Im so glad I stopped in. I was looking for a new vacuum the woman there was very informative and took her time showing me different models. I ended up buying one.

The owner personally replied to my post showing ownership of mistakes which is a true show of character and I appreciate that. I will 100% be down to the store to purchase a vacuum in the near future.

AWESOME! Brought my Kenmore vacuum in for a cord replacement last week. They were super-friendly and got it fixed the next day. It works like brand-new again. :-) Highly recommend this place.

Easy to see right off of Stony Brook Rd servicing Stony Brook and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Staff is accommodating. We will most likely be going back.

Robin and the staff at Stony Brook Vacuums are always so helpful and supportive. Not only have they sold me vacuums for 15 years, they expertly repair what they sell! They also rent steamers and the amazing dry carpet cleaners.

Very poor customer service. Needed a simple package of vacuum cleaner bags for my central vac system. Was told it would take 2 days to get them. Went to get them 3 days later, only to be told, oops they wouldnt be in until Thursday and they would call me - no call as of Friday morning. I called them again and they said they would call me back immediately after tracking the package. You guessed it - no call. When I again called on Sunday (1 week from the day, I first tried to get bags), I was told maybe Tuesday. AWFUL

I have been taking my vacuum to this place for years. They always have been very helpful. Ive rented a dry carpet cleaner that works great too.
