The laser welder doesnt weld as easily as the videos lead you to believe. Cant get any support, phone, video, online or allowed to come for training! All blamed on Covid. Ive had my vaccine and the still wont let me come. I scheduled a Wechat video for 6pm our time, 8am their time and they were a NO SHOW, AND NO CALL! I have to get my guys to stay late to accommodate their schedule instead of them accommodating our schedule!All of the support that I received is a chart for beginning settings. I bought my laser welder last September.***UPDATE***Its been a year...my laser welder is out of warranty and weve yet to weld our first job. During an attempted video training, it was discovered that the welding head was defective. They did send an updated unit when available. The wire feed option we have doesnt work with the new head. We are still waiting to receive the new wire feed. Ive tried several times to schedule to go to California for training but every time Im told, not allowed due to covid. I have a competitor that purchased a different brand and within a week of receiving theirs, they were welding jobs.STILL extremely disappointed in this company and their support!!!
I dont know much about this place but evidently they didnt want my business. I called the number and we arranged to meet up however when I showed up he wasnt there all phone calls went to voice mail and I never received a call back.It wouldnt have bothered me if he was up front in saying he didnt want to work with my project. But telling someone to meet you and then leaving them in the dark is just a bad business practice.
