few of the self-checkouts that work properly.

So I had sparked a bowl to my dome piece, and thought that this was a Kenny Rogers grocery store. I found some roasted chicken, so I wasnt disappointed at the mistaken identity.

One of the worse kroger ive been in. The Customer service line was so long and the cashier refused to ask for help. Then she said no manager was in the store to help at customer service. That was crazy. They have to learn to cross train other employees in different areas

Called before I went to the store to ask if I could exchange some diapers for a larger size without a receipt and was told yes. When I got to the store it was a totally different story. Needless to say this is why I shop at Publix instead of Kroger

I was just at the particular store and the management staff is UTTERLY RUDE. I downloaded the 5x Saturday Offer for $1.49 Pepsi brand products and they REFUSED to honor the coupon for the ORANGE CRUSH which is listed under the coupon. When I showed them it was listed under the coupon they became VERY RUDE and SHORT! I also had the coupon for the $1.49 Smartpop popcorn they said only the White cheddar was what the coupon was for. Another mistruth I again showed them the other varieties shown under the coupon and they REFUSED to allow me a rain check as they only had that flavor and I wanted a variety of flavors. I contacted corporate and when they spoke to them their excuse was that their shipment was late due to weather. Understandable but not what I got at the store. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have EVER had at ANY STORE. I will definitely be contacting the Store Manager Merritt. If that information is true theyve lied to me all morning.
