I dont care how far I live from them, I will always go here. Its been my 3rd time here and Ive never once had trouble. In and out within an hour and the customer service is always friendly.

The seal around my windshield came off a half block down the road after repair. Apparently they dont know what theyre doing. I had to drive back immediately. Then my windshield cracked within two weeks with no impact. Boss man said sorry cant help you, I said ok. I wont be back. Beware: cheap glass, it wont last, youll have to buy a new one in 6 months or less if like me. Go to business off pacific.

I was second to arrive and get my car checked in. They took almost 3 hours to finish my car. Other car that came after me got theirs done before me. I understand side windows are easy and faster but 3 cars replacing windshield left before me. I was told 1hr and 30min. If I knew they were going to fix other car before mines, I would have done it somewhere else. The price was not as quoted the day before I called. I have to mention why other cars left before me before they decided to work on my car. This lady came 1 hr after me and left before me. I could have got my car done elsewhere or had someone picked me up. Not professional and they don’t seem to care for their younger age customers.

I had my windshield replaced 2 weeks ago and they did a good job, I was in and out in a couple hours, staff was courteous, all seemed well at the time. Inexplicably my windshield cracked two days ago, and I decided to drive down while there was no indication of an impact right away. Eisho the head guy slides a poker back and forth and agrees that there is no sign of an impact, and no fuss agrees they will replace it. I only get 1 day off a week at work, so when the company that supplies them their glass couldnt give him another windshield for a few days he instead called a different supplier to get one so that I wouldnt have to wait. I really appreciated that. Honestly I was ready to give him 5 stars at that point, but at the very end he added that his supplier only warranted the glass for 3 days, and I have to say I find that kind of fishy. So 4.5 really, A+ for LPAG, C- for his supplier. I am hopeful that the 2nd supplier has better glass, as if this one cracks and I cant go back, thats$250 down the drain. I will update this if my 2nd windshield breaks. Many thanks to the LPAG team! I will continue telling all my friends about this business!!

They are oh so sweet and FAST. Great deals. The customer service is great. I honestly had no complaints. We came in earlier and got it done less that an hour. We are definitely coming again ! Also. Got a quote on the spot for out two other cars.

Customer service is okay. But their price to fix both mine and my dads windshields when they had to be replaces was reasonable.I drive a 2004 Ford escape and my dad a 2018 dodge challenger. At separate times our windshields got cracked on the freeway, and they had to be replaced. Both times weve gone here the work God done within about 2 hours but it could have taken less time, we just dropped off the vehicle and left for breakfast both times(omlette house is right down the road). We went and had breakfast and the work was done by the time we came back.I suggest getting there early though, because they are always busy. Just look at the photos of the place on Google maps!

Very speedy service and great customer service! I had a broken side window that needed a complete replacement and they got it done in about an hour and a half! It helped to get there early in the day to see if they had the part available for same day installation. I would highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place!! They did a great job replacing my windshield. Got a fantastic low price. The service was very good. I usually dont give such high ratings, but this place is is a rarity in such a competitive business. I was in and out for a job done quickly and done right.

This place is great. You go into the office and they take you right in. Theres a waiting room to sit down and a TV and plenty of mags to occupy your hour wait time. Then before you know it you all done. Owner is really nice and very helpful. They get your rear view set up too. They also can fix or replace window buttons in your door as well. It right off the freeway so its easy to get to.

Great place. Did my window faster than they said, and even replaced my window switch for nothing as a courtesy. I highly recommend them.

I used Low Price Auto Glass to repair both my cars from windshield. On my Toyota Rav 4 I had to pay out of pocket since insurance would be high deductible, and the rate they gave me was very competitive. on my Corolla my insurance covered everything - and I actually changed to go back to them because I loved the service. The main reason I loved the service is how fast and promptly they responded to my call, and even offered to communicate via text messages - so convenient these days when time is in short demand. I highly recommend them also because I needed to continue working and I could connect to their Wifi and keep working as if I was in my own office. GREAT SERVICE!!!

For circumstances that are unfavorable, I had 2 large cracks in my truck windshield within 6 months. This place replaced the windows both times for FAR less than even my deductible through insurance. I was able to pay out of pocket, it was so inexpensive. The customer service was exceptional and the owner is incredibly friendly, kind and professional.

Been going here for years this owner is incredibly honest and efficient. Took my truck that was leaking water in the cab thought I needed a new windshield he resealed my third brake light 20 bucks problem solved after investigating the waters path. Cannot recommend HIGHLY ENOUGH.

People were very nice. Gave us a good price on used window, which no other glass plass offered. They offered me a shuttle to the nearest Starbucks which was a mile away, I decided to walk there. I can admit a Judged a book by the cover when I pulled up to get my windshield replaced. It does look sketchy but the service is great! The customer service was awesome and my Windshield looks great!! It also comes with a 1 year warranty which is a plus. But most importantly the prices are super reasonable. I would highly recommend it! There is a reason why their reviews are Great!

Had my driver side sliding cargo door window shot out by some degenerate. Went to Low Price Auto Glass on a Saturday with no appointment, and they replaced it in about 3 hours. They quoted me for a used window, but couldnt find one. The owner installed a NEW window, but only charged me the used window price! You guys rock!

So hard to get through to when calling. Although they werent able to get my window in time theyre willing to make an appointment. Should I have another need for a window I would be willing to try them

Very rude and unprofessional place. I drove 2 hours to get here because I had an emergency and needed new glass asap. Im a professional truck driver. As soon as I pulled in their lot the owner started yelling at me to move my truck because Im blocking his lot. First time me going there. I didnt know where to park. I was just going to ask when he started yelling. It was so disrespectful and embarrassing. He wouldnt even give me a chance to ask anything. Service like that will not get your business far in life! -5 stars if it were possible!

Great service, best price in town. My grand daughters car was broken into and the drivers window was shattered. Low Price Auto Glass did the repair in 30 minutes for half the price quoted by other shops. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was told by Nissan that the switch I needed for my 2010 Nissan Versa was a dealer only item and that it would cost me $370 or more to fix it. A friend told me about Low Price Auto Glass and it only cost $79 . I highly recommend the shop and the workers are great and treat people with respect. I have since told others.
