Im on my feet for 12-14 hours a day and needed something to help with the pain. They have a foot scanner that shows were you need support, Genesis was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. She actually remembered my daughter when her and my husband went looking for something while I was at work. I recommend this place!!!

This was my second experience with Fleet Feet. All of my questions were carefully examined and answered. I appreciate the fact that considerations are given in the sitting process. This is a lost art with shoes shopping. I did end up spending over $200 for running shoes and one pair of socks but it is certainly worth the comfort in running now. Thank you! I like the quality of products but mostly I like the way the staff is trained. They know what to look for and how to best assist the customers. This is NOT a hit or miss situation - staff at Fleet Feet Stockton are ALWAYS that good. I wont buy running shoes ANYWHERE else.

The staff is trained to fit you for the best athletic shoe for your feet. How do you walk, run, or move to the exercise of your choice? I was fitted in the best pair of shoes for myself. I liked them so much I bought them for my daughter, and two granddaughters. We all took a different shoe for the best fit.

Just started running a ninth ago and went in to get fitted for shoes. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was fitted for insoles and shoes and everything was saved for me on the computer and I picked it all up later that week. Now Im running comfortably. Alex was awsome - we were there almost 2hrs. She measured/sized my sons feet, watched him walk and run. 17 pairs of running shoes later and inserts/socks we were all happy. The Fleet Feet Sports Shoes in Stockton is a great store. Briana helped me find the right inserts for my shoes. I went in for orthopedic inserts, and ended up buying shoes too. Im on my feet a lot at work, and need support. Briana did an in-dept examination of my feet. From how I walk, my gait, my arches, and sized my foot. I didnt realize what good shoes look like. Ive been buying the wrong type of shoes. Ive been going through shoes, because theyd feel good for short walking in store, but at home Id realize they would hurt my feet. There was no pressure in buying shoes. I now know what to look for in shoes, so when I purchase anymore shoes from a regular store I will have better success. I also bought these cute sunglasses. They have more then shoes. The specialize sports clothes, accessories,etc. A great experience with their knowledgeable staff. I was very impressed with my whole experience. I highly recommend this store. The inserts were cut and placed in my new shoes. The problem is once I left, the shoe was pressing on this bunion. I went back a few days later to get the 3/4 size of arch support and let them know that is what I needed. They took full responsibility and provided the correct insert. The other girl, I didnt get her name, placed the arch support under the shoes original padding, and that was a great idea. This allowed my foot to have more toe room. Fleets feet sports deducted the price of the one I originally bought with the new 3/4 inset. I didnt have to buy another insert, another sign of a good company. The only recommendation would be to order customer shoes, not every other Monday.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff! Went in for a fit measurement and learned some good info about how to work on and minimize my body aches. Also bought a foam roller and liked that I got to try them out before choosing one.

The store personnel know the different shoes. Hey take the time to measure and watch you walk to make sure you pick the right shoe. I wear a 9 size but ended up in a comfortable size 10 shoe!

I learned a lot just by talking to the guy who helped measure my feet and watch me walk. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him that I needed shoes that would support my diverse training plans since some days I run, jump, sprint etc. Being active duty in the Army I needed a shoe that would last and be comfortable when I need to push for the extra mile. I picked up a pair of Nikes that were fairly priced well and some great socks to support my arch. Just went on a 3 mile run in them and my feet have never felt better after a run on the street. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back for more once I get another block of leave from the Army.

I took my son Julius into Fleet Feet Sports in Stockton as hes embarking on his first year on the high school cross country team as a freshman coming into Lincoln High School. First thing that was cool was that one of his coaches works at the store so we knew wed get service that mattered. We were not disappointed at all, and his coach wasnt even the one that helped us.Julius tried on several pairs of shoes including brands that were not so main stream like Nike and Adidas. We had his foot measured for exact fit and the whole experience from beginning to end lasted about 20-25 minutes. We were not ignored throughout the experience, so that means we received 20-25 minutes of total attention. Julius immediately fell in love with the shoes we chose and all is good.We also looked at other running specific items in the store for the future and we now know this is the location in Stockton to purchase from for serious runners.Thanks Fleet Feet!

Went on the recommendation of the health and wellness coordinator of Beale AFB, and was not disappointed. I was not expecting the Wakandan 3D foot imager that so amazingly rendered my nasty meat stubs. The employee that helped me looked like a middle schooler, yet was knowledgeable far beyond his perceived years and did the job perfectly, all while holding a pleasant conversation. Will definitely return once I beat these shoes like a roommate that owes me 2 months of groceries.

The moment I went there I was greeted and ask if I need any assistance and a young female name Brook help me through out the step. Brought out like five different pair of shoes for me to try and I think I only liked 2. Since the other one didnt come in the color I like I went for the other one (Karhu). Waited for about two and a half weeks for the shoe. Didnt mind the wait because of course they have to order it. When i called to check up on the status they said that itll take about another week and a half but apparently it came within a few days. Went there to get my shoe and I liked the color of it and how it feels. My service there has always been great and never unwelcome. Thank you for making my visit there with you guys GREAT 👍👍👍👍
