Needed a place local that could clean the carbs in my exs Honda Shadow and found Gregs shop online. I read the reviews then decided to call, and to my surprise he said just bring it in. We talked for a few on the phone and he new right away that my carbs needed cleaning. Hes a very personable guy and tight away I felt comfortable having him do this, after all he had several bikes in his garage, and not just cruisers...he was actually doing some work on a Kawasaki Concours at the time. He actually had everything done within a couple days and his price was reasonable. Id recommend him if you need work done...going to be taking my tires to him next!

Greg is an honest and experienced mechanic specializing in metric brands. I have been taking my metric projects to him for years. Many of the projects that I have brought to Greg were “lost causes, “not starting, leaking oil, with failed seals, high mileage and neglected for years, but somehow Greg was able to bring them back to life. Repairs to a seemingly old, ugly metric bike can often cause sticker shock, because many of these metric bikes (outside of Honda) have high reliability, but plummeting market resale value compared to a Harley.Value is relative however and what some may view as trash or ruined lost causes, may very well hold value to others. Whether it’s your daily commuter, or that old Mini Trail Z50M that you used to ride with your dad and now want to share similar experiences with your children, Greg can trouble shoot repair, maintain and often bring your lost causes back to life.Whatever the personal value of your metric ride is, trust Greg to be honest, bring years of trained knowledge to the table and to try his very best. This guy is a real find among bike shops and mechanics. I dont think you can stump him with anything. He traded out my brake pads lickedy split while I waited. He also installed a rear tire for me. On another occasion the dealership sold me the wrong sparkplug socket, so he gave me the right part number to give them. I just received my new Shinko tires in the mail, which he recommended to me since the Dunlops from the dealership didnt even last me five months. And I will have him install those for me too. Anyways, go by and see him if you need something. You wont be disappointed. As always brahhp, brahhp, and keep the rubber side down.

Great price nice bikes

This guy should be in jail or at least not a mechanic. A 2-3 week project took 8 months. I was charged $1,000 over what I was quoted and the work wasn’t even done. In the end I was given a death trap motorcycle that isn’t even rideable.Originally I gave him a deposit so he could order parts (most of the parts I wanted replaced weren’t even replaced in the end). Later on when my bike was in a bunch of pieces he said that he had spent that money on other things and I again needed to give him money for the same parts. I should have stopped here and cut my losses but I ended up paying him. So I’m out a bunch of money but the part that really bothers me is how dangerous this bike was that he tried to have me ride: Front brakes – fork oil all over them (he was supposed to change the fork seals), rear brake – the entire bracket wasn’t even in the right place and it didn’t even have the hardware in it. The radiator shroud – I touched it with my finger and it fell off the bike. I noticed other hardware missing and other issues ie. – he lost my custom corbin seat, etc. The bike wasn’t rideable so what does this guy do after I leave– he has it towed to my house. This bike wouldn’t have made it a block if I had tried to ride it.This guy should not be in business as a mechanic and deserves to be in jail, not only for scamming people but for the danger he is putting people in with his work. He also messed up my brand new paint job and charged me $300 for “oil” that he didn’t change? I could go on but I think you get the point.

On my Honda XR650L-- I needed a brake job, chain and sprokets and an oil change and he did it all for half of what the dealer was going to charge me and i got to pick my own parts from the honda OEM catalog!thanks for the tune up also!

Greg handles business and he knows what hes talking about when it comes to bikes.
